Once you enroll in paperless billing, you will stop receiving printed bills.To avoid potential problems, make sure that T-Mobile is added to your email's contacts and/or safe list.If your email ever changes, you must make sure to update the email you have linked to your T-Mobile account, or you might miss your paperless bills.Do not choose the option to have your paperless bills sent in pdf form unless you have a pdf reader.If you enroll in both paperless billing and AutoPay, you will receive a $5 discount on your bill every month. This discount is applied to every line you have on your account, up to a total of 8. So if you have, for example, 4 lines and sign up for paperless billing and AutoPay, your savings will be $20. Not all plans are eligible for this discount though, so you should check the terms of your plan before you try to go for this discount.
