Simple Mobile offers its customers no contract cell service plans at great prices. You can also purchase a device from the company from which to use their service.

Simple Mobile's Wireless service like many other wireless services are a lease to own service. What that means is that you lease the device as you use it and make payments. Once you complete the payments, you stop leasing the device and own it fully.

If customers do not exercise their option to buy the device because they are unable to make the payments after cancelling their service, they are required to return the device to Simple Mobile. They will then be compensated for what they paid for the device depending on its condition.

Simple Mobile has a clear-cut return policy which you should read diligently before initiating a device return.

Simple Mobile Return Policy

As stated before, Simple Mobile is a lease to own service. Therefore, before returning the device you should ensure that you have not completely finished making the payments otherwise you will send back a phone for which you have fully paid.

You have 30 days to return the device to Simple Mobile from the day that your service plan cancellation is confirmed. If you send it later than that, you will be subject to late fees.

When you return a device to a Simple Mobile store, particularly a third-party store, then you will be subject to that store's return policy. You must also ascertain that you are eligible for a return.

To be eligible to return a Simple Mobile device, you must have bought it directly from their website and it must have a verified IMEI number.

The device's deterioration should be caused by normal degradation. If it is caused by any other cause including modification, then you will be liable to pay Simple Mobile a fee.

There are absolutely no fees or charges to be paid whatsoever if you return a device in good working order to Simple Mobile. Straight Talk will cater for shipping fees and will only charge you a fee if you are late or the device is damaged.

You need to attach a return shipping label to any equipment you send back to Simple Mobile. The return shipping label is prepaid and will include the address where you will be sending the equipment.

Finally, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning equipment to Simple Mobile. Attach the receipt from the shipping company as proof of payment.

How to Return Simple Mobile Equipment

You can either return Simple Mobile equipment by yourself or have someone return it for you. The method you choose will depend on how convenient and effective it is.

If you are going to return it yourself, you will be returning it to a Simple Mobile store.

Simple Mobile has a nationwide network of stores and retail locations. You can use Simple Mobile's store locator on their website to find the store that is closest to you. However, if you have a store that you prefer, feel free to use it.

If someone else is delivering the device to Simple Mobile for you, it means using a carrier or sending the equipment by mail. Both are effective but the former tends to be faster than the latter.

When you initiate a return request online, Simple Mobile will send you a confirmation email with a return shipping label. Print the label and attach it to the box with the equipment.

Carriers are more expensive than postal mail so affordability may be an issue. However, carriers allow you to track the package until it reaches Simple Mobile.
