If you have an upcoming flight with Qatar Airways, you can change your flight by online, in person, or over the phone. Keep reading for detailed step-by-step instructions on each option.
Make Flight Changed Online
Go to www.qatarairways.com
On the home screen, select the 'Manage Booking' tab in the middle of the screen.
You will need to input your last name (as stated on your booking) and the booking reference number. You can find your booking reference number on the email confirmation of your flight.
Select 'Retrieve Booking.'
If your tickets are eligible for online changes, a 'Modify flights' button will appear next to your flight information.
Click on the button.
New flights will appear on the next screen. Follow the prompted instructions to select a new flight and pay any applicable fees.
You'll receive an email confirmation with the details of your new flight.
If a 'Modify flights' button was not available next to your flight, your flight may not be eligible for modification. It's recommended you call into the Qatar Airways customer service line for confirmation that your flight cannot be changed.
Find a Qatar Service Counter at the Airport
If you are at the airport or close to an airport, you can locate a Qatar Service Counter for assistance making changes to your flight. Wait with the customer service representative until you receive a new ticket or an email confirming the flight changes.
