How Do I Cancel an Order from Nba.com?

Introduction

Once an order is placed at the NBA online store, it may no longer be canceled. Some of the items that can't be canceled include personalized manufacturer-direct items with personal requests or player names. Customized items, which include names or dates, also can't be canceled. Once submitted, orders can no longer be modified. Note that these types of items also can't be returned. They're final, and no refunds are provided. However, some items at the NBA can still be cancelled. We'll provide you with the steps on how to cancel these items.

Sign in To Your Account

Enter your login credentials and go to the Track Order page. Then, find the order you want to cancel. If you have the order number, there's no need to sign in to your account. Just proceed to the next step.

Enter Your Order Number

Click on Track Your Order and type in your order number, and click Continue. You'll know on the next page whether it's still possible to cancel your order.

Confirm the Cancellation

Select a reason for cancellation and tap Cancel Order again.

Wait for the Canceled Pop-Up Message

You'll know the cancellation was successful because a 'Canceled' pop-up message would appear.
