What is Moen's return policy?

Moen's return policy allows customers to return products within 30 days of purchase if they are unsatisfied. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a sellable condition. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for returns. Customers can return items either by mail or by visiting a Moen store or authorized retailer. If a product is found to be defective, Moen will replace it free of charge. However, any damages caused by improper installation or misuse will not be covered. Additionally, certain products, like customized or special order items, may be non-returnable. Moen aims to provide a hassle-free return experience and promptly process refunds or exchanges.
