If you have been banking with Goldman Sachs for a while, you might have made some recurring payments on your accounts. These payments can be for many services, including online bill pay or auto-pay.

You can cancel auto-pay if you are no longer interested in using these services with Goldman Sachs. Here are the steps to cancel an auto payment with Goldman Sachs.

1. Go to Your Goldman Sachs Account

Log into your account on the Goldman Sachs website and click on the My Profile tab. From there, you'll see all your accounts and services with Goldman Sachs.

2. View Auto Bill Pay

From this page, you can view your auto bill pay transactions. If you cannot find what you're looking for, use the search box on the page.

3. Select Payments

The best way to cancel an auto payment is to view the auto bill pay. Click Bill Payment under Account Services, and then click Auto Bill Pay. Next, you can select the payment that you wish to cancel.

5. Review Your Payment Options

When you click the Confirm button. You will see a list of your payments scheduled for cancellation. This includes both recurring payments and one-time payments.

Review this list carefully to ensure it includes the payments to cancel. If any payments are missing from the list, choose the Add button and follow the instructions for adding a new payment. When you're certain the information is correct, select the Submit button.

4. Click the Cancel Auto Pay

On this page, you'll see a button labeled Cancel Auto Pay. Click to cancel any pending payments scheduled through automatic payment processing. This will stop any further payments from being sent out from your bank account or debit card automatically.
