How do I change the email address on my primary linked in account, when I have two accounts and on one of them I no longer have access to the email address.

Hi I tried login with phone number using forgot password option but after entering the code it again going back to home page.how to resolve it?

I dont have access to login to my account and I have noticed that someone already changed my profile picture and cell phone number.

My Account HAs been restricted, Im not sure why but I have completed the identifty part of the site
