What is Kroger's return policy?

Asked a year ago
Kroger's return policy allows customers to return most items within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Perishable items like food and plants are non-returnable, but if you are dissatisfied with such items, Kroger offers a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Kroger also accepts returns without a receipt, however, refunds will be provided in the form of store credit or gift card. Some products have specific return guidelines, such as electronics, which may be subject to a restocking fee. Additionally, prescription medications cannot be returned. In case of any concerns or questions, customers are advised to contact Kroger's customer service for assistance.
