Can we return used clothing to you?
Yes, Haband's return policy allows you to return items as long as they are in good condition. However, the items should be unworn and unused, and in the original packaging, if possible. If the item you received is damaged or defective, it should be returned within 90 days to ensure a refund. Please make sure to fill out the return form provided with your order, explaining the reason for your return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, and return shipping costs have to be covered by the customer.
