didn’t receive croc confirmation email

If you haven't received a confirmation email after placing your order, it could be due to a few reasons. Firstly, check your spam or junk folder as sometimes emails can end up there. If it's not in these folders, there may have been a typo in your email address when placing your order. Another possibility could be a delay in the system, so it might be worth waiting for a few hours. If you've checked all these and still haven't received a confirmation, we'd recommend reaching out to Crocs customer service for assistance.

I have returned my order about 15 days back till yet my refund amount was not credited to my bank account

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your refund. The timing for processing refunds can vary, but typically it takes about 10-15 business days after we receive your returned items. If it's been longer than that, it could be due to delays with the banking system, which we have no control over. We advise you to check with your bank for details. Alternatively, it might be possible that there might be an issue with the return process itself. Please ensure all return procedures were followed correctly and your items were eligible for a refund.
