How Do I Return an Item to Banana Republic?
If you need to return something you purchased at Banana Republic for a refund, the process is very easy. You can make the return in person to a nearby Banana Republic store or you can return it by mail. If you return it by mail, you can get a free shipping label online.

Banana Republic's Return Policy
You have 45 days to make the return to qualify for a refund. The item you return must be in its original condition. Proof of purchase is needed for a refund. Masks are not eligible for return.
Making the Return by Mail
To make the return by mail, follow these instructions:
- Package up the item, in the original package if possible.
- Place the packing slip or receipt in the package as proof of purchase. If you received the item in the mail along with other items, circle the item on the packing slip.
- Print out a prepaid shipping label from Banana Republic's website.
- Attach the shipping label to the package, making sure no other shipping label can be seen.
- Mail the item from any post office or UPS location.
After Banana Republic receives your return, it will send you a confirmation email and give you a refund to the account you made the payment with. The original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. The refund may take up to 15 business days after receipt of the return to reach your account.

Making the Return to a Store
You can also simply bring your return to the nearest Banana Republic store, take it to the customer service counter and ask to return it. In most cases, you will need to bring the receipt with you.
