What is the return policy?

Our return policy allows customers to return unworn, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. To initiate a return, customers must provide the original receipt or a gift receipt. Returns made without a receipt will be issued store credit at the current selling price. All items must include their original tags and packaging. Final sale items, including jewelry, swimwear, and cosmetics, are non-refundable. Additionally, any items purchased online must be returned by mail using the prepaid return label or in-store at a BCBG location.
