The company makes it easy to cancel an order but only if it's status is in Submitted or Processing. If you see a different status for your order, you might be able to cancel it by phone. Please be advised that you'll have to return the item if it's already been shipped. The 6pm agents also cannot cancel orders over social media and the company does state that cancelling an order may not be possible as orders are often processed quickly.

Cancelling Your Order

First, login to your online account and click on the order number you need to cancel. Keep in mind that its status must be Submitted or Processing for it to be eligible for cancellation.

If you have more than one item to want to cancel, please check the box next to it. Next, you will be asked your reason for cancelling and then click on the Submit Cancellation button. If your request was successful, you will see a confirmation page thanking you for your cancellation.
