Hello, I have a Mac with system 10.11 installed, and unfortunately, the iLok app doesn't work on this system. The iLok website only offers a download for the 10.12 version. Recently, I have encountered difficulties opening Logic projects containing plugins, and I suspect it might be due to the outdated iLok app. I cannot upgrade my Mac to 10.12. Is there a version of the iLok app that is compatible with Mac 10.11? I appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

My iLok dongle is not recognized by the iLok Manager. I believed it was broken, so I sent it back and received a new one (costing $88 plus postage), but the manager cannot detect it. While the manager can see my cloud and current computer licenses, the new dongle is missing 4 to 5 important items. The light is on when inserted in the USB port, and my computer acknowledges it, but the manager still does not recognize it across different ports. I have reinstalled the manager twice. My old computer, now defunct, is listed in the manager but grayed out, making it impossible to retrieve the licenses. I am running Windows 11 on a new system. In essence, the new dongle is not working, and I have not received any response to my email from iLok, and there is no available support for me to speak to.

I am visually impaired and recently reinstalled Windows 10, resulting in the loss of my Ilok username. I have been attempting for three days to retrieve my username from Ilok, but the system is flagging my computer as a possible hacking attempt. I encountered difficulty responding to the captcha challenge due to discrepancies between my screen reader's announcements and the cursor's actual position. Although I managed to switch to an audio challenge, I am now unable to proceed. Can assistance be provided to access my account on Ilok?

I am looking to find out if I have an iLok account and how to link it to the updated version of ProTools Studio. I believe I had an account before, but the computer I used with my old ProTools version is no longer usable. After purchasing the Universal Audio UAD Waterfall B3 Organ Plug-in, I followed the instructions to sign up for a free iLok account to redeem my software download. Once registered, I received an email to verify my account. However, when trying to confirm my email, the website would not load properly. Despite multiple attempts and requesting a new link, the issue persisted with no available phone number for assistance. I am a MacBook Pro ([redacted]) owner.
In the past, I had a registered iLok but have since misplaced it. I recently purchased a new iLok USB-C key from iLok.com on May 8, [redacted], and received it on May 10, [redacted]. Despite downloading the latest version of iLok License Manager, I encountered issues when trying to register the new key. When inserting the new key into my MacBook using a USB-C hub, there were no prompts, and the blue light on the key blinked. After researching possible solutions online, I attempted connecting the key directly to the MacBook without the hub, but the light did not turn on. Reconnecting via the hub made the light blink again.
I hope this detailed description helps identify the issue. If necessary, I would like to resolve this matter with iLok's assistance or explore the possibility of exchanging the key if it is defective. Please note that this new key is my second one, registered to my account. I am unsure if having multiple keys affects the registration process. Thank you for your help.

Requesting all changes made within the last 6 months to be frozen and investigated by tracking IP addresses and devices. Ensure all licenses associated with these accounts are frozen. During my recent tour in Brazil for shows, I experienced a unfortunate incident. While leaving a studio session with my backpack containing two hard drives and my Ilok, I was robbed at knifepoint by two individuals on a motorcycle. Despite feeling frustrated by the situation, the one silver lining was that my laptop was not taken. I reported the robbery to the local authorities, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist much. Now, my main concern is recovering my Ilok licenses. I have been researching online for solutions but haven't found a definitive answer yet. I am open to canceling the key if necessary but want to avoid any loss of licenses. I am now exploring options to recover all my licenses and seeking advice on the best course of action to ensure I don't lose any valuable features.

I am currently using a Mac Pro with OSX 10.8.5 and have been running a monthly renewed SLATE Digital software package authorized through iLok. Recently, I encountered an error with the Slate Plugins stating that the System was down.
After contacting Slate support, I was informed there was no iLok outage and advised to check my iLok manager software for the issue. Upon attempting to login to iLok Manager, I encountered an error message stating SERVER UNAVAILABLE.

I have been using an iLok key for 5 years. Due to staff turnover, I am unable to manage it as I do not have access to the original registered email account. The engineer who purchased it mentioned [redacted], but that email does not show the iLok account. The key number is iLok_233FAC and it was purchased by Victory Church / Victory Worship in [redacted]. The key has 4 activations for EW Hollywood Strings GOLD, Raven LIVE, Raven Logic, and Trigger. I am Miriam Springer, Director of Music and Worship Education at Victory Church. The licenses on this key are crucial for my teaching. Without access to the iLok License Manager, I cannot protect the licenses. Previous managers did not transfer the account access properly.

I have purchased both the software and the physical USBs, as the software does not work without the USB (this already seems like a scam). I have made the payment for both USBs and now they are asking me to send more information about my card to a fax (which I naturally refuse).
