I joined eHarmony on November 1st and canceled on November 4th. I was supposed to receive a refund, which I have not received. In December, I noticed I was charged again even after canceling my account. I have sent four emails but have not received a resolution. Every response I get says they cannot find my account because it's canceled. I want a refund for both charges and assurance that I won't be charged again. I have tried calling but have been unable to reach anyone. This situation is frustrating. Thank you.

Hello,
I am inquiring about the charges on my account. According to the agreement, I was to pay half of the total amount upfront, with the remaining balance due next year. Despite this, I noticed an additional charge on my account. Furthermore, I am unsatisfied with the service provided and wish to cancel my subscription. I kindly request a refund of all charges, except for the initial payment. I hope for a quick resolution to this issue. I would like to avoid escalating this to a dispute. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Best regards,
P. Salkowitz

Dear Eharmony, I want to share my love for philosophy and how much I appreciate your platform. Empathy is a crucial value to me, as teaching someone skills like fishing relies greatly on their level of empathy. I have noticed a potential data issue in the "empathy" category on your site. Every person I've seen so far has a data point of [redacted], indicating a possible bias or irregularity in the questions or answers. I wanted to kindly bring this to your attention. Thank you for the work you do, Eharmony!

I attempted to cancel my eharmony account two days after it was automatically renewed, but I was unsuccessful. My financial situation has changed since I agreed to their terms initially. Following advice from the ombudsman, I am reaching out to eharmony once more to resolve this before involving the ombudsman further. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly so that I can cancel my account without additional payments. Thank you for your help. Regards, ST. Phone: [redacted].

I did not authorize the renewal of my visa bill. There is a payment showing on my account that I did not intend to make. I would like a refund as I did not wish to renew my subscription. I am dissatisfied with your website and the fact that the profiles of the men are pictureless, contrary to what you claimed. For further assistance, you can contact me at [redacted]. I will attempt to reach out to you directly. The waiting time for a response is too lengthy. I was not informed in advance about the renewal, and if given the choice, I would have declined.

I need to cancel my eharmony subscription. I have been unable to log in for a few months and forgot both my eharmony and hotmail passwords. Let me know if you need more information. Please email me confirmation of the cancellation to my alternate email account, as I can remember that password.

I would like to cancel my Eharmony membership and request a refund as soon as possible. I subscribed yesterday, 12/15/[redacted], but I am very disappointed with the website. My profile ID is EH6Y2N8V. I am on the Premium Plus, 12-month plan with a 50% discount for the first 3 months. The total amount paid was [redacted].86 USD, including estimated sales tax of 41.91 USD, split into three subsequent monthly payments of [redacted].62 USD. I used a credit card for payment. Please stop the automatic renewal of my subscription, which is set to continue until 12/15/[redacted] PST. I do not wish to keep my membership and would like a refund. Thank you.

I attempted to cancel my subscription and discovered I am being billed $73.90 per month. I am unable to locate any plan I could have subscribed to at that rate. I urgently need to understand the situation and prevent further charges. Moreover, after researching various plans, none seem to match this monthly cost, so I kindly request a refund for the extra funds withdrawn unless an explanation can be provided for the high charge.

I am looking to get in touch with customer support to learn more about this website, especially the advantages of upgrading to premium. I have been unable to find a working phone number or email address.
I upgraded to premium last night and am unsure of the benefits. It seems I can only view someone's profile picture. How can I know if someone I'm interested in also has premium? Are most users only on the site because it's free? I can't see the value in paying $45 a month. I need more details on this and would also like to cancel my subscription, but I can't find how to do it.

I would like to cancel my subscription as I have been unable to reach a live customer service representative to assist me with this request. If I do not receive assistance promptly, I will have to escalate this issue to the Better Business Bureau. The experience so far makes me concerned that Eharmony may not be operating above board. Every time I call the phone number provided, it is constantly busy and then disconnects me. I am considering blocking payments through my credit card company and leaving a very negative review to caution my friends against subscribing to Eharmony. Please proceed with unsubscribing me immediately.

After trying Eharmony's free trial and receiving [redacted] matches, I decided to sign up for the $10.45 monthly membership using my sister's PayPal account. However, I was surprised when Eharmony charged me for the full 2-year membership without my consent. I haven't even had the opportunity to use the service yet. I am very frustrated with this situation and I would like my membership to be canceled right away. I also request a refund as I feel deceived by Eharmony and have no intention of using their service.

I submitted my Discover credit card details yesterday evening (Sunday, 1/12) for a 6-month trial on eHarmony. Less than 24 hours later, I am seeking a complete refund as I now realize how costly it is and regret hastily signing up. My eHarmony user ID is ETHN5DPD, and I unintentionally misspelled my sign-up username as "Tray again2day" instead of Tryagain2day. My email address and username are [redacted] I kindly request a prompt reply via email since I couldn't reach customer service by phone. I would be grateful for a full refund to be credited back to my Discover credit card. I haven't used any services on the site or searched for matches yet.

I am requesting a refund for my recent eHarmony subscription. My eHarmony user ID is ETHN5DPD. I used my Discover credit card to sign up for a 6-month trial but decided to cancel within 24 hours. I have not used any of the services or conducted any match searches. I would appreciate a prompt refund to my Discover credit card for the mistaken sign-up. Please process this refund as soon as possible. Thank you.

I recently signed up for JDate, Match, Our Time, JPeopleMeet, and EHarmony for one month each. When I tried to cancel the automatic renewal two days ago, there was an issue with EHarmony. They informed me that I had actually signed up for a one-year subscription instead of a one-month subscription. Although I mistakenly selected one month, they only offered me a 60% discount on a future subscription, which I found unacceptable. I have asked for a refund and mentioned that I will dispute the charge with my credit card if necessary. I am open to applying the 60% discount to the refund amount.

In [redacted], I had an eHarmony account that was suddenly terminated without explanation, despite not having made any payments. When attempting to create a new account with a different email, I was informed I already had an account and was denied access to the website. I am now prepared to subscribe and pay for a new account, but I am unable to do so. I am confused about why eHarmony is preventing me from using their services. I am not sure if I unknowingly violated any rules. I can be contacted at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] -V.W.

I signed up for a 6-month subscription. I have reached out to multiple people I would like to chat with, but have not received any responses. I can confirm that my email is correct because I have received three emails from the company.
One of the emails I sent with a hyperlink bounced back as undeliverable, even though it was sent to one of the provided email addresses.
As a woman seeking a woman, I have been receiving matches with men which is not what I am looking for. The system seems to be not working correctly.
It has been difficult to reach customer service over the phone, it may be helpful to consider hiring additional staff to handle the volume of calls.
I would like my account adjusted so that I can see the profiles of the people I am interested in and have them contact me via email. Please stop sending me matches with men, as it is not what I am looking for.
If this issue can be resolved, I am willing to continue my subscription for at least 30 days. If not, I would like to cancel and request a refund.

This dating site is not worth the money or time. I have unsuccessfully tried to reach customer service for months without any response. The profiles and matches seem fake, and it's difficult to delete your own profile. Despite trying to cancel my subscription after breaking my phone over the summer, the lack of customer service has been frustrating. Phone lines are unresponsive, which contrasts with the quick sign-up assistance I initially received. Email responses feel automated, further adding to the issue. This site is not what it claims to be, and I deeply regret using it. I am struggling to remove my pictures and profile. I am considering stopping payments through my bank and getting a new card to prevent further billing. Despite my efforts, it seems I may be unable to completely erase my account from this disappointing dating platform.

I signed up for an eHarmony account expecting a free trial, as advertised, followed by a $9.95 monthly fee. However, I was charged $[redacted] for a full year instead. I would like a refund and to cancel my account. I feel misled by the false information given to me during sign-up. I have tried contacting eHarmony through email with no success and have had no luck reaching anyone via their customer service numbers. Please contact me at [redacted] to discuss this matter further. Thank you for your assistance.

I want to bring attention to a problematic individual named Greg Voss. He frequents numerous dating sites using various email addresses, often not sharing his picture. He has profiles on Match and Meetville with both real and fake information. Greg is known to be a sex addict who lurks on dating sites, chat rooms, and video chatting apps to watch women. He manipulates women by pretending to be sweet and romantic, preying on their sympathy. Despite being 39 years old with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, he targets women aged 18-25. Greg uses text and burner apps to solicit photos from women before disappearing. Concerned individuals have discovered his true identity as Gregory Voss, working at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, and residing in Adamsville, Alabama. His contact information includes phone number [redacted] and emails like [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] Let's work together to address this issue.
