I am frustrated as this is the fifth time raising the same issue without resolution. Repeatedly, I receive emails claiming I owe money for using the application. I am not a user and have never visited your website. It is baffling to see my address on a bill for services I have not used. Multiple unauthorized attempts have been made to charge my card, but I detected them and reported the problem. I do not own a scooter and request that you cease associating my address and email with your services.

I keep receiving a bill from eHarmony, but I no longer have an account. I closed it in early August [redacted] shortly after opening it due to dissatisfaction with the site. I paid for 12 months last year and did not request the account to continue beyond that period. I do not have the login details anymore. Please refrain from sending me any bills as I do not wish to use eHarmony's services or have an account. Thank you.

I contacted your company back in March of [redacted] or [redacted] before my contract expired to cancel my service. Although I confirmed the cancellation over the phone, I was surprised to receive a bill for $[redacted].80 from a collection agency called RFGI with account number 13 38-[redacted]. I had settled my account in full and did not renew the service. I find this situation concerning and would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide me with a prompt response. My email is [redacted] I would like my account to reflect that it has been paid in full and closed. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I was charged $[redacted].00 for an eHarmony subscription that was supposed to be $17.99 per month. This unexpected expense has put me in a difficult financial situation. Despite repeated requests for a refund due to genuine financial hardships, eHarmony has not been forthcoming. I have initiated a dispute with my bank to address this issue as the company has been unresponsive to my refund requests and cancellation of the subscription. Although I received an email from eHarmony support claiming a refund was processed, it has not reflected in my account. Currently, I am struggling to reach anyone at eHarmony for further assistance.

Subject: Concerns Regarding Automatic Renewal on eharmony Hello, I was not aware that my subscription with eharmony would automatically renew. It seems to have renewed to a full year subscription, which I have never had before. As I have not received any likes in over two months, I do not wish to continue with eharmony. The price of $[redacted] for this renewal is exorbitant, and I do not authorize this payment. I have contacted your service twice to stop this charge, as I cannot afford it. I kindly request that you cease the process of charging me for a renewal that I do not want. Thank you for your prompt assistance in this matter. Best regards, Cynthia M.

Hello, I need assistance. I signed up for a 6-month eHarmony subscription divided into 4 payments but continued to be charged after the agreed timeframe. My first activity on eHarmony was at the end of December [redacted], and since I haven't been using the service, the payments should have ceased after 6 months. I have been incorrectly charged twice, totaling $[redacted].40. Hence, I request a refund for this amount. Additionally, I would appreciate it if my membership is discontinued, as per my initial agreement for a 6-month duration. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. Sincerely, M. Saez

I signed up for eharmony and upgraded to premium with a promotion. I intended to pay $17 for one month, but instead, I was charged $[redacted].73 for a two-year subscription until August [redacted]. I clearly selected the one-month option to pay monthly and never wanted a year, let alone two years. I am very disappointed and feel deceived. I have canceled the automatic renewal for [redacted] and am requesting a refund. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to contact my bank to dispute the charges. I trusted eharmony to be an honest platform, but this experience has made me question my subscription. I hope this can be corrected and my money refunded promptly.

Hello, I am interested in upgrading to a premium membership, but I am unable to make a one-time payment of $[redacted]. Is there a possibility to set up a monthly payment plan instead? I discovered your services through Rick Warren’s church a few years back and though I was unsuccessful with eHarmony in the past, I feel more ready for it now. If monthly payments are an option, I am eager to proceed with the premium membership.

Hello, my name is Richard Sanders. I am inquiring about your billing process. I intended to sign up for a monthly subscription for 12 months, but the website only offered quarterly billing. After reviewing this last night, I did not submit my information as I decided not to join E-Harmony. I am requesting to be removed from any membership list in case I was mistakenly added. I have not interacted with any profiles on your site. Please ensure that my credit card has not been charged, and that I am not considered an E-Harmony member. I appreciate your prompt assistance and confirmation that no charges have been made. Thank you for your quick response. Looking forward to your reply. Richard M Sanders

Hello, My name is Richard M. Sanders, and I was looking into joining E Harmony in the future. When I checked the monthly cost, I realized you only collect fees quarterly or with a large one-time payment. Unfortunately, this doesn't fit my fixed income. I decided not to proceed and deleted all my information before joining. I want to ensure you haven't taken my data prematurely or enrolled me without my consent. I prefer not to be a member and do not authorize any charges on my erased credit card. If you've inadvertently signed me up, please refund me and cancel any membership. I acted swiftly after this happened last night. I hope for a prompt response and resolution to this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I came across Eharmony on Facebook today and decided to sign up on the website. However, after completing all the required tests, I noticed that I do not have the option to use PayPal for payment. Could you please assist me in activating PayPal as a payment method for my account? My account email is: [redacted] I am really looking forward to using Eharmony to find love and would greatly appreciate your help in setting up PayPal. Thank you and God bless you for your assistance in enabling PayPal for my account.

I have attempted to send a message three times, but unfortunately, I struggle to type due to a disability. The system has blocked me each time. I prefer using a word processor to avoid typos, but when I tried to paste the message, it wouldn't allow it. I encountered the same issue the following day, even after sending an emoji. Retyping everything is time-consuming, and using a phone is not an option due to its small keyboard. I am frustrated that my messages are not going through. Why have I been blocked for three days?

I had an account with your service for a few months. The experience was mixed and not very exciting. However, when I received my credit card statement, I was shocked to see an almost $[redacted] charge. As an 80-year-old on a fixed income, this was unaffordable. It took me days to resolve the issue with your not-so-friendly customer service. Now that it's sorted out, I no longer have an account. I would like to have a new account with monthly payments, as I cannot manage an $[redacted] lump sum. Also, I've noticed an increase in notifications about ladies interested in me, which is new and somewhat contradictory to the previous experience.

Hello, I signed up and set up my account, adding a bank card for the subscription. However, I couldn't log in, so I created another account. The bank card is linked to my first account. I want access to the premium services I signed up for under the first account and close the second account without being charged. Could you guide me on how to close the second account and access the first one where my subscription is active? Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out to inform you that I encountered a concerning situation involving an individual I met on Bumble. In March [redacted], I entered into a relationship with him, but on 17 November [redacted], he was involved in an incident resulting in his arrest for GBH. Currently, he is on bail for three months as the investigation continues. Given the circumstances, I have decided to end our relationship, and I believe it is crucial to notify all dating platforms about his potential presence. The individual in question is Thomas Burke, who used "Tommy" or "Tom" on Bumble, and he may attempt to create or update his profile on dating apps. I have involved the authorities in this matter, and I wanted to share his details for your awareness and possible safeguarding measures. Your prompt action in this regard is highly appreciated. Sincerely, Hollie

I am wondering why my profile has not been approved. Both my "Introduce Yourself" and "The Most Important Thing I'm Looking for in a Person" sections are showing as NOT APPROVED. In my introduction, I described myself as a "free agent" who is positive, caring, affectionate, smart, and adventurous. I value moderation, nature, and history, and I have a constant curiosity about the world and its people. I enjoy art, music, and cooking, and I am seeking someone who appreciates these interests as well. I value affection and enjoy holding hands. If we connect, we can share contact information later. Please review and approve my profile as you have done before. Thank you, Gail C. ID: EH9WP99R
