An eBay seller with the username “dinwiga” had listed two items for auction. After winning and paying for both, the seller attempted to cancel the order stating it was intended to have a reserve price, blaming eBay. When questioned about the cancellation, the seller replied rudely, suggesting legal action. Before winning, you inquired about combined shipping, to which the seller agreed on a set amount. However, the seller's attempt to cancel the order without consent and reactions were not in line with eBay's policies. I have retyped this message several times. I intended to purchase a truck from Wendy G. for $[redacted]. She mentioned that eBay was managing the sale on her behalf as she is currently in the army preparing to deploy. The communications from eBay seemed legitimate, leading me to follow their instructions. I bought 4 gift cards worth $[redacted] each and shared the card numbers with them. Subsequently, they requested an additional $[redacted] for shipping, which was supposed to be covered by the seller. I explained my financial constraints, being disabled and on a fixed income, unable to afford the extra amount. Since then, I have not received any further communication. I simply seek a refund to purchase another urgently needed vehicle.

I recently made a purchase using the "Buy Now" button and paid through PayPal. The money was deducted from my account, but I have not yet received a receipt from the vendor for the custom knife I bought for $[redacted] plus tax. The seller, .sophie201003, did not pay the correct postage, causing Royal Mail to be unable to deliver the package on time. Initially, the seller promised a refund, but has now retracted that offer, leaving me without the refund. The seller requested that I drop the claim, but I did not comply as I am still waiting for the refund to be processed in my bank account. The issue lies in not being able to locate the order on eBay, although I have emails documenting that it was for a book titled "The Smeds and the Smoos." There is a 2-pound difference in postage due to the delayed delivery, and I have decided to pursue a refund as the seller would have received the goods back from Royal Mail after 28 days and incur additional postage costs.

I bought a black leather crossbody bag on eBay on November 23, [redacted], which was 37 days ago. After purchasing, I received a notification that the seller was no longer registered on eBay. I tried contacting the seller multiple times but didn't get any responses. I reached out to the seller again, involving eBay this time, to inquire about the bag's status. After waiting 37 days with no communication or bag, I believe it's unlikely I will receive it. I am now requesting a full refund for the purchase so I can explore other options for a bag.

I recently placed an order for a firestick on eBay, but I mistakenly entered the wrong billing address. I promptly notified eBay to cancel the order with reference number 12-04[redacted]7. On December 13, I received a notification that the order was canceled and I should expect a refund. However, on December 24, I was informed that the order wasn't actually canceled. As a result, I then placed another order for a firestick through a different company on eBay and received it successfully. Unfortunately, I never received the firestick from the initial order placed with eBay Bg USA. I am seeking a refund for the first order and have already reached out to PayPal regarding this matter. I bought two kits for Christmas, one for my husband and one for myself. I registered my husband's kit upon receiving the purchase confirmation email and replied to the subsequent email offering a free trial, assuming it wouldn't start until we sampled the kits after Christmas. However, on November 27th, I received an email saying his free trial had already ended, but we only opened and sent the kits yesterday due to the busy holiday season. I made a purchase from HOMECHAMP on December 14th, [redacted]. The order number is #13-04[redacted]4. The delivery date was set for December 23rd. After reviewing the order details, I discovered that the item was not in Chino, CA but was actually coming from Hong Kong. Despite sending four emails, I have yet to receive the item or the refund I requested. Since I checked out as a guest, it's proving difficult to reach out to eBay for help. I find myself in a tough spot as I haven't received the item, and according to the delivery status, the item hasn't even left its origin. The seller provided inaccurate information on the website by claiming the item was in the USA when it's actually in Hong Kong. I really need my refund promptly. Thank you.

I need help canceling a transaction on eBay for an item I listed. The buyer was trying to scam me by wanting to pay and ship outside of eBay. I filed a claim to cancel, but I'm stuck waiting for the buyer's response. I cannot wait seven days as I need to sell the item, and the buyer is not communicating anymore. I am in need of assistance with an eBay order issue regarding a package I received from my Spanish account in Spain via the Global Shipping Program. The items took a convoluted route from the seller to me, incurring unexpected double import fees. The USPS Tracking number for the package is LZ[redacted]87US.
