I ordered a product listed as 7 packs but only received one. Despite my multiple inquiries, the seller ignored me. I opened a dispute, and the seller insisted I close it for any resolution. I complied, hoping to resolve the issue. The seller now claims it was an error, but why dodge the pack quantity question? This highly rated seller left me disappointed. I've been a user since [redacted] and never had such issues. Their offer of 3GBP for this mistake is unacceptable. I expect at least another pack as compensation. The seller is now unresponsive and took advantage of me closing the dispute. I trust a reputable company like yours will address this promptly.

After a buyer lodged a complaint about an item I sold, I decided to issue a partial refund, even though I believe the complaint was false. However, the buyer did not return the item, which I now realize was due to my oversight in not selecting the option requiring the return. I am extremely frustrated by this situation. It's baffling that there is a refund option without the return of the item and that there appears to be no recourse through eBay or PayPal. I shouldn't be at the mercy of the buyer to do the right thing and return my product. Additionally, after enduring a four-hour hold time, I was disheartened to hear from customer service that my actions may have indirectly led to the buyer not returning the item, essentially condoning the theft of my property.

I ordered 7 packs of a product and only received one with tracking number A[redacted]3. Despite asking the seller multiple times to confirm the number, he ignored me. Upon opening a dispute (#[redacted]), he pressured me to close it, promising to address the issue once resolved. He now claims there was an error, but why avoid confirming the number of packs initially? As a loyal customer since [redacted], I am disappointed by this experience with one of your highly-rated sellers. Receiving a mere 3GBP as compensation for this oversight is inadequate. I am not seeking the remaining 6 packs but at least one more. The seller is no longer responsive, having taken advantage of me closing the dispute. I trust in your company's integrity and hope for a prompt response. Thank you. - lydiamattar

I placed 22 orders for gifts from one seller, but most of the items didn't match the pictures. After contacting the seller, I agreed to partial refunds for some and returned 9 items in 8 orders. However, I'm still waiting for response on returning the other 6 items. I'm struggling with identifying which return ID corresponds to each item for the partial refunds. I have return IDs [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]00, but they don't match the items I returned. Additionally, some of the partial refunds I accepted didn't go through as expected.

Hello,
I listed a set of second-hand chairs on eBay, initially as "SET of 4 EAMES DESIGN CHAIRS - RAY EAMES DESIGNER REPRODUCTION CHAIRS," which got removed. I then adjusted the description to "SET of 4 EAMES EIFFEL INSPIRED RETRO DINING CHAIRS - OFFICE - LOUNGE CHAIRS." I did not receive any removal notification via email and only realized when I couldn't find them among my unsold items. Despite relisting, the chairs were removed again, and I was surprised to receive a 30-day suspension notification. After contacting eBay through online chats and a phone call, I discovered I was also under a 7-day suspension, which was strange as I had not seen any email about it before. This suspension jeopardizes my eBay account, which I deeply value. I wish to resolve this misunderstanding promptly as I cannot afford to jeopardize my long-standing account and my primary source of income. My eBay handle is arch1213, and I have been a member for 16 years. Your assistance is highly appreciated. Best, Archie

I recently signed up on www.peopleperhour.com as a freelancer and got verified. Someone named Paolo Parodi contacted me to sell an item on Ebay. The item was sold via Paypal to a buyer on Tuesday, June 12th. Paolo asked me to transfer the funds from my Paypal to my account and then to his account. The buyer claims he never received the item and requested a refund. Paolo is unreachable, and I reported the incident to www.peopleperhour.com. I've informed them of the situation and reported to Action Fraud online. I'm unable to refund the buyer or deliver the item as Paolo instructed, and now the buyer has filed a claim against me. I've also been a victim in this scam. I hope this information sheds light on the situation. Best, A.

I am requesting a refund for a coolant hose kit I purchased for my car. The listing stated it was compatible with my car model, and I even confirmed via email before buying. I provided all the necessary details to the seller, including the make, model, year, and transmission type of my car, and was assured it would fit, except for DSG hoses as my car is manual. However, upon receiving the order, none of the hoses fit my car as expected. After contacting the seller, I was informed that a full refund would not be issued. The item number is [redacted]42, and my account email is [redacted] My cell number is [redacted]. I am expecting a full refund and am unsure about the import fee I paid, but I would like that refunded as well.

Through the company GBox Mall, I placed an order on eBay for 2 bottles of Pure Alaska Omega-3 Wild Alaska Salmon Oil [redacted] mg, [redacted] softgels * HEART HEALTH *, sold by beautyame ([redacted]), Item Number [redacted]35. However, I received 2 bottles of Kirkland glucosamine instead. I made a complaint on Wednesday, June 20, and the seller asked me to return the product. I ordered the item from Honduras, Central America, and sending it back from Honduras to the USA would cost me around twice the price of the item. I informed the seller that I can't return the item and requested them to send me the money to cover returning it, as it is their responsibility to provide me with the correct item that I purchased. I also let them know that I am not at fault for their mistake, and if it's not my fault, I expect a refund. The mistakenly sent item is in Honduras and can be retrieved from there.

I am an enthusiast of Ball Jointed Dolls and it's disappointing to see the abundance of 'recast' dolls being sold on eBay. These copies are made using scanned parts of original dolls, often with lower quality materials, posing health risks and infringing on copyright laws. These unethical practices not only harm the original creators but also deceive customers who may unknowingly purchase subpar products.
Many of these recasts are sold without proper labeling, making it challenging for buyers to distinguish them from authentic dolls. The small companies that produce genuine BJDs struggle to combat this issue, and it is essential for platforms like eBay to address and remove these illegal listings.
As a concerned collector, I urge eBay to enhance its reporting system to detect and remove recast items more effectively. By taking action to prevent the sale of unauthorized replicas, eBay can support the integrity of the BJD community and protect both customers and legitimate sellers. Thank you for considering this matter.

Seller: Periwinkle Estate. I placed an offer on item #[redacted]82 on 6/22/18 at 11:30 pm. Today, 6/23/18, I got a counter offer from the seller giving me until 6/24/18 to respond. Yet, this morning, the seller ended the listing due to an error and my offer was refused because of this action. The item is now re-listed (#[redacted]75) as a bid item. I am confused by the seller's actions and feel I was treated unfairly. It seems the seller is looking to get more money for the item now. Sending a counter offer was misleading if the intention was to relist the item. I hope eBay informs the seller that this behavior is not acceptable. It's always important to be cautious as a buyer.

I recently purchased three items from an eBay seller and found that two items had misleading descriptions. The descriptions did not match the actual products received. I reached out to the seller to address the issues, but I am disappointed with their responses. I believe the descriptions were deliberately misleading. I am considering reporting this to eBay. One item was refunded, but another still remains an issue due to inaccurate description. I am unsatisfied with the purchase and seeking resolution from the seller.

I am frustrated with how Ebay's software allows international bidders to participate in auctions that are restricted to the USA. Despite clearly stating in my listing that only US bidders are accepted, an international bidder won the auction. I cancelled the sale, but my Second Chance offers to US bidders were ignored, leading me to lose out on a $[redacted] sale and having to relist the item. This situation is unfair to Ebay sellers and needs to be addressed. Ebay should not profit from these situations. Either prevent international bidders from participating or waive listing fees and charges on sales affected by this issue. It is disappointing to deal with Ebay's policies and I am considering looking for alternative platforms to sell my items.

I am currently unable to accept any offers to list items due to my account being under standard status. Despite having a [redacted]% feedback rating, my status was impacted by two buyers who requested refunds even though there were no issues with the items. One buyer bought the wrong color top and did not return the item to me. I did not take further action in the resolution center as the next step was to refund, which I couldn't do without receiving the products back. Unfortunately, the case was closed in their favor, affecting my seller rating unfairly. I have completed over [redacted] transactions in the last few months, with only 2 encountering problems. It is frustrating to be penalized for this. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to consider closing my eBay account. I am also finding it difficult to contact eBay, as there are no available emails, live chat, and the phone line has a long wait time, costing me additional money. Thank you.

I recently responded to an ad on Letgo for a vehicle. The seller instructed me to provide my name, address, and phone number for contact from eBay Motors buyer protection. After receiving an email with instructions to pay $[redacted] via eBay gift cards for the purchase, I was later asked for an additional $[redacted] for insurance by a supposed shipping company. I refused to pay more and reached out to eBay and the seller for a refund, but have not received a response. I have all the gift card numbers and seek assistance to prevent their use and recover my funds. If this matter is addressed promptly, I will not pursue legal action. I believe there may be involvement from someone within your company in such fraudulent activities, raising concerns for consumer trust. I have documentation of all correspondence. Kindly inform me of the steps your company will take to resolve this issue before consumer confidence is further compromised.

I am disappointed with my recent order from beautyame. I had ordered 2 cans of Pure Alaska Omega-3 Wild Alaska Salmon Oil [redacted] mg, [redacted] soft capsules for heart health, but instead, they mistakenly sent me 2 bottles of Glucosamine. I raised the issue on Wednesday, June 20th, and the seller's response was to return the incorrect items. I explained that the cost to return the items from Honduras to the USA is prohibitive and requested compensation for the return shipping. I believe I shouldn't be held responsible for the seller's mistake. I insist on an immediate refund. If the seller fails to comply, I will escalate the matter to eBay. This experience feels like a dishonest practice towards customers.

I recently experienced difficulty accessing my account due to password issues. Subsequently, I received emails from eBay regarding potential fraudulent activity and inquiries about refunds for items I did not sell. After resetting my password as advised by eBay and securing my account, I have been inundated with refund requests for hair straighteners I did not list. This has caused me distress as individuals are threatening to involve PayPal. Feeling unsafe, I attempted to close my account. Unfortunately, I was charged a significant fee due to the breach. I seek urgent assistance in resolving this alarming situation.

I bought five buttons from a seller in England on eBay, but there are issues with invoicing and postage. The total cost for the buttons is [redacted] pounds without postage and [redacted].91 pounds with postage. The seller wants to send them together for approximately 10 pounds via Royal Mail International Standard, even though they can also ship to PO boxes. The seller's ID is: if_cats_were_to_dance.
Another problem I'm facing is with a different seller in England. I purchased 2 buttons for 34.99 pounds, but the seller included the postage in the total amount without specifying it. The usual postage cost for a few buttons from England is 8 pounds. The seller's ID is: 43mary66.
My eBay ID is jeanfirenze51.

I sold a new pair of sneakers for £[redacted], brand new and unopened. The buyer received the package, which was shipped from London to Nottinghamshire, a distance of about [redacted] miles. He is now asking for a refund because the bottom of the sneaker box is slightly dented, even though the shoes are in perfect condition. I clearly stated no returns, as I do not want the item back. The buyer is threatening to report me to PayPal/eBay, but I stand by my decision not to accept returns. The damage to the box occurred during shipping, and I advised the buyer to take it up with the carrier. It's frustrating dealing with this situation, but I cannot refund him for a minor dent in the packaging.

I am having trouble bidding on an item because the seller has blocked me. I previously purchased from them and paid promptly, although the item arrived with some damage. Despite this, I still left a positive review. However, the seller was unhelpful when I asked them to reciprocate. I have tried to resolve this with eBay's assistance but have had no luck and find the phone wait times excessive. I believe I have been unfairly blocked, and I am frustrated by the lack of response from eBay.

For two years, I have been facing an issue with receiving automated emails from Ebay about a Victor torch and sales items. I have had multiple interactions with Ebay's tech support team, with six different representatives ensuring me that these emails would be stopped. However, even after the items were supposedly removed, I am still receiving them. I find these emails to be a nuisance and on top of that, I am being bombarded with survey requests after each interaction with Ebay. I prefer to provide feedback in my own words rather than choosing from preset options. I kindly request that Ebay remove the Victor torch, sale items, and survey requests from their mailing list. Thank you.
Sincerely, J. & M. Adams
