However, when I tried to check on the item today, the page indicated "the listing you're interested in is no longer available.” The page also suggests that I haven't paid for this item, but I have already made the payment. I have bought 3-4 items from this seller in the past, but now I am unable to reach out to them. What steps should I take now to get a refund, and when can I expect to receive it?

I am seeking assistance as my E-Bay Bucks were wrongly denied for the purchase of a [redacted] W American Eagle silver coin from the United States Mint. The transaction, item number [redacted]71, took place on 12/13/[redacted] for $2,[redacted].00. This specific coin has a low mintage of 3,[redacted], produced by the U.S. West Point Mint. Unlike bullion coins, it features a unique date and mint mark. I previously received E-Bay Bucks for similar non-bullion coin purchases, like the [redacted] W American Eagle (item #[redacted]53) and a Native American dollar (item #[redacted]33). I made a mistake ordering as a guest on Ebay, causing me to be unable to track my item. Despite receiving email updates, I can't locate the package. The carrier tried to deliver but missed me, and I'm unsure how to proceed. No contact has been made by email or phone as promised. This situation feels frustrating.

Lately, I've encountered payment issues when buying from sellers in China through eBay. Despite contacting eBay, the problem persists. It seems orders below a certain amount, around 35c to 50c, do not go through via PayPal. This issue does not apply when paying sellers from India, indicating it's not a PayPal problem. Why hasn't eBay resolved this known issue yet? Is it too challenging for their tech team? If it's related to Chinese financial regulations, buyers should be informed upfront. Additionally, being unable to make payments can lead to Unpaid Item Cases, which is frustrating when trying to resolve an issue caused by eBay's system. Moreover, some sellers limit the number of items you can purchase, complicating the process. eBay should disclose this information upfront to buyers to avoid confusion during bidding.

Hello, I need some advice. I bought 2 children's football kits from 2 different sellers. After paying for both, I checked my purchases and saw that both items were removed. When I tried to message them, I couldn't send anything. Could you please shed some light on what might have happened? Today, on December 14, [redacted], FedEx delivered a package at 12:07 PM. Unfortunately, the package was stolen because the delivery person did not follow my instructions to deliver all items to my apartment, as I am unable to bring them upstairs due to being disabled. Despite informing FedEx through their website, the packages were left downstairs at the front door of my apartment building. This is the second time a package has been stolen in recent weeks. Despite contacting FedEx again today at 7:30 PM, I was told to contact the seller for resolution. Frustratingly, the issue remains unresolved.

I ordered a VCR (DCC850CDVD) and was supposed to receive it by the 10th to 13th. I have plans to gift it to someone 3 hours away tomorrow as they are in need. Unfortunately, the VCR is essential for them since they can't afford cable. It's frustrating because VCRs are scarce in stores now. I paid $55 for it, which is a significant amount for me. I plan to visit my bank tomorrow to address this situation. Last year they warned me about eBay scams, but I didn't take it seriously. I spent 2 hours detailing my order concerns but was informed I did not clearly explain the resolution I wanted. My previous message implies my request. I would like a 65” Samsung QLED 4K TV delivered to my address. Additionally, I wish to cancel the order for the Samsung 55” TV. I have encountered issues updating my shipping address while attempting to complete the checkout process. Each time I try, the page loops with the message "we cannot complete the order. Go to checkout and update your shipping address." My shipping and billing addresses are the same. I am unsure why I am facing challenges with the term "update." What does "update" exactly mean in this context?

I received the R200 12MP 1080P Hunting Trail Camera I ordered, but unfortunately, it was not working upon arrival. It damaged two rechargeable batteries and a 32GB micro SD card. I tried contacting the seller, but there was no response, and the address provided was not recognized by Australia Post. I am hoping to get a refund of AU $45 for the faulty product. I purchased a KEM playing cards set from a seller named 2015cykats. The item was supposed to be a genuine KEM deck of cards as described by the seller, not a cheap imitation. Upon receiving the cards, I noticed a strong vinegar smell and found them to be of poor quality and not durable. While the seller offers returns, I mistakenly discarded the packaging materials and all the jokers. This makes me unsure if my return will be accepted. I feel scammed by the misinformation provided about the product, as it was not what was promised.

I am seeking assistance from an EBAY Manager in the Americas to expedite a refund. I have been in contact with 12 representatives from the Philippine call center for over an hour without satisfactory resolution. Despite speaking with supervisors in both English and Tagalog, my issue remains unresolved. As a seller, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I am in urgent need of someone with authorization override to address this matter promptly for the benefit of both myself and the waiting buyer.

When I contacted them about receiving the Christmas gift with my mascara order, I was informed that the offers for these two products are different and cannot be combined. I never received a list of offers, and the initial email did not specify this condition. I feel deceived because I was prompted to make an additional purchase to receive a gift from the same seller. Dear Team, I placed an order through your site for a 3 Men's checkered slimfit casual shirts - size L. My reference ID is #oow[redacted]7, Order ID: [redacted], Tracking ID: PKRC[redacted], and the order date was Dec 08, [redacted]. I received the order today from E Kart, and I was shocked by the poor quality of the shirts. The order I placed and the one I received do not match at all. I bought a product from FYL Direct that was claimed to be decommissioned by Dell, implying it should not have been sold. As a result, Dell no longer recognizes it as their product. Dell is pursuing legal action against FYL Direct. Despite wanting to return the item, it has been over a month since the purchase; therefore, a refund is no longer an option. FYL Direct is known for selling fake and defective products, and I hope they are held accountable for their actions.

I initiated a return for a iPhone through your resolution center and I am awaiting my refund. The seller confirmed they received the phone on December 10th via UPS. However, when I check my eBay account, I don't see any updates regarding this return. I have evidence to prove that the item was sent back. There has been no response from the seller and I have been unable to reach them. I am concerned whether eBay has contacted ABCellphones to address this matter, and if so, why haven't I received my refund yet. I expected eBay to provide a return case number, which they have not done. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be sharing my experience on Facebook to highlight the frustration I am facing with this seller. Thank you.

I require technical support from eBay regarding their website. There's an irritating feature where a box pops up with the file name of the picture when hovering over an item image. It's repetitive and obstructs the magnification box. This is frustrating when trying to closely inspect an item. There must be a way to deactivate this unhelpful feature. Thank you.

I was recently charged by eBay on the wrong PayPal account causing me NSF fees. They mistakenly charged my Personal account ([redacted] - created in [redacted]) instead of my Business account ([redacted] - created in [redacted]) that should have been used. I have written detailed letters to the CEO and SVP, but only received a poor response from a customer service representative showing their incompetence and failure to understand the situation. I refuse to make the payment until this error is rectified.

I recently noticed that Ebay mistakenly charged my old personal account instead of my business account, which led to NSF fees at my bank. Despite sending detailed letters to the CEO and SVP, I received a disappointing response from a customer service representative who demonstrated a complete lack of understanding.
