eBay Code: BUS-RO Supplier Contact: CC-Cherry121 After experiencing issues with receiving a TV remote control, despite payment being made, I still have not received it. An email was sent to eBay and the seller yesterday stating that the mistake was not on my end. It seems there was confusion regarding a postcode error. The correct postcode (ME15 8ND) was provided. Today, I received an email from CC-Cherry121 indicating that the problem has been resolved and the remote control is en route. To my surprise, it seems they are sending it to M5 8ND this time. The uncertainty of whether it will reach me is making me question using eBay in the future. Sincerely, Roy A. B.

Tracking number: ID[redacted]4930CN eBay sent a message saying the listing has been removed and the seller is no longer registered. Despite eBay stating that the item has been shipped, the tracking information on the WINIT site shows no shipment. The Messages and Order Details sections on eBay do not provide any further instructions. I am requesting eBay to cancel the order and issue a refund for my payment.

I need assistance with an item I purchased, Item no. [redacted]34, on July 3, [redacted], from seller riveridolstore. There was a delivery issue that the seller couldn't resolve, so I asked eBay to intervene, and they ruled in my favor. The problem lies in receiving the refund, as it has been sent to a bank account that is no longer active. How can I request the refund to be sent to a different account? Thank you. J. Teixeira

I recently purchased a kids' android tablet for my 3-year-old, and unfortunately, the power button seems to be stuck, causing the tablet to constantly turn off and on. I only received the tablet yesterday, and my daughter hasn't been able to enjoy it due to this issue. I paid $29.99 for the tablet, which included free shipping, and I am hoping to get a refund so I can purchase a different tablet that functions properly. I have photos of the tablet and have tried to reach out to customer service, but haven't received a response yet. My daughter's birthday is next week, and this tablet was supposed to be her gift.

I encountered a situation where Sonia Welch is selling a car on Craigslist and asking for payment through eBay Motors via eBay gift cards, totaling $[redacted]. They provided me with a phone number for eBay customer service, which is [redacted]. However, my friend, Delois Banister, has already purchased the car using this method. Now they are trying to sell the same car to me. As Ray Warren, I decided to investigate before making any payments. This seems like a scam misusing eBay's reputation. Can anyone assist in recovering the funds before they remove their email and phone contacts? They are expecting me to make a payment using eBay gift cards as well. My contact number is [redacted]. Thank you, G. R. Warren.

I received an email from eBay informing me that my account is suspended. eBay protects its users well by enforcing its rules effectively. I appreciate this policy, which is one of the reasons I chose to work on eBay because it makes you feel secure. I have completed a training session and gained a good understanding of eBay. I strive to do things correctly. While I may have made mistakes since I am new to eBay, I am enthusiastic and see a successful future with eBay. I request sincerely to have my account situation resolved and seek assistance with my issue. I would greatly appreciate your help. I aim to be a valuable eBay user as I have confidence in my abilities. Apologies if my English is not perfect. Best regards.

Hello, I am contacting you regarding the global delivery service. They have my address incorrect, which has caused issues with locating me. The problem stems from including La Campaneta, where I do not reside at all. I have been communicating with both your company and the delivery service for the past two years with no resolution. My correct address is: Mr. R. Welbourn, Comunidad Vegasol 1, 8-41, Avda. la Constitucion, San Bartolome, [redacted], Orihuela, Alicante, Spain. I have decided to exclusively use the post office moving forward due to this ongoing problem. I will need to avoid Global delivery for any future purchases. Regards, Ray-PC.

I am seeking assistance to address an issue with my eBay account after USPS did not deliver packages I sent to buyers. The packages were well-prepared with shipping labels but were either lost or stolen by USPS after being dropped in a drop box. I attempted to file a claim with USPS, but it was unsuccessful. eBay's communication with my buyers during disputes was expected as stated on my account, but my account is now restricted due to lack of proof of delivery. This situation has caused financial loss and account restrictions which I find confusing and unjust. As a new eBay user, I trusted the platform to handle disputes professionally. However, I now feel unfairly targeted and treated like a dishonest person, which is upsetting as I put effort into my eBay accounts. I am looking for guidance on how to address this issue and clear my account status.

I recently accepted an offer on a listing on eBay from a buyer in France with 0% positive feedback. The buyer offered $[redacted] more than my asking price and requested the item to be shipped to a location in Florida, not matching the PayPal account address. These discrepancies raised red flags for me, leading me to question the legitimacy of the transaction. I am concerned that the buyer might be trying to manipulate the listing to ensure their own item sells. As a new eBay user, I am unsure if I can back out of the transaction before the payment deadline without facing penalties. I appreciate any guidance on how to proceed. Thank you.

Hi, I placed an order for an item but it hasn’t been delivered, and the seller promised a refund which I haven’t received yet. I tried to submit a complaint online, but the item ID was rejected since the seller removed the sale item. I’ve attached our conversation details here. My username on eBay is albch_64, and the seller is moonvi. Thank you.

Hi eBay Support, I am reaching out because a case was closed without my permission. I have been trying to contact eBay through various channels, but I couldn't find any working links. It seems that Apple Express was supposed to deliver my item, but it never reached my address. I spent $30 on the cup, and I believe I am entitled to a refund. I was advised to contact the seller for a refund, but the issue lies with Apple Express: 1) The seller shipped the item. 2) Apple Express failed to deliver it to me. 3) Apple Express has a poor reputation, which you can verify through reviews. I have tried contacting eBay without success. Reviews about Apple Express are overwhelmingly negative, with frequent reports of lost packages and poor service. I would appreciate your assistance in securing a refund for my purchase. Thank you, D.K.

I'm concerned that the seller may be fraudulent and would like for you to investigate. I purchased 10 copies of Windows 10 from a seller as a guest buyer. Despite being charged, the items have not arrived even though it has been a few weeks. I have reached out to the seller several times with no response. I am worried about my account details being in the hands of this seller and would now prefer a full refund over receiving the codes. I would appreciate your assistance. Please respond to me so I can provide all the necessary details such as the seller's information, the PayPal invoice with the seller's name and the amount, as well as the email used in the transaction. Thank you for your help.

I came across this Dodge while searching, and it seemed too good to be true involving eBay. Has eBay ever provided a service like this? Currently stationed at Offutt AFB, near Omaha, Nebraska, I am unable to negotiate the price for the truck I am selling due to my tight schedule and the need for funds before October 20th. The truck is already at our Military Logistic department ready for shipment to your address within 2-3 days once payment is confirmed. This sale includes a 5-day testing period offered by eBay's buyer protection program. Please provide your contact info (full name, shipping address, and phone number) if interested. Thank you! - Anna Fitzgerald

I need to reach Pitney Bowes regarding a delivery issue. I made a purchase on ebay.com, and my order was sent to Spain, surprisingly arriving earlier than expected. However, the local delivery in Spain is handled by a company called Sending.es, not Correos Spain as I had anticipated. Despite trying to contact Sending.es via email without success, there seems to be a problem with the delivery address. I normally receive parcels at the post office due to living in a remote village. The delivery attempts have been unsuccessful as I am currently in Ukraine. The last attempt was made on 14.10.19. I am concerned that the parcel might be returned as it is a gift. I am scheduled to arrive in Spain on 20.10.19. I have informed the seller who advised me to contact eBay, but I cannot find an email contact for eBay. Please advise on how I can email the companies involved to request the parcel be left at the post office according to the address indicated on the parcel.

My selling privileges on eBay have been restricted, even though I recently confirmed and reinstated my account. I received a message from eBay stating that my account has been indefinitely restricted from selling due to concerns about my selling activity. They have removed my ability to sell, any of my listings, and have credited back associated fees except for the final value fee for a specific listing. The removed listing is: [redacted]93 - a MICHAEL KORS Sutton Large Color-Block Saffiano Leather Satchel listed for $[redacted]. eBay instructed me to contact them if I believe there has been a mistake or unauthorized access to my account. I am unable to reply to the email directly. I appreciate any help or guidance on how to resolve this issue. Thank you.

After recently relocating from a Florida apartment complex, I encountered an issue with eBay orders. Around a month ago, I bought 4 items and realized they were shipped to my previous address instead of my current one, despite having provided the new address. The sellers mentioned the items were "signed for", and my former complex indicated they would return misdirected packages, but they hadn't received any. It seems the current residents of my old apartment might have accepted the deliveries. I am concerned about losing both the orders and the money spent. I'm looking for guidance on how to either get a refund or have the items resent, as I believe the sellers are not at fault. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently spent a week searching for telescopes and came across one being auctioned online. Instead of bidding, I offered to pay the full price directly, which the seller agreed to. However, they removed the item from the site, so we continued the conversation through eBay messages. The total cost was $[redacted] for the telescope, but the seller mentioned expensive shipping costs. I ended up sending $[redacted] – $[redacted] for the telescope and $[redacted] for shipping. After 3 days, the seller claimed to have received only $[redacted] and became unresponsive. I even found courier options for them, but they stopped replying since October 15th. Any suggestions on how to handle this situation would be appreciated.

Hello, I have recently observed that my account has been suspended without a legitimate reason. I received an email on August 16 notifying me of the suspension, but I did not take any action after that. I tried to list an item on eBay, but they declined it because they required additional personal information that I couldn't provide since I didn't have all the necessary details. I would appreciate any guidance on how to regain access to my account. I reached out to customer support, and they informed me that unlocking my account is not possible and that decision won't change. I don't understand why this is happening, as I have done nothing wrong. Thank you for your help.

I bid on item #[redacted]52 (Furnace inducer motor), which got rejected. I did a rebid with a different price but then my furnace broke down, and I had to buy a new one. I forgot about the bid, which was eventually accepted. I contacted the seller, BalticMagic7_4, to cancel the order as I no longer need the part due to the new furnace purchase and financial constraints. I am new to eBay and unsure about the policy regarding this situation. Any help in canceling the order would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The buyer claims that the product they purchased does not match the description in the ad. I have clear photos showing the item was pictured with my device before the ad was posted. I only have two of these products which are sold as a bundle of top-quality RAM cards. The buyer alleges they received a different, cheaper version of the RAM cards, even though all I have are the genuine ones. The buyer, who appears to specialize in selling RAM cards on eBay, potentially swapped the items and is attempting to return a lower-grade version. I am certain the item I sent matches what was described in the listing.
