I encountered an issue logging into my account recently. A message prompted me to create an account, even though I already had one. I suspect perhaps I missed another login option. Consequently, I created a new account using my Yahoo email, but was unable to access it because Gmail was listed. I updated the email to Gmail, but this may have caused confusion leading to being perceived as an impostor. Despite this, I successfully placed an order on COSME-DE.COM through eBay, which reflected on my Visa statement. However, I received an email the next day notifying me of the suspension of my account and noticed the transaction amount was refunded on my Visa. Subsequently, the seller confirmed shipping my order and expressed concern over payment. I wish to resolve this misunderstanding, as I am now unable to access my eBay account to clarify the situation. Considering my age and challenges navigating online platforms, I kindly request assistance in rectifying the issue and reinstating my account. I have attempted to reach out via email with no response and would greatly appreciate a phone call to verify my identity and explain the oversight. It would alleviate my stress immensely if you could assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely, B. Shelton

Hello, I recently shipped an item via registered post using Australia Post on 12/6/19. I provided the tracking number to the buyer but they claim it hasn't been delivered. After visiting the post office, I was informed that it's lost and received a contact number for an investigation, which I shared with the buyer. I believe I followed all the procedures correctly, and Australia Post should be held accountable for the loss. Despite this, the buyer is pressuring me for a refund. I believe I shouldn't be liable for the lost item, especially since there should be insurance for such incidents. I have the postal receipt and tracking number as evidence. Could you clarify my position in this situation? Thank you, Peter C.

I placed an order for a soccer jersey from Fabric of Legends on January 24th, [redacted]. However, upon checking the tracking number, I discovered that my Nedved jersey was returned to the sender. This was sent to an address that is not my primary one on eBay. I had requested the item to be shipped to my primary address at:
Nicholas Ormond
26 Cottrill St
Hamilton, ON
L8S 3L4
Canada
Despite contacting Royal Mail, the jersey is currently marked as lost as Fabric of Legends needs to update the address with them. Unfortunately, the seller has already closed the order, and I am unable to communicate with them. I paid GBP 86.96 through PayPal for the jersey and now request either delivery to the correct address or a full refund. I hope to resolve this issue promptly.
Regards,
Nicholas Ormond

I received a €10 voucher from eBay. After placing orders on ebay.fr for three items with the voucher code for a discount, I noticed upon payment that the €10 discount was not applied as expected. I contacted eBay immediately and spoke to El Mehdi regarding the issue. He mentioned he would discuss it with his supervisor.
I requested the orders be canceled if the discount could not be applied. El Mehdi called me today and stated that the discount was applied partially due to purchasing from different eBay sites. I am dissatisfied as all my orders were made on ebay.fr, and I don't understand why a partial discount was applied.
I urge eBay to refund the excess amount charged after payment. I am disappointed with how this was handled and would appreciate a resolution promptly.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought a DJ Marshmello LED Mask on 06/15/[redacted]. Although it arrived on time, the item I received did not match the description. The Velcro parts were missing, and the glue was ineffective in holding the mask together. I requested a return due to these issues, but the seller, linfengsky16, insists that I pay for the return shipping. They refuse to provide a shipping label and suggested I fix the mask myself for a partial refund. This experience has made me realize why I prefer shopping on Amazon, where returns are hassle-free. While the mask was inexpensive at $9.99, it's about the principle of the matter.

When attempting to bid on an item, I encounter an error stating, "You've reached a temporary buying limit." The message explains that buying limits may be in place to ensure buyers are comfortable with their purchasing activity or due to unpaid items on the account. To raise the limit, suggestions include increasing successful transactions by purchasing a Buy It Now item using PayPal, paying for items in the shopping cart, or linking a PayPal account in the eBay settings. Despite linking PayPal, the issue persists, prohibiting me from bidding on items. I seek guidance on how to proceed as I am unable to bid or opt for Buy It Now items.

I bought a trampoline pad on eBay and detailed the issue to the manager, James, who promised a full refund for alterations needed. Unfortunately, I received a message denying the refund. When I contacted James again, his behavior was uncharacteristically rude. Despite informing the company of James' actions and being assured that Tony would reach out, I have not heard from him after leaving voicemails and emails. This ongoing ordeal has been incredibly disappointing. Prior to the purchase, I confirmed multiple times that the product was correct, but it was still incorrect upon delivery. The offer for a refund to cover alteration costs, which were more than the pad itself, was retracted by James. The lack of accountability and poor service have led me to question the company's integrity. Reviews echoing similar experiences reinforce my concerns. I hope for resolution and that James upholds his initial agreement. My eBay username is Bcolvi10, and the seller is TR sports. Any assistance is welcome.

Subject: Assistance Needed for Business Analytics Research Project
Dear Concerned Individual,
I am Norbert Dwayne Weweh, a student pursuing an MSc in Business Analytics at the University of Northampton, United Kingdom. Currently, I am working on my postgraduate dissertation focusing on Business Intelligence and Analytics. I intend to utilize qualitative research methods such as interviews, questionnaires, case studies, participant observations, and one-to-one meetings to collect and analyze data for my research project.
My research adopts an inductive reasoning approach to develop a comprehensive analytical understanding of Business Intelligence alongside big data, emphasizing the social and ethical implications in today's digital age. Furthermore, I aim to explore the influence of corporate governance and legislation on the evolution of big data.
For data analysis, I will employ qualitative methods to delve into perceptions that aren't quantifiable. I strive to maintain impartiality by objectively analyzing collected perceptions without prematurely drawing conclusions. To respect the schedules of interviewees, I will establish clear timeframes for data collection in coordination with them. I will also adhere to data protection regulations and ensure interviewee anonymity unless crucial for the research.
Additionally, I plan to implement a coding system to categorize stakeholders internally for future reference and develop a code of conduct to uphold research integrity and validate findings.
I seek your assistance in this endeavor and appreciate your cooperation.
Best Regards,
Norbert Dwayne Weweh

On April 19th, I purchased a Connor McDavid hockey card draw for $50. The draw involved 20 envelopes and was expected to be conducted online. Unfortunately, the process was delayed as all envelopes took about a month to sell, exceeding the initial delivery estimate. Despite the seller indicating that the item was shipped, I have not received it. My attempts to reach out to the seller have been unsuccessful, with no response provided. The estimated delivery date has been constantly changing on the postal service website, recently shifting from July 3rd to July 9th, and now to July 10th. Considering this transaction is over two months old, the card should have arrived much earlier. It is concerning to see a seller with a previously good reputation now facing numerous complaints and allegations of fraudulent activity. I fear I may have fallen victim to a scam, with the seller potentially profiting from multiple customers. I have exhausted my efforts to communicate with the seller and would appreciate your intervention in this matter. Thank you.

I am having trouble using a brand new physical eBay gift card purchased for $25 at a retail store. I can enter the 13-digit redemption code during checkout, but I am not prompted for a 4-digit code that is supposed to be underneath. Despite confirming the balance of $25 with the 13-digit code, I cannot complete a purchase without the additional code. I have attempted for 3.5 hours without success. eBay's online help has not been useful, and many customers seem to face the same issue without any real solutions. Please provide assistance promptly in English by calling me.

I purchased item [redacted]55 for a birthday gift, expecting it by Jun/17, but received it late on Jun/20. When I tried to return it, the seller wouldn't accept returns but offered a $10 refund, which I agreed to. However, the seller is now unresponsive to my messages. Their last response mentioned the no-return policy. What should I do next? Thank you.

I'm concerned about the high shipping cost for this item. The Healing Garden Spa Therapy Rejuvenating Ultra Firming Body Lotion is priced at $5.49, but the shipping through USPS Priority Mail is $11.20, making the total cost $16.69. The delivery estimate is for Monday, July 8th. I believe the shipping charge is excessive for this product.

I bought a product, item number [redacted]33, from Ebay on March 31.
The item was delayed and arrived after the delivery date. Unfortunately, it was missing the power cable, which was supposed to be included. I had to buy one locally for $12, but the seller only refunded $5.
After one month of using the product, my computer monitor stopped working (the power cable was for this monitor). It turns out the advertised output of 1.786A was incorrect, and the actual output is 3A. This caused damage to my screen.
I am upset about this situation and would like to claim damages from the seller for the cost of replacing the monitor, which is around $[redacted] locally.
I need guidance on how to proceed.
Thank you.

I am seeking a refund for a defective product. Specifically, it is a Kylo Ren lightsaber from the Disney Store. Initially, I accidentally bid on the item and then tried to cancel the bid before winning it. However, the seller urged me to proceed with the purchase, so I did. Upon receiving it, I discovered that the battery tray is rusted, rendering the lightsaber inoperable. I requested a refund, but the seller is now threatening me to withdraw my return request. The seller seems to doubt my intentions and accuses me of buyer's remorse rather than addressing the faulty product. Despite the seller's claims of testing the item and its functional status at the time of sale, the rusted battery tray suggests otherwise. I am unsure how to proceed as the seller is uncooperative. I believe I should be entitled to a full refund given the condition of the item I received.

I purchased badges for a Citroen Relay van on eBay on June 17th. I did not receive a confirmation email at the time, which I overlooked. This should have alerted me. The badges have not arrived, but €21.13 was debited from my account via Paypal. I made the purchase as a guest since the account belongs to my wife. I couldn't locate the seller on eBay again, so I contacted PayPal. They provided me with the seller's name, Julie Harrison, and her email address - [redacted] I emailed her but haven't received a response. It seems like a scam. I would appreciate advice on what steps to take next to get my money back. Thank you, V. Carolan.

I have encountered an issue with a buyer on eBay regarding a missing item. Despite using Royal Mail International Delivery (standard) for over 10 years without any previous problems, the buyer claims the item never arrived after a month post the expected delivery date. I provided the option for a tracked service, but the buyer chose the standard delivery. eBay refunded the buyer without informing me and ignored my attempts to address the issue through their Resolution Service. The buyer also reversed the payment through PayPal, resulting in me being doubly charged £65, totaling £[redacted]. I suspect the buyer is dishonestly claiming non-delivery to profit from me. This whole situation has caused me a loss of at least £[redacted], and I feel unfairly penalized for the buyer's choice of an untracked service.

Dear Customer Service,
I have an eBay selling account, and I recently encountered an issue with my PayPal account linked to it. A customer urgently bought an item from me (item number: [redacted]29), requesting me to ship it without upfront payment. I sent the item via UPS Courier with tracking number 1Z056AA[redacted]8 and told the customer to pay me $[redacted] for shipping once my PayPal issue was resolved.
Now that my PayPal account is active again, I reached out to the customer for payment, but they claim they need instructions from eBay to proceed. Can you please assist me in facilitating the payment from the customer under the eBay username "plccommander"?
Best regards,

My eBay account was hacked, and during the breach, an item was sold without my knowledge. The buyer has now initiated a request for the item since it has not been sent. I was alerted to this when I received an email but encountered difficulty accessing the request due to the language barrier. I refrained from logging in out of concern that it could be a scam to obtain my banking details. There is no record of the payment in my PayPal account, and the buyer accused me of being a scammer in a disrespectful message. I request a resolution to this issue as I do not have the item the buyer purchased. I have successfully sold only one item on eBay previously, which was delivered to the buyer. Kindly assist in resolving this matter as I am not accountable for this situation.

Dear Amazon Customer Service,
I am disappointed to find that my heartfelt complaint about your delivery service was not published after being requested by Amazon. I am seeking clarification as to whether this decision was supported by your chief customer service officer. I intend to escalate my concerns to them directly.
Should this issue be a procedural error, I request my toner drums be delivered promptly along with an explanation of the situation. This experience does not align with my expectations as a loyal customer.
