Unfortunately, complications arose, and I was unable to receive my items. The seller claimed no responsibility for the error. I reached out to eBay's customer service, resulting in a refund for one of the items but not for the total amount. The tracking number, RN[redacted]47GB, shows the goods departed France on May 2 and have not yet reached the United Kingdom. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent purchase of two phones from you. Here are the details of my concern:
On June 3, [redacted], I bought two phones listed as "MINT Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus (SM-G928A GSM Unlocked) - All Colors & Capacity."
I received a tracking number for the shipment of two phones on the same day, June 3, [redacted], which I paid for in full.
The package arrived on June 6, [redacted], but upon opening, I discovered only one phone inside, and it had scratches on the housing.
After notifying you about the missing phone and the damage, you mentioned sending me the other phone and provided a tracking number on June 7, [redacted], which I have not yet received.
The deadline for the return of both phones is June 14, [redacted], even though I still do not have the second phone purchased at the same time.
These phones were intended as gifts, but due to the condition and delay, I can no longer use them as such.
I am deeply dissatisfied with your response, which has worsened this already troublesome experience. I am hopeful for a prompt and satisfactory resolution, which includes a full refund covering the purchased items, taxes, and shipping for both phones.
This transaction has been regrettable, and I urge eBay to step in as the seller has not been helpful in resolving this issue.

I am having an issue with a buyer on eBay. After I accepted her offer, I was away without internet access when she requested to cancel due to not noticing I don't accept returns. Despite my son shipping the item the next day, she later wanted a full refund. I explained the situation to eBay, confirming I followed procedures correctly. I am considering closing my eBay account due to PayPal's unacceptable policies on holding funds from sales. I meet all criteria for experienced seller status and was even enjoying these privileges until my funds were inexplicably held twice, despite following all rules. I have strived for instant payouts for months and was excited to use eBay as my primary sales platform for my laptop business. However, my experience has been marred by inconsistent fund holds with no clear explanation provided by PayPal. This lack of transparency and professionalism from such a large company like eBay is disappointing and hurtful. I feel unjustly treated and insulted as if I am viewed as untrustworthy.

I purchased 20 LED light bulbs from car_partner_9 on Ebay. Out of the 20 bulbs, 13 matched the specified size, but 7 were larger and did not fit my light fitting. I provided photos to the seller as proof. Despite my request for a refund or replacements for the 7 larger bulbs, the seller has been unresponsive. Initially, the seller offered a £12 refund, which I found unfair, and now they have stopped communicating altogether. I contacted the seller on 25-28th May, when I noticed the issue. I bought a clutch kit from techniclutch/[redacted] with item number [redacted]10. The kit, costing £[redacted].00, included a LUK DMF flywheel. The fitting cost was an additional £[redacted].00. Upon installation, issues arose as LUK stated only their kit fits the flywheel correctly. I had to purchase a screw set and LUK Rep Set Pro separately to address this. Despite these additions, problems persisted with the clutch, prompting its removal. Upon careful inspection, a bent timing tooth on the flywheel was discovered, necessitating the replacement of the whole kit. The total expense escalated from £[redacted].57 to £[redacted].69 due to the replacement labor. EBay refunded the kit cost, but the unforeseen expenses of buying new parts and additional labor were significant. EBay deemed the matter closed, leaving me with an unjustifiable extra cost of £[redacted].12 due to the faulty flywheel. The issue was only detected upon thorough examination, not immediately obvious. I have documentation of the bills and garage report detailing the faulty flywheel for reference if needed.

I am experiencing difficulties with eBay and PayPal. I feel deceived by eBay, as I believe my situation should be covered by Seller Protection after either the buyer or eBay damaged my laptop during transit. I have contacted over 16 people at eBay this week, including a supervisor in the collections department. I believe I do not owe this sum of money that dates back over 7 years to when my account was suspended. Despite contacting the collection company as instructed, they were unable to find any record of the debt after speaking with 5 individuals, including a lead supervisor. I was assured on Wednesday that my account would be reset by now to make a purchase, but it is still not functional. I am requesting urgent clearance of this issue as it seems to be a mistake. The $80 in question is unknown to me, and I have a flawless credit history without any prior collections. It has been more than 7 years since the alleged incident occurred. I recently received an email informing me that my account "burubu0" has been suspended. However, I do not have an account under that username. I have not sold anything on eBay since around [redacted]. The suspension affected my ability to make a purchase from one of your vendors. This has not only inconvenienced me but also impacted your vendor's business. I occasionally shop on eBay to keep my account active, and I do not want it suspended. I was in the process of buying an airline ticket on expedia.com when I needed help from an agent. The agent suggested a deal with ebay, asking me to buy a $[redacted] ebay gift card for a better offer. After providing the card number, he claimed it was faulty and wanted me to buy another from Walmart, promising reimbursement.
