I believe the eBay employee, Jindrow Ambi, has engaged in illegal activities. He has not refunded me for over five months. Despite contacting PayPal and assisting him in switching banks from Morgan Stanley to Wells Fargo for easier money transfers, he has not cooperated with transferring the funds to my US account with a routing number. Instead, he is requesting card details, CVV, expiry date, etc., which seems suspicious. I kindly request assistance in getting my refund after this prolonged delay and urge reporting this individual to eBay management for fraudulent behavior.

As a seller, I have been receiving my funds promptly after a buyer's payment. However, suddenly about 10 days ago, my payments started being put on hold without any explanation. After speaking with customer service today, they confirmed that my account was in good standing and above average. They mentioned that there was an error on their end where funds were not released as they should have been for the last 60 days, leading to the sudden holds on my incoming payments. I expressed my frustration at being penalized for their mistakes and suggested that since my account has been exceptional with no issues, I should continue receiving my funds immediately as before. I also proposed that the 90-day hold period be waived due to my consistent performance over the past 60 days.

I purchased an iPhone from Prices4U on September 6, [redacted]. The item number is [redacted]68. The item was listed as for parts, but upon inspection, the screen seemed functional. Upon receiving the phone, I discovered it contained an AT&T sim card and was iCloud locked by the original owner. After reaching out to the seller, they were unable to unlock it. I sought assistance from a repair shop, but they informed me the phone was reported stolen and requested a purchase receipt. Upon providing the eBay receipt, they confirmed it was stolen and advised it was unusable. The seller has agreed to refund the purchase price of approximately $[redacted] but will not refund the shipping cost of around $[redacted].

I have been a loyal customer for over five years, but I have been experiencing multiple issues lately. Firstly, I have been waiting for a refund for a broken item I returned a month ago. The seller promptly issued the refund, but eBay and PayPal seem unable to locate my money. Additionally, I am unable to delete items from my shopping cart or saved for later list. The message boards suggest it is due to a "commitment to buy" that I have not made. The remove option has disappeared from both lists, and I am struggling to find assistance for this problem. I am considering closing my account and returning to shopping on Amazon.

Sold by selvis66 on September 8, [redacted], under order number [redacted]49. I feel deceived by eBay employees as I did not receive the guaranteed money. The seller sold me counterfeit gold, which led me to open a case on September 12 to return the fake item. Despite attempts to communicate, the seller changed the address from the UK to Sweden and ignored my messages. The case was then suspended on the 21st to allow the seller to provide a return label, extending the resolution until September 26. Subsequently, on the 27th, the case closed in my favor with the assurance of a refund within 1-2 hours. However, I later learned that PayPal would handle the refund due to an open case from the 21st that eBay overlooked. Feeling this injustice, I now consider legal action.

I am extremely disappointed with eBay's customer support. I recently bought a $[redacted] item and wanted to use the 15% off discount available that day, but encountered difficulties. After contacting customer support, they offered me a $25 credit for a future purchase which I declined. When I called again and spoke to Ruby, she seemed frustrated and kept interrupting me rudely. Despite asking to speak to her supervisor, Romel, she claimed he was unavailable. I simply wanted to apply my 15% discount, but the item had already shipped. Is there anyone at eBay who can assist me? I have been a loyal eBay customer and seller without any previous problems, but this experience has been frustrating. Thank you.

It appears that eBay measures their customer service based on recent transactions associated with accounts, which may not bode well for a company competing with Amazon.com. I recently spoke with a customer service manager named Omar who mentioned honoring a 15% coupon promo if transactions exceeded $[redacted]. However, Omar couldn't locate my recent transactions, even suggesting I hadn't made any eBay purchases. This experience raises concerns about eBay's IT capabilities. Despite my call being at 8PM PST, two hours after the promo deadline, the limited 10-hour campaign duration from 8:38AM to 6:00PM was unexpected. This lack of clarity left me feeling like a younger customer's positive experience wasn't a priority. eBay, please improve your customer service.

I am experiencing extreme frustration due to the lack of response to my numerous emails and reports. The current complaint handling process seems ineffective, as my issue remains unresolved. I urge for a more practical approach to resolving this matter to avoid further disappointment. It is imperative that someone acknowledges and addresses the communications sent to your offices, including the details provided below for reference: TeCdAw.57aXOfv HP POONE item no: [redacted]5-[redacted] PEO AVIT London Non-return Case We possess a P.O. tracking record confirming delivery on Monday, 10th September, with a signature. I seek clarification on how such oversights occur within your system and how Pro Avit's role is documented and reported. It is crucial to reassess the requirements of both buyers and sellers in these situations to prevent future incidents. The lack of accountability is unacceptable, and I request immediate attention and resolution.

I bought an item from a seller on eBay, but they delayed shipping and claimed the size I ordered was sold out, even though it was in stock when I made the purchase. I did not receive the top, even though the purchase section claims I did on the same day as the other two tops. The seller initially mentioned a refund, but later sent an email stating I am not eligible for one after reviewing my case. It is frustrating that my money is being kept without receiving the item. This has been my worst experience on eBay, and I have decided not to purchase from this seller again or shop on eBay in the future. I work hard for my money, so it is disappointing to be in this situation. Farewell.

I recently sold an item on eBay, but it was removed due to being listed in the wrong category. The buyer then claimed the item was damaged during shipping and requested a refund. I informed them that I am not liable for shipping damage, as the item was accurately described and listed for parts. Despite this, when I submitted my response, the return was instantly approved, the refund was issued, and the money was deducted from my checking account. I have not received the item back, and the buyer is not responding to my emails. I did not agree to this return, and I believe there may have been a mistake or a button pressed accidentally. I need help reversing and resolving this issue. The item number is [redacted]61, the item is a Mirage 88 radio, and the sale occurred on 9/14.

I am experiencing a technical issue with receiving unwanted emails from eBay "matching" me to past purchases. This problem began last fall and despite clearing out my lists and saved items as advised, the emails have resumed recently. I reached out to eBay customer service without success. The frequency of these emails has increased to twice a day. I received one this morning with the reference ID: [#[redacted]7d5974fe2a94a1432ad162d87#]. I would like these emails to cease immediately. Identifying them as spam is not an option for me as I use eBay for selling and need to receive notifications. Your prompt assistance with resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently sold two books, and the payment for them is currently marked as pending in my PayPal account. The buyers are now requesting a refund for the books, but I have not yet received the original payment from 09/14/[redacted]. After speaking with PayPal, I was informed that eBay was the one responsible for holding the funds. In my initial listing, I clearly stated that I would not accept returns. The buyer knew the book was not new, and despite it being lightly used, they highlighted a minor one-inch mark on the back cover as the supposed defect. I have been told that the book was returned, although it has not reached me yet. I am informed that I need to refund the buyer's money by 10/03, yet I have not been paid for the original sale nor received the book back. I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into promptly. Thank you, B. Stern

I am frustrated with the message stating that my account has not been created or activated. I signed up and have a password, but I am unable to access any information to check for errors or place orders. I am not interested in selling items; I simply want to make a purchase. Today, I had to buy something again as a "guest buyer" after trying multiple times to navigate through dead ends. I have never successfully made a purchase or attempted to sell anything using this account. Why is my account not activated? I am struggling to understand why I am unable to use my account and finding it challenging to get in touch with someone for assistance. I have spent several hours trying to resolve this before reaching out here. It seems like many others are experiencing similar issues, but there is no clear way to address it.

I made an offer on a Honda XL-[redacted] connecting rod kit advertised as "Genuine." The seller requested more money, to which I declined. Upon realizing there was no part number to verify its authenticity, I decided not to proceed. I have spent the last two days extensively searching for confirmation that it is genuine. A genuine Honda motorcycle part features a crankshaft pin with a silver-coated big end bearing which aftermarket parts lack. Despite my inquiries, the seller avoided confirming its authenticity. After consulting other Honda OEM parts dealers and checking an old box with a Honda sticker on it, I found some concerning discrepancies. As a mechanic with years of experience, I understand the importance of using high-quality parts, especially for racing models like the Honda XL-[redacted] and XR-[redacted]. I am reluctant to purchase aftermarket parts for this build. I attempted to contact eBay previously but encountered difficulties; I am now seeking assistance through this platform. I would appreciate it if eBay could call me to resolve this issue promptly.

I have tried listing my item for sale several times, but each time I am targeted by fraudulent individuals who attempt to scam me with fake PayPal payment confirmation emails. This poses a significant issue as it falsely marks my item as sold, wasting time and missing out on potential views and genuine buyers. Moreover, due to the sales limit on my account, I can't relist my item without contacting customer service first. I need assistance in selling my device to honest buyers and would appreciate guidance on preventing fraudulent individuals from bypassing the immediate payment option when using the Buy Now feature. Despite having measures in place, these scammers still find a way to avoid making prompt payments. Thank you, Kind regards Yaseen Rahman (Yasrah79)

I have two complaints that I would like to address: 1) I have noticed that there is no USA phone customer support available as all calls are directed to the Philippines. Unfortunately, they are unable to transfer the call to a USA representative, and the callback time for USA customers takes 24-48 hours. 2) Regarding the search engine on Ebay's website, I have found that when I enter a search term, it does not allow me to limit the search results to only the item I am interested in. Instead, it brings up various other unrelated items, making it difficult and time-consuming to find what I am looking for. For example, when searching for a "leather hatchet cover," the results include canvas covers, hatchet blades, handles, and sets, with no option to narrow down the search. This is frustrating and inefficient for customers like me who want to quickly find specific items. I believe this issue should be addressed promptly.

Hello, I recently set up my new store on eBay and listed an item that I copied from Amazon to dropship. As far as I know, it's not restricted. However, I was surprised to discover that eBay has suspended my account without any clear explanation. I had no intention of scamming anyone, and I provided all the necessary private information. It's frustrating as I had only opened my store for about an hour before getting suspended. Is this how new sellers are typically treated? I've been using my account for three years, and I hope to have it reinstated soon.
