I purchased a football kit for my grandson around October 20th, but it has not arrived. Despite emailing the company multiple times, I have not received a response with a delivery date. After researching, I found numerous negative reviews about Total Sports reporting similar issues. The company seems unreachable as they are not answering calls, and the mailbox isn't being checked. When I inquired about a delivery date, they only mentioned they are still packing with no specific date given. I am frustrated because they have taken my money but failed to deliver the goods.

I would like to dispute a purchase. I previously requested a full refund because the item was missing a power source, rendering it unusable. I have not received a response regarding this, so I will proceed to open a dispute with E-bay if I do not hear back by noon tomorrow. The previous message I received stated that I could either get a partial refund or return the item. However, I specifically need a full refund due to the missing power adapter, which was not mentioned in the item description. I hope to resolve this without involving E-bay and would appreciate it if the correct power adapter could be sent to me.

I am having trouble returning a defective small CD/tape player boombox for two reasons. Firstly, I attempted to contact eBay customer service via two phone numbers listed online, but both numbers only directed me to the return section on the website without the option to speak to a representative. Secondly, the return process on the website is requesting pictures of the item, even though it is not visibly damaged or broken. When I tried to upload a photo from my phone, the return section did not accept the file type. I appreciate any guidance on how to successfully return this item despite these challenges.

I've been experiencing issues with changing my password on eBay recently. Every day for the past week, I'm prompted to create a new password, only for it to request another change the next day. I can't contact Customer Service as I'm unable to sign in, so I've tried accessing the site as a guest. However, it seems a code is sent to my landline for verification. Is there an alternative way to seek help aside from mailing a letter to eBay's corporate headquarters? Your support is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I would like to regain access to my previous eBay account under the username "mustsacrifice480" registered under my name, John Fliss. I am using the same email address associated with my [redacted] account, which is [redacted] I would prefer to use my old account again or have the transactions from that account transferred to my newer eBay account. I am reaching out to eBay customer service to address a concern regarding the [redacted] Saturn and [redacted] Benz listed on eBay. These vehicles did not sell on September 14, [redacted], to Tajuana Jackson. Both cars are still available for purchase. Although a call was made, the buyer was not interested. The issue arose when the cars were relisted multiple times, resulting in unnecessary charges due to selling activity on eBay. My bank account was charged $19.00, which I am requesting to be refunded for the non-sale of both cars. As a result of this, my account has been suspended.

I contacted eBay to address the closed case regarding the item I never received and requested a refund. Despite providing evidence, the seller claimed I got the item, leading to the case closure, which I find unacceptable. FedEx tracking showed the item delivered to a wrong address, not matching my mum's address. Even after informing the seller with screenshots and the correct address, I received no response. Feeling unfairly treated, I shared these details with eBay, hoping for a resolution and shared additional evidence from the courier to the provided web link. Reviews on the seller indicate others facing similar issues. It has been a week since the item was expected, now another week without a refund, affecting my mum's cats' flea treatment schedule. I am awaiting a prompt refund to secure the necessary treatment from an alternative source.

I need assistance in recovering the funds that were fraudulently taken from me by an individual pretending to represent a company. I received an item that does not work properly. I ordered a Ryobi 1/2-inch drill, which arrived in a plastic P.O. bag. Unfortunately, the selector switch on the top of the drill is stuck in position 1 (low speed) and cannot be moved to position 2 (high speed). Despite the issue, having a partially functioning drill is better than none. However, to address this inconvenience, I am requesting a $10 refund. I have attempted to contact the seller through eBay twice via email but have not received a response yet.

On April 12, [redacted], I bought a Dyson V8 Battery from quick-port. Unfortunately, the battery has stopped working, and it seems that the seller is no longer active on eBay. The purchase came with a 10-year warranty, but without the seller, I’m unsure how to claim. I attempted to reach out to eBay for assistance, but I couldn’t find a way to speak with them directly. I recently sent a letter to a Seiko Watch seller regarding a Seiko Prospex Diver SCUBA Save The Ocean SBDY115 Blue Men's Watch. I noticed discrepancies in the case diameter listed in their eBay listing compared to what I had initially found. Despite having already ordered other watches with specific case sizes, I wanted to confirm the size of the Seiko watch before making a decision. I provided my email address but realized it might have been confused with another similar one. Additionally, I received an email from eBay stating that my account, lifeinthe_97, has been permanently suspended for reasons that were not clearly explained. I am confused about the suspension and suspect it might be related to some content I posted. I believe I have not violated any rules and would like further clarification on the suspension. Residing in FL, we encountered issues with a US Dept of Agriculture officer who informed us the tree was illegally imported from Puerto Rico and must be seized due to the ban on citrus sales to FL. The delay is attributed to a backlog and COVID-19. Upset by this, we are seeking a refund from the vendor who requested our paypal account information, which we do not possess since we paid with a credit card. Considering our numerous Ebay purchases, we are wary of sharing personal information with foreign vendors, especially after a prior hacking incident. We urge for assistance with the refund and resolution through Ebay channels for this matter. Your prompt action is greatly appreciated.

Hello! I recently placed an order on eBay, completed the payment, and shortly after, my account was suspended. I suspect this might be due to my location in Ukraine and the discrepancy between my payment address and the address for delivery, which involves a logistics company for shipping from the US to Ukraine. I reached out to the seller via my husband's account, who mentioned he couldn't proceed with sending the order and informed eBay about the situation, stating they would handle the refund.
