eBay recently put a spending limit on my account. I'm trying to purchase a coin collection priced at $3,[redacted], but I'm unable to due to the limit. I've bought items up to $1,[redacted] before without any issues. According to eBay's guidelines, I should have received an email explaining the limit and what to do next, but I haven't received any such email (checked Junk mail too). Any advice would be appreciated. - Jim

The seller claimed that my item was delivered by the US Postal Service. After verifying with both myself and the postmaster, it was confirmed that the item was not handled by USPS and the tracking number provided is invalid. The item was never delivered. I have reached out to the seller multiple times but they are avoiding my inquiries. Unfortunately, I made a second order after the first, so both orders are likely fraudulent. It is frustrating that eBay seems to protect dishonest sellers and does not intervene to resolve these issues effectively. Their lack of a proper system or reachable phone number for complaints is disappointing. If they do not address this situation, I will share my experience on social media and seek support from others who have had similar problems with eBay and this seller. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the NYS Attorney General's office and I am waiting for the necessary forms.

As a first-time seller, I recently encountered a problem with a buyer who claimed an item I sold was stained and dirty, although I had only worn it once. After providing a partial refund through Ebay, the buyer now insists the jacket fell apart after a wash cycle, requesting an additional refund or essentially getting the item for free. I am unsure if this is a scam and uncertain how to proceed. The buyer did not mention any issues with the pants, and I wonder if I am obligated to provide another refund or if the previous resolution is sufficient. Any advice on how to handle this situation would be appreciated.

I purchased pants from the seller top-fashion-hair with order number 19-10[redacted]6. The pants didn't fit, so I contacted the seller for a return. Although they promised free returns, I never received the return label as agreed and was delayed multiple times. I eventually returned the pants via insured shipping through DHL to the seller. However, I have not received a refund for the purchase price of 21.01 euros or the return costs of 5.49 euros. I would like to escalate this to eBay Buyer Protection and ask eBay Customer Service to request the seller to promptly refund me 26.50 euros to my PayPal account at [redacted] Thank you, Karin Woigk.

I recently purchased a punchball from seller Nephcellen, and upon receiving it two days ago, I began assembling it. However, upon adding water to the base as per the instructions, I noticed water leaking out due to a crack in the base. This crack either occurred during shipping or the item was already damaged. Regarding order #11-10[redacted]5, the buyer no longer wants the purchased watch, and I've provided a refund. I bought a $6.50 shipping label for the return. However, the buyer was unable to download it as eBay closed the sale before he could. I need assistance in ensuring he can obtain the pre-paid label for the return. I purchased a MAC Sheertone blush in Dollymix. I still had the container with the product and the one I received does not match the color at all. It is meant to be a fuchsia shade, but the one I received is more orange. Despite the label saying Dollymix, it is not the right product. Hello eBay, I would like to return some products I ordered for a refund. Unfortunately, I accidentally closed out the return request. The seller is liveurbestlife, and my return request was denied. My order number is 13-10[redacted]3. Two of the makeup compacts are too dark, and the other one is too light. I am unhappy with the makeup as it appears old and I do not want to use it on my face. I received punitive shipping labels from eBay to return items. I mistakenly printed one but did not use it. I prefer regular shipping labels without fees. I already returned one set of items for $4.90 and provided the tracking number to the seller. However, the shipping cost for the other two items is $12 plus additional fees. I am unhappy with eBay's approach and feel these charges are unfair. If this issue is not resolved, I will consider legal action against eBay for punitive damages.

I received the wrong order, and when I called customer service, the representative was extremely disrespectful and used inappropriate language towards me. He claimed his name was Brian, but I believe he was lying. Despite assuming I was much younger, he should not have spoken to me in such a condescending and offensive manner. I am determined to report this behavior and will continue to voice my concerns until this issue is addressed appropriately.

I received an offer $[redacted] below my asking price, promising payment in 4 days. Desperate for the money, I accepted. Disappointingly, the funds are now on hold until July 9th, nearly 5 weeks later. To make matters worse, the heavy item must be shipped internationally at a cost of $[redacted]. Despite listing the shipping price, eBay did not release any shipping funds. Adding to the frustration, promotion fees caused my account to be overdrawn by $98. It seems like a bait-and-switch tactic, which is illegal in the USA. It's perplexing how they think they can sidestep the rules.

I purchased item number [redacted][redacted]99 back in January for my boat. It was in storage for the winter, and when I recently took it out and removed my starter, I noticed that the new one was different. I spoke with Oscar from the seller's team, who mentioned that they would need to contact you to approve the return label. Oscar has reached out to me, advising that I must now contact you directly for the label. When I inquired if he had the correct starter available, he mentioned that they do not carry it. Hello, I sent item #[redacted]44 to our buyer, but unfortunately, it did not get delivered. I purchased eBay insurance for the item's value. To ensure we get our money back, we tracked the item and confirmed that it is indeed lost and not delivered. I am now unsure how to proceed to get a refund so I can reimburse our buyer. I purchased chrome mirror covers for my [redacted] Cadillac CT5 from seller carhome [redacted]. Despite their compatibility table indicating they should fit, they did not. The return cost to Beijing, China via UPS was $[redacted] for a $40 item, which was unreasonable. I am disappointed as returning them is not a viable option. It is concerning that sellers can operate in this manner due to high return costs.

On December 6, [redacted], I believed I had ordered the following item shown below. Payment was made using my Barclaycard for £10.99. Despite not receiving an order confirmation, I presumed everything was in order due to the charge on my card. To my surprise, upon checking my account today, I found no pending orders for the item below: ASDA ONN DAB Radio - Model No: ODABR01 with Mains AC-DC Adaptor Power Supply UK Plug. Please confirm if the order was processed and provide details. Otherwise, could you explain why the payment was registered on my Barclaycard without a corresponding order? Thank you.

I recently bought Philips over-ear headphones, but they are not functioning. After contacting Neego, they advised me to initiate a return request. Even though I cannot locate the purchase record, I received the headphones on June 9th. Neego has been unhelpful, and I simply want to return the faulty item and get a refund.
