Subject: Enhancement Request for "Manage Drafts" Page I have found the filtering and customization features on the "Manage Active Listings" page very useful. However, when managing my drafts, which number over [redacted], I encounter limitations. I am unable to filter, sort, or customize columns effectively, which hinders my ability to update and avoid duplications, especially with unique items like coins. Requesting similar tools available on the "Manage Drafts" page as on the "Manage Active Listings" page would greatly improve my workflow. Additionally, the disproportionate width of the grey area on the left side of both pages reduces visibility of columns on the right. Adjusting this layout would enhance usability. I have previously raised these concerns in the comments section but have yet to receive a response. Your attention to these matters would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Ross

I ordered a pair of size 9 slippers that fit well, but my second order arrived in size 11. Upon contacting the seller, they instructed me to return the slippers for a refund and provided a postage label through eBay. Despite the seller refunding the full purchase price, eBay deducted £3.35 for postage. This contradicts eBay's guarantee of either receiving the correct item or a full refund. I have noticed that when I make purchases from your store, unexpected charges at the Canadian border seem to occur. Recently, I paid for my items only to receive a call from the border requesting an extra $[redacted]. It would be appreciated if these additional fees were communicated upfront either before the items arrive or during the checkout process. As a loyal customer, I have encountered smoother transactions with Amazon than with your store. If this issue persists, I may reluctantly cover the fees this time, but it will impact my decision to continue shopping with you. Not only myself, but my family, friends, and social media followers will be deterred by this experience. There are many alternatives out there, and such discrepancies may harm your reputation. I won an auction on the 15th of October, but the seller is not responding to my messages for item collection. I suspect fraudulent activity. I made the payment through PayPal. Hello, I purchased a Hammond xpk [redacted] on eBay, but the seller is facing challenges shipping it from Germany to me. The postal services are returning the parcel. The seller explained that due to customs regulations, it seems parcels can only be sent to registered business addresses for commercial purposes when shipping to the Russian Federation. Private shipments to business addresses are not allowed. The seller expressed surprise and is unsure if this could be related to political reasons. They suggested checking with international carriers like DHL, UPS, and FedEx to see if any can deliver to a private address. The seller is open to trying to send the item again but mentioned the difficulty in further investigating the issue due to various attempts already made.

I purchased a ring in June [redacted], and there have been ongoing issues with the seller. After paying for the ring and experiencing surgery and moving to a new town in New Mexico, the seller finally shipped it. However, it was returned due to an expired forwarding address. I have since requested a refund, but the seller claims to have tried to refund the original card used for purchase, which is closed. Despite providing a new address, the seller is now citing shipping problems from their country. I am concerned about their ability to continue selling under such circumstances. I recently encountered an issue with UPS regarding a miscalculation on an item I sold, resulting in a negative balance on my account. The buyer was supposed to cover the shipping costs, but due to an eBay hold on my initial sale, I had to pay for it temporarily to avoid delays for the buyer. UPS acknowledged their error in a letter but has yet to correct the debit. I had a conversation with representative Anna Mae on 10-20-[redacted], where we believed the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, it seems to persist, and I am willing to provide the UPS letter confirming their mistake if necessary. Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment with a product I purchased recently. I ordered a Women's short sleeve V-Neck top working uniform scrub in XL size, with order number 22-07[redacted]0. Upon receiving the item, I was shocked to find that it was extremely small and did not fit me at all. Despite ordering a larger size for comfort, it was more like a small size. I recently sold golf clubs to a buyer in NC who promptly made the payment. However, I am unable to trace the funds as there seems to be a hold on my account since October 20th. It appears that you are possibly holding the $[redacted].05 instead of PayPal having it. I am also concerned about the excessive shipping charges on my buyer's end and the duplicate charge of $26.42 for a shipping label. It has been over a week now, and I am hoping to reclaim my funds swiftly. My preferred resolution would be to retrieve my money and receive a prompt check for the full amount. Despite the damaged product I received - leaking and contaminated - I only found a button to print a return label with no option to explain the refusal of USPS to accept it. The seller has a history of complaints, yet remains active on the platform. Frustrated, I had to involve my financial institution, which promptly resolved the issue based on provided evidence. Despite the automated closure of my case by eBay, my bank issued a full permanent credit towards the purchase.

Please have someone call me as soon as possible. It is very important. Every time I try to input my information including my full name, email address, home address, phone number, and credit card info to download the app, it kicks me out and says declined wrong credit card number. I have tried this about five times now. I need someone to fix this issue quickly so I can download the app and use it. Thank you. M.D.Z. [redacted]. In November [redacted], I purchased a new LG G Pad 8.0 second generation tablet from VD Hart610 for $99.99. When I tried to have it activated in May [redacted], I was informed that the tablet was faulty and missing essential activation numbers. Despite nearly a year passing since the purchase, the untouched tablet remains in its original box. I am seeking assistance as I believe I received a defective item for $99.99 from VD Hart610. My account was suspended inexplicably, and this is the second occurrence on Ebay. I have only used the platform to sell items. Two individuals attempted a gift card scam on me after I accepted their offer, leading me to relist the item for sale. I want to clarify that I did not try to circumvent sales commissions by selling the same item to multiple buyers.

I have noticed that unlike Amazon, eBay does not seem to offer merchandise with "F*** Donald Trump" themes. I am curious about this discrepancy as I have been a loyal buyer on eBay for a long time. I typically look for items that align with my beliefs. If eBay does not support such merchandise, I may have to consider ending my shopping on this platform and look for others that share my values. I do not affiliate with any specific political party or religious group, but I do believe in doing what is best for our country. I hope that eBay remains a place where diverse opinions are welcome, like Amazon. It is important to me that I can purchase items that reflect my own views without restrictions.

I would like to list an item of old U.S. currency, but I have noticed an issue with eBay's Collectible Currency Policy. According to the policy, I can't display an image of the item if it is in a graded holder that shows the grade. However, when currency is graded by a reputable company like PMG, it is enclosed in a clear plastic holder that displays the grade. Removing the currency from the holder would destroy it, eliminating the proof of grading. To maintain the authenticity of the grading, the currency must remain in the holder where the grade is clearly visible. I am confused by this eBay policy as it seems to diminish the credibility of the product being offered for sale. Can someone explain the reasoning behind this policy?

I recently sold an item on eBay for $43.50 with $50 total including shipping. The buyer almost canceled the order because I didn't receive any notification. Payoneer only credited $44, not the full $50. When I tried to transfer the $50 to my bank, Payoneer charged me $10. Two days later, I only received $22 in my account. This experience has been frustrating and seems like a scam. I will be contacting the Attorney General to investigate this matter. I urge eBay to take responsibility for the unnecessary difficulties caused by switching to Payoneer for my eBay transactions.

Communication was difficult, and they even sent me a check, which seemed suspicious. Trying to resolve the issue on eBay has been challenging. I recently received a voicemail from someone claiming to be from Direct TV, offering me a 50% discount on my service. I called the number provided, believing it was Direct TV. The person on the phone said I could get the discount by purchasing $[redacted] worth of Ebay gift cards. When I tried to redeem the cards, the clerk at Walgreens suspected it was a scam, but the transaction was already processed. The Walgreens manager explained they couldn't refund the money as they were not directly involved in the transaction. I've tried contacting Ebay, but haven't been able to speak to a person. My bank couldn't reverse the transaction due to a delay in receiving the fraud alert. I'm frustrated and just want my money back. Direct TV's offices were closed when I tried to reach them. I placed an order with motorsportplus on October 20, [redacted], but I have not received the item as of October 29th. According to the email confirmation, it was supposedly delivered to my door on October 25th at 12:27 pm. I have checked thoroughly, and I am confident it was not stolen as my house is located at the end of a private drive and not visible from the county road. Despite contacting FedEx regarding the issue, I have not received any assistance. The seller informed me that the item was delivered according to the FedEx tracking number. I have had previous negative experiences with FedEx delivery services, such as a package worth $[redacted] being left without requiring my signature. A neighbor also encountered a similar issue when their FedEx delivery was not received. I kindly request assistance in contacting motorsportplus to arrange for another shipment since the missing item is a carburetor costing $61.29. The order number for reference is 12-07[redacted]3.
