I recently received an email stating that my account has been permanently suspended. Suspecting it could be a scam, I forwarded it to [redacted] and have yet to receive a response. Strangely, when I log into my eBay account on ebay.co.uk, I see a message indicating that my account is blocked. Despite this, I can click continue and proceed with my activities without any issues. Additionally, my eBay app shows no signs of being blocked. I speculate that my account may have been suspended for using a third-party sniping app, which I was unaware was against the rules as I am only 15 years old. I would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be resolved promptly as I need to purchase a birthday gift. Thank you for your assistance.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item in a rush because it was the last available at a great price with less than 3 minutes left. Upon receiving my payment confirmation, I noticed several issues - the item received is not what I wanted, it's shipped from China despite being listed as in the UK, the color is a limited edition variant, and the listing lacks complete information. I feel foolish for not checking properly, especially since this was supposed to be a surprise gift. Not being familiar with these products as a male, I was out of my depth. The price was significantly lower than competitors, unbeknownst to me, and I mistakenly charged it to the wrong bank card as I was in a rush to purchase before the listing expired. CDS Company's customer service is inadequate and their communication skills with customers are lacking. Despite your assurance of fast resolution within three days, it has been four days now, and the problem remains unresolved. I am frustrated with this poor level of customer service. Despite promises for a speedy delivery, the product has not arrived as scheduled. The delays and unmet commitments are unacceptable. I'm having trouble accessing my Ebay account. I got an email asking me to change my password, but I can't seem to do it and have tried to contact support without success. I tried reaching out through Ebay chat but was directed to call support, which has been fruitless. I've attempted to call multiple times but haven't been able to speak with a real person. This morning, I made a purchase and later the seller contacted me for personal information, which I declined to provide. When I asked for a refund due to this unusual request, the seller claimed my address was incorrect. In all my years on eBay, I have never been asked for personal details by a seller, only by eBay customer service. The seller is now refusing to refund me, citing a legal agreement. Despite this, I feel uneasy about the seller's unprofessional behavior. The seller mentioned that my address is wrong, leaving me concerned about the status of my order. They admitted via email that they are unable to locate my correct address. I am seeking assistance to either receive the goods I paid for or a refund.

On September 2nd, I received an email from eBay about the purchase of item [redacted]00 by a buyer with the ID ff73rr4. They paid £75 plus £3.85 for postage. I am puzzled about the postage as the listing indicated "Collection in person." I never received prior notification about the sale or any updates post-transaction from eBay. I am concerned about who authorized eBay to act on my behalf, the delay in notification, and why I didn't receive similar emails as with past sales. The lack of communication and misinformation from eBay is frustrating. Attempting to contact them by phone was unproductive, leading to automated messages directing me online. I saw a listing on eBay for a blue Ford Transit van YS65 HRO priced at £[redacted]. I reached out to the seller, "Patrick Baker," at the provided phone number, [redacted]5, and we agreed on the full price. Despite feeling uneasy about transferring the funds directly, I sent £[redacted] initially and agreed to pay the remaining £[redacted] upon collection. After confirming the seller's name with my bank and sending the money, I was unable to reach him. His phone was off, the eBay listing was gone, and the address he provided, 25 Silver Street, Peterborough PE2 9BU, did not lead me to him or the van. I visited other potential addresses on the street with no luck. I am still unable to make contact with the seller.

I am facing a challenging situation with a return I initiated for a large red back support cushion. The company initially offered a small refund that I declined. I escalated the issue to eBay for a resolution. eBay instructed me to return the item to the seller's address and assured me of a free return label. On approximately 2 August, I purchased two basic watches - one for my wife, which works fine, and one Geneva Quartz watch for myself that speeds up. I purchased a 50ml bottle of Tom Ford perfume on September 9th, and the seller supposedly shipped it on the same day. He provided me with the tracking number and a receipt, claiming it was at my local delivery depot. When I visited the office on September 17th, they couldn't find my parcel and said there was nothing scheduled for delivery to my address. I purchased a chair on September 3rd from a seller who promised delivery between September 10th and 13th through Yodel. However, the provided tracking number was invalid. The seller then claimed it was with DPD but couldn't produce a tracking number. After no delivery and no response from the seller, I sought a refund through Ebay and bought the item from a more dependable source. The seller mistakenly sent the wrong item in my order. I wish to return it for the correct item. I believe the seller should cover the return shipping costs as it was their mistake. I have completed a return form but object to paying for the postage to return an item I did not order. The order I received was different from what was described, violating the terms. I ordered 3 dresses in Navy Blue, Wine Red, and Khaki Green, but I received Black instead of Navy Blue. I kindly request the seller provide a return label or stamps for the return of the Black dress. It is important to rectify this error according to eBay terms. I insist on receiving the correct Navy Blue dress or a refund, with the return shipping paid by the seller.

Hello, I recently discovered that my account has been suspended due to non-payment. I have no open cases against me and no negative feedback. The only issues I can recall involve sellers canceling items. In one case, a seller canceled because they claimed there was an issue with the delivery address, even though their listing stated "collection only." They did not attempt to contact me before canceling. In another case, the seller canceled after I paid for and collected the item. Cancellation details: 1. I recently received unwarranted negative feedback from a buyer named Claus Thomsen. After issuing a refund and allowing him to keep the item, he accused me unjustly of being a fraudster. Research shows that other sellers have also faced issues with him, and his profile indicates a pattern of threatening sellers for positive feedback. I believe that my eBay history, prior to this incident, speaks for itself. I request a review of our correspondence and his feedback. I kindly ask for the removal of the negative feedback, as well as addressing his profile threat. It is important to prevent such behavior and possibly restrict his account if he continues. On August 27th, I placed an order for a tea set with item #[redacted]18. Despite requesting a refund due to the item not arriving by September 2nd, the refund request was closed on September 3rd, likely due to stating "change of mind" instead of the item being missing. Unexpectedly, the item was sent to my address on September 23rd by Hermes, despite it being meant to be returned to the sender. Upon opening the package, I discovered the tea set was broken and damaged. I have since contacted the seller via email, providing them with these updated details regarding the delivery and the item's condition.
