The auction concluded on 23 Aug [redacted] at 8:05:41 pm BST after 7 days, with 11 bids from 4 bidders and no retractions. I am determined to receive the drill I rightfully won and paid for. I purchased a Dremel scroll saw around Friday, August 20th. Payment was successfully made, as confirmed. Everything seemed normal with the item being posted. Three days later, I received an email from the seller claiming they did not receive the payment and requested it be sent to their personal account. I responded that I had received confirmation of payment. The seller then mentioned having to borrow money for postage and seemed desperate for funds, as they repeatedly stated not receiving any payment. This situation has become a nightmare, as I have never encountered such an issue on eBay before. Regards, Mr. D Bradley.

Hello, I have been waiting for a replacement drone for almost two months and a replacement drone for that one for two weeks. They have been giving me false information for two months, claiming the new one is on the way. I have kept every message they have sent, and one of them reads: "Thank you for your contact, it is already on the way for resend. It seems there is some delay due to COVID-19 at the post office. Please check with the post office first, wait for 2-5 more days. If it still does not arrive, just contact me back, and we can resend or refund you. Thank you for your understanding." I am still waiting, and they refuse to provide me with a tracking number. Please arrange for a refund and contact me for my new bank details. Thank you. - Gary Pring

I purchased an item on eBay listed as "Wii/Wii U Psu Original Power Supply", implying it is compatible with both Nintendo Wii and Wii U consoles. However, upon receiving the item, I discovered it is only a Wii power supply, as it does not match the power requirements for a Wii U. Despite reaching out to the seller twice without a response and escalating the issue with eBay, they closed the case without offering a refund. This situation feels like ordering a TV and getting a pencil instead. It is frustrating that the seller ignored my messages and eBay did not properly address the problem. It seems unfair that I am left with an incompatible item with no resolution in sight.

Hello, I recently sold an item on eBay. I shipped it on the 17th of August, but there have been significant delivery delays with no updates since the 20th of August. Surprisingly, on the 26th of August, the buyer received an email stating that the item was delivered, even though she claims she never received it. Being new to eBay, I am unsure how to log an inquiry and resolve this matter. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It appears my eBay account was compromised in April when I received an email about listing a DYSON for sale, which I did not do. Despite reporting the unauthorized use and changing my password, I kept getting invoices from eBay for the listing in May. I had discussions with Jane Zaira via live chat on May 25, where she promised to resolve the issue, waive the fees, and close the account, but I never got a confirmation email. The situation escalated with invoices in June, July, August, and a notice from a collection agency. This has been distressing as I have never sold or advertised anything on eBay. I am based abroad and reluctant to make costly phone calls to eBay. I have requested assistance repeatedly and asked for a callback on my landline. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I purchased an item on eBay through bidding, arranged for a van, and the seller canceled my order. eBay claims I canceled it, which is not true. The washing machine I won has caused me inconvenience and monetary loss. The seller seems to cancel orders often when prices are not high enough. Why does eBay allow this? Why can't disappointed buyers leave negative feedback? I am considering taking legal action in the County Court to prevent this from happening to others and seek compensation for my wasted time and money. I need the seller's details from eBay. If they refuse, I will have to take action against eBay.

I recently purchased a Campark Wifi Bluetooth trial camera 20MP 1296P from toguard_direct([redacted]). Initially, I was pleased with the camera but unfortunately, it developed a fault where the menu wouldn't display, rendering it unusable. I contacted the seller within the 1-year warranty period hoping to arrange a replacement. Despite providing all the necessary information and proof of purchase, toguard's responses were slow and unhelpful. After weeks of back and forth, they suggested I buy a new camera with a discount as they claimed the repair process would be lengthy. I found this offer unacceptable as my current camera was still under warranty. Despite reaching out multiple times in August [redacted], I have yet to receive a satisfactory response from them. I simply want to have my faulty camera replaced or receive a refund of £59.90. I have the original packaging and I'm willing to return it. It's disappointing to see that toguard is still selling the same camera with a 1-year warranty while not addressing the issues faced by existing customers like me.

My husband purchased an enclosed trailer on OfferUp, and the seller claimed to be using eBay for the transaction. He was asked to pay with gift cards and provided the card numbers to eBay as instructed. Afterward, he hasn't heard from either eBay or the seller regarding the trailer. The seller mentioned being local in Colorado before relocating to Maine due to her husband's passing. Despite his attempts to reach out to them, there has been no response. We are unsure of the next steps to take and are concerned about being scammed. I hope to receive guidance via email on how to proceed and potentially recover our money.

Hello, I recently purchased an item from the seller cosmeticdealsuk on eBay. Although I paid for the item on 09.08.21 and it was supposed to be delivered by 12-13.08.21, it did not arrive until 16.08.21. Subsequently, I requested a refund from the seller because I had already purchased the item elsewhere. However, my eBay account was inexplicably suspended after I initiated the refund request. The seller contacted me on 18.08.21, apologized for not sending the item, and offered either a refund or to resend the item. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, eBay customer service informed me on 20.08.21 that I would not receive a refund. I am puzzled by this decision as I have evidence of payment and the seller's failure to fulfill the order. I am seeking a refund of £28.49 and would like to report cosmeticdealsuk for not honoring their refund offer. Hello, I previously had an eBay (UK) account under the username diha.collectionz (Sadaf Madiha). As a new seller, I sold two smartphones with tracked delivery through eBay. The first payout was received without any issues, but the second payout was put on hold. eBay requested identity documents and a bank statement, which I promptly provided. An eBay representative assured me that my payout would be released in a couple of days. However, the next day my account was suspended without explanation. When I reached out to an eBay representative, I was informed that my account posed a risk to the community, despite no illegal activities and all orders being delivered on time. eBay held my funds and suspended my account. The representative mentioned that the money could be held for 60-72 days before being released, which I doubt. I believe that even with the account suspension, eBay should release the funds.

My account has been hacked, as new usernames and email addresses are being displayed. Different contact phone numbers are listed. My original username "treasure**hunter" has been changed to "pirate**treasure" without the usual notification icon confirming the change. One of the new usernames exhibiting suspicious activity is "makopcz_74" which shows a purchase history of a black Cookology under-counter freezer, a transaction I made under my original username. I am requesting the original purchase history, feedback, and rating to be transferred back to my "treasure**hunter" account. I have two issues that need to be addressed urgently: 1) I have not yet received the goods I ordered. On 30/08/21, I placed orders for a plastic stool priced at £7.50 and a 30L bin for £9.99, totaling £17.49. After realizing the delivery address error, I promptly contacted both sellers to provide the correct address. One seller confirmed changing the address, but the other seller dispatched the item to the wrong address against my instructions. As a result, I will not be receiving the bin and need a refund. 2) My bank account has been incorrectly charged twice for the stool and three times for the bin, totaling £37.47 more than owed. I request an immediate refund for this amount and protest against these fraudulent charges. I've attempted to reach out to the seller on eBay regarding my faulty item, an Xbox One controller purchased on January 16, [redacted]. Despite using the eBay process, the seller has not responded to my request for a replacement or refund for the malfunctioning item, which started to have issues after 7 and a half months of use. Since the seller has ceased selling items on eBay, I am unable to contact them directly. I believe I should be eligible for a refund or replacement under warranty as the controller is less than a year old and was purchased new. I am dissatisfied with my recent purchase on eBay. The seller inaccurately listed a car part as a motorcycle part without providing dimensions or scale in the description. After pointing out the error and requesting a return, the seller added ruler pictures but swiftly closed my case when I sought a resolution. Now, the seller has removed their return address, preventing me from returning the item. I paid £82, assuming I was buying a rare motorcycle part, not a common car part.
