I am frustrated because the seller advertised one item but sent me something entirely different. After a hospital stay, I am unable to go out to return the incorrect item. I urgently need a refund. I hope the seller can arrange for collection or issue a refund promptly. It's disappointing that the seller prioritizes their own interests over customer satisfaction, causing unnecessary inconvenience. They should be held accountable for their actions on the platform.

Hello, I purchased 3 Toilet Bowl Freshener [redacted] Flushes Ocean Blue Cistern for £6.99, but unfortunately, they do not work. The seller requested a return, but I had to discard all 3 as none of them functioned. I reached out to eBay, who provided a returns label, but I am unable to return them since I no longer possess them. I believe this product is unsuitable for its intended use and request a complete refund.

eBay provided me, as the seller, with a delivery option for my speaker. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up in their system which led to the parcel not being picked up. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue with Parcelforce and eBay, both parties denied responsibility and I had to cover the additional shipping costs. Subsequently, after confirming the shipment, the buyer insisted on a refund and eBay approved it due to the delays. The speaker has been received by the buyer, and I possess evidence of this. I am unable to upload the proof to eBay and would like to contact them via email or phone to address this matter.

Order no. 24-10[redacted]3 Hello, I placed an order with combinedlogistics2020 for 2 boxes of Thealoz eye drops. However, they mistakenly sent 3 boxes of Hycosan eye drops instead. I initiated a return through Ebay and shipped the items back on 2 September with tracking code ZY[redacted]89GB. Unfortunately, the package has been at Torpoint SPDO in Devon since 6 September and has not been delivered or picked up, causing the refund process to stall. I contacted the seller, who assured me they would send the correct Thealoz drops to SNA Newsmarket for collection. They claimed to have sent it via first class mail without tracking. Upon checking with the collection point, I discovered that they never received the package, and the eye drops are no longer available on their website. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to the seller, I have received no resolution or response to my refund requests. I paid £17.56 for the order and cannot afford to lose that amount. Buonasera, Scrivo per segnalarvi un problema con un articolo acquistato a febbraio che era ancora in garanzia. Si tratta della batteria del mio portatile che ha smesso di funzionare a metà luglio. All'inizio di agosto ho contattato il venditore poiché la garanzia era di 6 mesi, quindi quando ho scritto la prima volta ero ancora coperto da essa. Inizialmente mi ha offerto di spedirmene una nuova per 12 euro, nonostante avessi pagato 25,90 euro la prima volta. Successivamente ho cambiato idea e ho deciso di restituirla, ma non mi è stato permesso probabilmente perché è passato troppo tempo. Preferirei restituire questa anziché acquistarne un'altra, potreste aiutarmi? Grazie anticipatamente.

I purchased a piano accordion with the seller's agreement to accept returns. Unfortunately, the accordion was faulty, and I returned it to the seller about 2 to 3 months ago. Despite reaching out multiple times, the seller has not responded to my messages. To add to the frustration, I noticed the same accordion listed for sale again, suggesting the seller intends to resell it without refunding me. I am displeased with this situation and the lack of communication from the seller after multiple attempts to contact them.

I submitted an appeal regarding this issue on Ebay, but it was unfortunately denied. I bought an item on Ebay over a month ago, and DPD delivered it to the wrong address. Despite the seller's assurance that DPD would rectify the mistake, I have yet to receive the item at the correct address. The seller is unresponsive to my messages and refund requests. DPD refuses to provide details about the misdelivery as I am not their direct customer; however, they have acknowledged communicating with the seller. Despite both parties acknowledging the error, I have not received a refund. It is frustrating that even though I should be protected under Consumer Duty, the resolution process through Ebay does not seem to reflect that.

I issued a refund to a buyer through eBay, and they deducted the money from my account multiple times. Despite reaching out to eBay for help and receiving a payment link that didn't work, I faced the same issue for several months. Now, my account is suspended, and the case has been handed over to AIC. I am being asked to pay more, and the reference number provided by eBay is incorrect. It's frustrating to be held accountable for eBay's error and to have gone through all this communication without a satisfactory resolution.

I won an auction for item number [redacted]79 back in May. The item is a spray booth extractor and fan. It took a while to arrange the collection due to its size and weight. Today when it was collected, only part of the casing was included, and the seller mentioned that the fan was not part of the sale. This is disappointing as the listing included both the extractor and fan, and the cost to collect it was substantial. The bits of metal casing received could have been easily collected earlier on. I have reached out to the seller, costacurter, to address this issue.

Hello, I recently sold two dresses as separate items but shipped them in one parcel. I issued a small postage refund to the buyer after they received the items. The package was sent via Evri parcel shop, and although the QR code didn't scan, it was entered manually and accepted. I have proof of posting, however, I encountered an issue on my eBay account. I couldn't mark the item as dispatched, and trying to add the tracking number from the proof of posting slip didn't work as it claimed it belonged to another item. Despite the sale being paid and the buyer receiving the items, my eBay account still shows it as pending shipment. The buyer confirmed receipt and satisfaction via email. I asked for a return because the plastic handguards I ordered for my motorcycle didn't fit despite the description saying they would. Since I chose 'Doesn't Fit' as the return reason, I have to cover the return costs. If I had claimed they were 'Faulty/Defective', the seller would have to pay for the tracked postage back to China, which is about £17. I tried eBay live chat twice, but they couldn't help. The first time they claimed I changed my mind, and the second time it was something else, even though I clearly stated my original reason for the return. It's been a very frustrating experience.

I recently received a message stating, "It appears you logged in from a different device. To verify your identity, please contact us at 2[redacted]57 and provide the security code." The phone number does not appear to be in the UK, and it is inconvenient for me to make an international call. I don't understand why I need to verify my identity just because I am using a different computer. Shouldn't my password be enough? Is there a way to prevent this in the future, like setting an option to recognize my usual devices and avoid this verification process?

I am disappointed with my recent order of Gillette Fusion razor blades. I have been using them for years, and the ones I received are different and do not fit my razor handle. This is not the first time I have had issues with items ordered. My customer reference number is [redacted]/26-10[redacted]1. As I am housebound, online shopping is essential for me. I received an email from Debt and Revenue Services yesterday instructing me to make a payment of £[redacted].43. In addition, my eBay account has been suspended. I recently returned from a trip and had not checked my account until now. Prior to my trip, I sent a package via Royal Mail 1st class containing a camera valued at around £20, with proof of delivery to my neighbor. Despite this, the buyer claims the camera was never delivered. I am confused about why I am being asked to pay £[redacted].43 in relation to this situation.

I was contacted by Barclays Bank regarding unfamiliar transactions on my bank statement from August 29th, [redacted], dated for the 24th of August, [redacted]. The transactions in question are as follows: 1. Card Payment to Paypal *Hpincuklim £0.99 2. Card Payment to Paypal *Netflix £4.99 I am reaching out to inquire if these transactions are associated with your company and if these products were purchased from you. I am frustrated with the current level of customer service provided. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact customer service to address this issue without first accessing my account, which is the problem I am facing. Requiring verification through a security code sent to an outdated phone number that I no longer have access to is not a feasible solution. I am caught in a loop where resolving my issue is dependent on being able to log in, yet the verification process is hindering my ability to do so. I would appreciate it if I could simply access my account without encountering obstacles such as outdated verification methods that do not align with my current circumstances.

I have attempted three times, without success, to purchase eye cream from three separate sellers. The first two sellers both claimed that the package was damaged during transit and refunded me. The third seller's package did not arrive, and after requesting a refund, it was issued. Interestingly, the third seller also cited transit damage as the reason for the failure in delivery. This chain of events seems too coordinated to be mere coincidence. Could this be a potential scam aimed at obtaining personal information via eBay? This situation strikes me as suspicious. Good morning, my name is David Payne. I purchased a car from Highway Sales Ltd for £2,[redacted]. I paid a £[redacted] deposit through a bank transfer. However, upon receiving the car this morning, I discovered that it was not as advertised. There are scratches along the driver's side, the engine rattles at start-up, it takes multiple attempts to start, and the car does not lock. I returned the car, but the dealership refuses to refund my deposit. The advertisement mentioned a good, clean, and reliable car where everything works as it should. I believe it is unfair. Hello, I made a purchase on eBay on September 13th for a silver necklace with a heart and angel wings pendant. Unfortunately, when the item arrived, it was only the necklace without the pendant. I paid £20 for this item. Despite the seller acknowledging their mistake, they have been unhelpful and have not provided a resolution. They suggested returning the chain for a completely different replacement, but I simply want the missing pendant. The seller has been unprofessional and impolite throughout our communication.
