Yesterday evening, I spent over an hour corresponding with Aakash, then Vrachita, and finally Geraldine, going around in circles. Geraldine mentioned she couldn't assist, and I suggested someone at Ebay contact my email due to my exhaustion. However, I have not received any response yet. My concern is regarding my bid for the "Victorian intaglio wax seal fob name William gilt metal good condition" [redacted]. It appears that my bid was outbid by a late offer after the closing time. The winning bid was placed after the 7.25 deadline, at 7.25:01. I am requesting that this late bid be invalidated, and my earlier bid, which was submitted days prior, be recognized as the winner.

The seller initially agreed to make a 24-inch headboard, but then stated they sent a 20-inch one. After questioning, they mentioned donating the undersized one to charity and sending the correct size later. Following a review of their records, they claimed they dispatched a 26-inch headboard. Considering a return, I discovered the item was expected on July 19. Despite being home due to a British Gas appointment, the seller provided tracking information indicating a missed delivery. My doorbell footage only featuring the gas technician supports this. Communication with Ebsy_alawan proved unhelpful, urging me to contact DX. Despite my attempt to reach out with no reply, they informed me of a delivery today. The situation feels off, especially with a return deadline of July 23 looming and the seller falling silent.

I am attempting to reach out to seller msg-grace-ltd regarding a faulty iron generator purchased (item no. [redacted]41). I am unable to contact them as I don't have their phone number, and I can't send an email as per eBay's restrictions. I am trying to return the iron for a full refund, but I am having trouble with the return label they provided. The code on it is too small for the post office to scan. I purchased what was listed as 2 Barbie Cups on eBay, paid, and later discovered it was for only 1 cup. After making payment, I promptly requested to cancel the order, but the seller declined. Following communication with the seller, they agreed to cancel the order. However, despite attempts to cancel, we both encounter the same message stating, "cancellation exists." Both the seller and I aim to cancel the order, but we are unable to do so through eBay. I have been unsuccessful in reaching eBay for assistance.

I am experiencing an issue with eBay. I have been a loyal customer for approximately 10 years. I encountered a problem when trying to purchase an item for £19.40 as my payment was denied. Despite trying a different card, the same issue occurred. I spoke with an eBay Customer Service representative who assured me the matter would be resolved by 4:00 PM today, but unfortunately, the payment is still blocked. This has been ongoing for six days now. The card I am using is functioning correctly at my bank and with other local ATMs. I need eBay to address and resolve this issue promptly as waiting another six days is not acceptable. I expect eBay to fulfill their assurances promptly and effectively.

I purchased Frontline flea treatment for my five cats for £24.95 and ordered six. The item has not arrived, but my eBay account shows it is being delivered to an address in Kilmarnock. I purchased an air fryer rack, and Yodel sent me an email confirming its delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery driver left the package intended for A. Bateman at a nearby address similar to mine but with a different postcode. I took the package to the correct address with no luck in finding mine there. I contacted the seller, and although they requested a picture of the package, I am unable to provide one as I have already delivered it. I had arranged to sell my car to a buyer, set for pick up the next day. After receiving an email through eBay to coordinate collection, I confirmed with the supposed buyer, "Mo." We then agreed to an earlier pick up time. A man claiming to be Mo arrived at my house, purchased the car, and took it away on a trailer. Later, the real Mo contacted me to schedule the car's collection, revealing that someone had impersonated him to obtain and remove the car. Mo was understandably upset and even made threats, resulting in involving the authorities. He is now demanding compensation for the financial loss incurred due to arranging a trailer.

I had a lengthy discussion yesterday with a representative from eBay regarding an issue with selling a PlayStation 5. I encountered a problem with sending emails to the customer, receiving a notice that I reached a limit. The eBay representative assured me it would be resolved by the next day. Today, when I tried to contact the customer, the transaction was still blocked, risking losing money. The matter was escalated to the IT department, but the problem persists. Hello, I placed an order for an item that I never received. However, the delivery person marked it as delivered despite it not reaching me. I asked the seller for a refund due to the issue, but they refused because the status showed as delivered. I contacted eBay to resolve the matter through the 30-day guarantee, but they also denied the refund citing the delivery status. They advised me to obtain a "non-delivery document" from DHL, but DHL explained they do not provide such a document for non-express deliveries like mine. They suggested I communicate this to eBay since the document is not available. I am frustrated as I didn't receive the £87.59 parcel, and I had to reorder the item for £75 to work from home. As a loyal customer, I believe I deserve some assistance in this situation. Although I requested the document and was denied, I am unable to provide it to eBay. Thank you for your help.

I am experiencing multiple issues with my parcels from Ebay. Parcel no 1 and Parcel no 2 were marked as "DELIVERED" but to incorrect addresses and recipients. Furthermore, my parcel intended for Vintage Cashcow was mistakenly sent to one of my Ebay customers, Stephen A. The postman collected it but did not deliver it to Vintage as intended. Despite providing Stephen A. with Vintage's contact information, he has not cooperated or returned the parcel. I am frustrated that my 10kg parcel containing £80 worth of goods has not been delivered for appraisal by Vintage. I urge for assistance in tracking down Stephen A. and retrieving my parcel promptly.

I recently updated my phone number and have been facing difficulties in accessing my account to make the necessary changes. The security message prompts for a code to be sent to my old number, which I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, there are no alternative methods provided to log into my account. I have been unsuccessful in finding contact information for customer support as it requires account access. I've encountered difficulties with my seller account recently. Despite having no negative reviews and conducting over £[redacted] worth of sales every 90 days, there have been a few incidents. One customer requested a refund due to a misunderstanding about the shipping timing for a perishable item they bought before going on holiday. Although I resolved the issue and it was closed, another customer was dissatisfied with the condition of the package, although I take great care in packaging my plants. This customer returned an empty box without the plants, which I explicitly state I don't accept returns for. After eBay mandated a refund, my account got blocked from selling, depriving me of my income. I've been unable to reach eBay for clarification or appeal, even though the issues have been resolved.
