Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address an issue with my recent order placed on May 21, [redacted], at 1:40 PM through alsdecorltd with order number 20-10[redacted]4. Unfortunately, my son mistakenly placed this order, and I attempted to cancel it within 5 to 10 minutes of placing it. However, eBay refused my cancellation request. Despite my best efforts to contact the seller multiple times, I did not receive any response regarding how to collect the item since it was marked for collection only. I continued to send messages to the seller, but to no avail. When trying to cancel the order through eBay, I was unsuccessful. Even though I hadn't received the item, I attempted to return it in hopes of a refund, but unfortunately, my case was closed by eBay. It seems the seller is unresponsive, and I have not received the item I paid for. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter. Thank you, L. Perveen

Hello, I have been searching for a used car for over a year while also dealing with unemployment. I have placed bids on multiple cars, assuming I would be outbid. However, I unexpectedly won three auctions closely together, which led to my permanent suspension. I won auctions for an estate car and a coupe, but they were sold to someone else. I also put in an offer for a Toyota Celica, which was accepted. I have paid a deposit and will soon make the final payment to collect the car.

I am facing an issue with my computer's backlit keyboard feature. Upon powering on, the keyboard lights up, but when I try to turn it on using the fn f3 or f4 keys, it remains dark. I have attempted different key combinations as advised by ASUS, rebooted multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled devices, and even reset the computer, but the problem persists. I have been unable to reach the seller for assistance despite my attempts.

I recently contacted one of your team members last week regarding an issue with my order from Outdoor Living. I mentioned that even though I never received an email confirmation from them, I received one from PayPal, which made me assume the order didn't go through. As a result, I ended up ordering another bbq from a different site. Now, Outdoor Living delivered the bbq, but they refuse to acknowledge their mistake, won't collect it, and won't refund me. Your agent assured me that they would cover the return and refund the money. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I purchased two sets of Solar Power Banks on eBay. Unfortunately, my account got suspended right after I paid for them. When I reached out to eBay, they informed me that the orders were canceled, and now I won't be getting the Solar Power Banks I ordered. However, there has been no mention of a refund. I want a full refund of the amount I paid. eBay has been silent regarding the refund, leaving me without any information or updates about the status of my money. I am requesting the following: 1. I purchased a garden set from eBay via Killen Interiors. They initially promised to send a replacement table, which turned out to be incorrect. After assuring me of sending a new set, they are now insisting that I dismantle and pack everything up. Despite my previous explanations of having undergone major surgery and their agreement to handle it, they are now being uncooperative. I am extremely frustrated with their service.

I recently placed an order for a dual shock PS4 controller, but what I received was a different item labeled as a double shock controller instead. I've tried reaching out to the seller for assistance, but all I get is an error message stating the page is missing. After contacting eBay's online chat, a representative named Kaechelle offered to help by initiating a "seller must contact" request. The seller responded, stating the controller is unbranded, although this was not mentioned in the ad description. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide proof as the page is inaccessible. Whenever I try to respond to the seller, I receive an error message. It seems like the seller may be engaging in fraudulent activities. I received a defective item and reached out to the seller for a refund. They sent a return label, but the post office rejected it for having incorrect weight. After informing the seller, they said they would send a new label, but I never received it, and the seller is now unresponsive. Ebay's automated system is not helpful, as it refers back to the original label issue and asks for the item to be returned. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my eBay account with the username "rally-runner". Despite entering the correct login credentials, I am not receiving the security code via text message to proceed with logging in. The message I see states: "We sent a text with a security code to 7xxxxxxx24. It may take a moment to arrive." I have attempted to request the code more than three times now, but it has not been delivered to my mobile phone. I have been a loyal eBay customer for over 20 years. Despite speaking with a representative last week regarding my sign-in issue, I am still unable to access my account. I reported the problem, was informed it would be resolved in 3 days, but a week has passed with no resolution. I am not receiving text message or email passcodes needed to log in. I have completed all necessary steps as instructed but have not received any assistance. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly. It is disappointing to be left without access to my account for such an extended period as a longstanding eBay user.

I purchased some Maybelline eye makeup on eBay, but it did not arrive in the mail. I contacted the seller, "down-with-triangles," to inquire about its whereabouts. Unfortunately, the seller responded rudely, stating that I should not need makeup after just coming out of the hospital. This interaction was upsetting, especially since I've recently had surgery. I believe this seller's behavior is unacceptable, and I am considering leaving eBay for good if this matter is not addressed promptly. Hello, I'm reaching out about ID #[redacted]. The case has been closed, but I've spoken with Yodel, and they've advised that they've informed you about the non-delivery of the parcel to my address. I kindly request a refund for the payment. I've faced numerous problems with Yodel, particularly with a recent purchase of a dog bed through eBay. Before placing the order, I contacted them to arrange an alternative delivery method, which they agreed to. In the future, I will steer clear of any items that would be shipped via Yodel.

Dear Concerned Party, I recently purchased four sets of chafing dishes from the seller known as 297houseware. Sadly, I feel deceived by the seller. The product shown was a set of four, which I promptly ordered. However, to my surprise, I only received a set of two. Upon contacting the seller on the delivery day, they claimed the order was sent in two separate batches and promised the remaining two sets would arrive soon. The next day, the seller messaged that the delivery company made an attempt to deliver the missing sets on June 20th, a Tuesday, which I contested as I had someone home that day and checked security camera footage to no avail.
