I was participating in the Wizard of Oz slots daily challenge. To complete the challenge, I just needed one epic win, which I achieved. However, when it came time to claim my reward, it didn't register, and I lost 15 billion credits in the process, preventing me from finishing my daily challenge. This issue occurred on July 20, [redacted], around 2:00 pm EST. I reached out to customer support, but they claimed I hadn't provided enough information, despite me giving them all the details I had. While playing Spades Plus with my friend, we encountered an upsetting situation where a player accused us of cheating, which led to them reporting us to the admin with a screenshot. This has happened before despite the fact that we are skilled players who do not resort to cheating. We enjoy the game and have invested a significant amount of money into it. If we are unable to play together due to baseless accusations, it may lead to reconsidering our involvement with the game. The process lacked transparency as we did not receive any notification or opportunity to clarify the situation. It's concerning that anyone can make allegations without proper investigation.

I have occasionally played 1v1 games with my son, and he once took my phone without permission and transferred money from my account to his by intentionally losing. I have been a long-time player of Gin Rummy Plus, but my account has recently been banned. I am hoping for assistance in understanding the situation and recovering my old account. I need my win stats to be updated. My current total is [redacted], but it should be [redacted]. I have won six games in a row, and only three of them have been updated in my stats. This issue has been occurring for the past six months. Every time I reach out to your technical team, they acknowledge the problem and claim to be working on it, but the issue remains unresolved. I suspect around 20 wins have not been included in my total over the last six months. Kindly update my win total. Thank you.

My game has been reset after the recent update, making it seem like I'm starting all over again when I've been playing for years. I can't access my old AOL email, [redacted], which was used to set it up, as I no longer use AOL. My new email is [redacted], and my profile name is now Tooblessed ToBe Stressed. When I log in now, it's a new game without my friends. I need to access my old account with all my friends but resetting doesn't work because it requires sending a code to the old email.

I recently received a temporary ban from the game I was playing and I'm looking to understand the reason for it. In the past, I have been banned for using swear words in comments unknowingly as some players also use them. I acknowledge the rules and accept if I am restricted from commenting. However, this hasn't happened for weeks until today after I made a mistake while playing and we lost the game. I was banned shortly after for an hour. I would like clarification on the reason for this ban as I believe it's not a major issue for an hour, but still want to avoid future bans. I enjoy playing the game and make in-app purchases, and I want to ensure my account and money are safe from unjustified actions. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I'm experiencing an issue with the Colorado event crates in CSR2. After completing the event, the crates are not showing up in my game. Despite raising multiple tickets, the problem hasn't been resolved. I've been playing this game since the beginning and have put in [redacted] hours and spent a considerable amount of money. I stand to lose 6 stage 6 parts and [redacted] fusions from the missing crates. Despite being told the issue is fixed, it's not resolved for me, and I'm missing out on critical parts. I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my Spades Plus app made by my child, totaling over $[redacted]. I have been a long-time player of this game and have invested a significant amount of money into it over the years. While I do not want my account to be blocked, I cannot afford these unexpected charges. I have already taken steps to prevent this from happening again by setting up parameters on the game. I kindly request a one-time courtesy refund for the purchases made on October 28th. Despite contacting Google Play within 24 hours, they were unable to assist me. I hope that you will take into consideration my loyalty as a customer and help me resolve this issue.

My late husband, Harold R E., had an account with your company. I recently discovered charges on my bank account for $89 and another unknown charge. I would like to request a refund for these charges since my husband passed away on October 4th, [redacted], and no longer needs the account. Please close out any existing accounts under his name. Spades Plus has lost its credibility over the years. It used to be decent, but now it's a mess. Chat bans are handed out for trivial reasons, like criticizing your own cards to your partner. A four-day, nine-hour ban for that is just absurd. Meanwhile, cheating players roam freely, and there are even teams with questionable names like ILUVBUTPLUGS. The site's enforcement is inconsistent and seems to prioritize profit over fairness. Upon return from a ban, some players suspect they receive worse cards as a punishment. While this is just speculation, it highlights the declining quality of the site. As a seasoned player with years of experience, I've witnessed the deterioration firsthand through 12,[redacted] games played. It's disheartening to see how Spades Plus has regressed over time.

Ultimately, the current situation makes the site unappealing, and I hope necessary changes are implemented for the betterment of all players.
