I have reported other players multiple times for misconduct such as chip transferring, bad manners, and more, yet no action has been taken. Recently, my account was hacked, and I lost over 69 billion chips. Now, as I try to rebuild my stack with a few million chips, I am experiencing consistent losses on strong hands, making me suspect manipulation. It seems all hands are controlled by Zynga to prompt users to purchase more chips regularly, causing immense frustration. I feel compelled to seek legal action if my concerns are not addressed promptly. I demand the reinstatement of my lost billions and a formal apology from the Zynga team. Your urgent attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I am interested in joining a different co-op as it appears that my current one is inactive. I haven't played for a while, so I'm assuming the lack of activity is due to that. I attempted to find out how to leave the co-op online, and found suggestions to click a door icon within the co-op chat. However, I couldn't locate this icon. I am experiencing difficulties with Spades Plus by Zynga. My name is Nicholas L. and I am attempting to assist my mother, who was chat banned by Zynga. She used the word "sucked" in a chat referring to her hand and received a one-hour ban. After waiting and playing with her friends, she said "Goodnight" only to find out she had been banned again, this time for a whole day. My mother is deeply upset as she feels it is unfair compared to others who use much worse language and do harmful things without consequences. Given my familiarity with social platforms, I suspect a glitch or error might be responsible for her ban. She simply desires to communicate with her friends while playing. It has been over 12 hours since the ban was imposed. I kindly request someone to investigate this matter. I attempted to purchase the 30-day gem deal on Merge Magic for £3.99 two days ago but instead ended up with the wagon load for £99.99. I was shocked and tried to cancel the order without success. I followed the steps provided for mistaken purchases but have not received any acknowledgement of my messages. I have been using the ZYNGA Poker app for nearly two months now with the account linked to my email address, [redacted] The issue began last week when I tried to connect my Facebook account and was unsuccessful. Since then, I have been unable to log in to the poker app. Despite reading all available online help, I have not engaged in any misconduct.
I have requested a new temporary password and attempted to use both my old and the new passwords multiple times without success. While the new temporary password was received promptly, I continue to receive a message stating "no such poker user exists" when trying to log in. Additionally, trying to create a new user account alerts me that I already have an existing one.
It appears that my account may have been blocked or disabled within the system. Could you kindly assist in reactivating or resolving this issue for me?

I recently got a new phone and encountered issues accessing my Words with Friends account. I used to log in with [redacted] but forgot my password. When I tried to reset it, I realized my Verizon email is inactive. Subsequently, I attempted to use [redacted], which created a new account without my game history. I wish to restore my original account linked to [redacted] with all my games intact.
My requests:
1) Change the original account's email to [redacted] and transfer all game data.
2) Provide me with the login credentials for that account.
If necessary, you can delete the new [redacted] account created yesterday. To verify my identity, my in-game name is cuzzisan, and I have active games with players like don'tchatwithme, Elizabeth Schutter, Joel Delphin, Sandra Middleton, and Scott. Please guide me on the next steps to resolve this matter.

I hope not to be charged. I've been reaching out for help for 8 days without any response. They always promise to reply within 24 hours, but I've only received one response since joining. I'm not getting points from various sources as expected. Despite spending a lot on the game, the customer service is unsatisfactory. I get frustrated with the discrepancies in points and losing coins. I was at 5 million points, but now down to around 1 million due to these issues. Disappointed with the lack of support and fairness, I plan to use up my remaining coins and then leave for good. Sadly, it seems they do not value loyal customers like me. I enjoy playing CSR2, my favorite game, but I'm encountering a major problem. Despite earning hard-to-get silver keys, the cars I keep receiving are duplicates of ones I already own. I've received the AMG 45 ten times now, which seems statistically impossible given the low odds. With it being a 2-star car and only having a 29% chance of getting any 2-star car, the likelihood of getting this specific car out of around 50 choices is extremely low. I've raised the issue with support, but their responses have been unhelpful. I've spent over [redacted] silver keys on duplicate cars and only received minimal compensation, which is inadequate given the extent of the problem. I'm requesting a resolution to this bug and a fair compensation of [redacted] silver keys to rectify the situation, as I'm willing to invest in the game if these issues are addressed.

Dear Zynga, I have been a loyal poker player for around five years and have spent a substantial amount of money during this time. However, I have noticed that I am not receiving the full pot when I win big pots at the big tables. It seems like I am losing between 30-50 million chips each time, while the other players get the exact amount they deserve. This unfair treatment is unacceptable, and it feels like I am being taken advantage of. If this matter is not resolved promptly and I am not compensated for the lost chips, I will have to consider taking my business elsewhere. I am not asking for a small amount of 5 million chips; I believe I am owed hundreds of millions. Please address this issue and contact me via email immediately.

I hope you're having a good morning. I've been playing on and off for a while, relying on the cloud save feature. However, when I re-downloaded Farmville 2: Country Escape last week and connected to my Facebook account, my latest progress was missing. When prompted to choose between "on device" or "on cloud," I couldn't see my old progress. The progress displayed was only at level 4, but I remember being at a level in the lower 20s. I really enjoy playing your game and would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my progress.

I've encountered issues with Words with Friends Classic. I enjoy playing daily with multiple partners, but I've been unable to send or receive messages from them. Believing it was my iPad causing the problem, I purchased a new one exclusively for the game. Sadly, this did not fix the issue. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game, resulting in the loss of all my ongoing matches. Thankfully, the games are still accessible on my iPhone under the title "Words." I'm reaching out for assistance to connect my new iPad to my existing games. Your help is greatly appreciated.

My Zynga Poker account with Account ID [redacted]3 has been suspended for allegedly violating the fair play policy. I want to clarify that I have always followed the rules and am unsure why this happened. I reported another player who made inappropriate comments towards me in the game chat after losing a hand. Subsequently, that player targeted me across multiple tables and sent harassing messages, even threatening to find me. I suspect that my account was reported in retaliation for my actions.
I have been a dedicated player for years and have invested real money in purchasing poker chips. I take responsibility for my part in this incident and wish to have my account reinstated. I am currently in a difficult situation and seeking assistance. I am an 83-year-old individual who enjoys playing Township and Words with Friends 2 daily. Due to my health issues, these games help distract me from my persistent pain.
Unfortunately, I have encountered some problems with both games. In Township, I lost over £[redacted] due to issues upgrading the barn. Despite trying to increase its capacity, I keep receiving the message "BARN IS FULL." Additionally, in Words with Friends 2, I lost £4.99 when purchasing five Swap tokens, but did not receive them.

I seem to have lost access to my Words With Friends 2 account, including a history of over [redacted] games stored under the username TrevorB ([redacted] possibly). Despite my attempts to resolve this issue by deleting and reinstalling the app, I have been unsuccessful in retrieving my account. I am uncertain which email is associated with the account, whether it is [redacted] or [redacted] Both emails have not been helpful in recovering my account. Furthermore, when I tried to switch back to my old identity in the profiles section, the system indicated that it is already in use.

I'm uncertain about what really occurred. I have been using Zynga for years. In the last three months, a player keeps joining me with not just one, but two of her accounts. She's very abusive, and I choose not to engage with her. I simply play with other members and friends. Last night while playing, I was continuously verbally attacked at a table, being told to go and engage in inappropriate behavior. However, when I woke up this morning, my chips were missing, and my account was suspended. This situation does not seem fair.

I contacted Zenga two days ago regarding an issue I am experiencing while playing Words With Friends. The green check or red dot indicating the validity of the completed word does not appear on my puzzle screen anymore. This problem has been frustrating me as I have been an active player for over five years. Additionally, there is an inconsistency where other players receive credit for nonsensical words like "oo," while I do not. I regularly play with at least seven other players and always have a full roster of games. Should I consider reinstalling Words With Friends to resolve these issues? Thank you, Joan C.

I have sent multiple emails to Support seeking assistance with an ongoing issue. I acquired the timer through the Falls game, but when I attempt to click on "Claim," it freezes my game. If I avoid clicking it, the pop-up persists, significantly impacting my gameplay experience. As a result, I lost my first-place position in the Weekly Resort Tournament and had difficulties utilizing the extra points and diamonds I purchased for the Mermaid. The problem prevents me from playing the Falls and the Stage games effectively, making it challenging to progress in Mystery of the Sky Sapphire. Planting crops takes an excessive amount of time, and tasks such as clearing crops or creating and collecting crafts have become nearly impossible. I kindly request a resolution to rectify this issue promptly.

I have been struggling to reach you for some time now. Despite using my husband's email to contact you, I appreciate the goodies you sent me, but several issues persist. The National Fair Lucky Chests consistently display as zero, and water animals are not functioning as they used to.
