My address is [redacted] 62nd Street in Bangor, Michigan, and it is listed on Zillow. However, there seems to be a mix-up with the street view which is showing an old picture of the adjacent property at [redacted] 62nd Street that was demolished in [redacted]. This mistake is causing a problem with the sale of my property. Our realtor, Dan Hoffman, has already contacted Zillow about this issue, but no action has been taken yet. I would like the incorrect street view of the adjacent property to be removed and replaced with the correct street view of [redacted] 62nd Street in Bangor, Michigan. Please address this problem promptly.

Hello, I am currently in the process of applying to lease a house, and I need to make changes to my application. Unfortunately, every time I try to withdraw my application to start over, I encounter a server error message that logs me out. I have attempted to do this using various browsers and computers, but the issue persists. Any assistance with resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I received confirmation that I paid the $29 fee to check my credit when I applied for the property at [redacted] N 8th Ave, Hopewell, VA [redacted]. I wanted to verify if the application was successfully submitted as it appears to suggest otherwise. When I attempted to reapply, I was prompted to pay the fee again, even though it was already deducted from my bank account. Could someone kindly confirm if my application went through and if the property owner has received it?

Our home's Zillow estimated value has been decreasing while our neighbors’ properties are appreciating. Our homes are alike, but we have been making improvements while they have not. We have renovated the exterior, put in a new boiler, remodeled multiple bathrooms, and have a working fireplace, unlike them. The difference in value is concerning, especially considering similar houses selling for $160K more than our estimated worth. It is unclear how these numbers are determined, and we are puzzled by the significant gap in values.

After submitting a request for information on a property in Centralia WA, I have received numerous unwanted calls and emails from real estate agents and mortgage brokers. Zillow shared my details without my consent, causing me distress. This breach of privacy is unacceptable. I am upset and feel my peace and privacy have been violated by these individuals seeking business. I am not seeking mortgage assistance and prefer a cash offer. I do not wish to be contacted by real estate agents. This unauthorized sharing of my personal data goes against privacy regulations. I demand an apology, an assurance that my information will not be distributed without consent, and an end to the incessant calls and emails. Please instruct those involved to cease contacting me immediately. My preference is clear – I want to be left alone without further disturbance.

I am the owner of 12 Neptune Drive in Mary Esther, FL. We bought the property on 12/09/[redacted]. Our insurance was recently canceled because the details and pictures on your website are outdated. The insurance underwriter referenced Zillow, which shows inaccurate information from when the property was in foreclosure. We are now the second owners. Please review the accurate property details on Realtor.com to rectify this mistake. The insurance cancellation is causing us financial strain and making it difficult to secure homeowners insurance. Kindly update the information on your website to reflect the current status of the property. Thank you, Erika D.

I recently began using Zillow and have been having trouble re-adding a home I want to sell. I received a call on the 7th informing me that I missed adding some details and needed to include 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in the description to re-enter the listing. Despite waiting until the 10th, I still can't update the listing. The property in question is located at [redacted] Gladys St. in Gulfport, MS. Once I can get this listing sorted out, I plan to proceed with adding the other homes for sale.

Dear customer service team,
I am writing to address an issue with our recent property listing on Zillow. On February 7, [redacted], my spouse and I purchased a new property located at 53 Felwood Ln, Palm Coast, FL [redacted]. The following day, February 8, we attempted to list the property for rent on Zillow. Despite being charged $9.99 to activate the listing, the property was only active for a few minutes before disappearing. I suspect this occurred because the previous owner still had the property listed as for sale. I believe the system should have prevented us from claiming the property until it was available. I kindly request a refund for the activation fee. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
C & A Nichols

There is a misleading listing at 6 Oak Lane, Stockholm, NJ [redacted]. The details in the advertisement are deceptive and incorrect. The property has significant problems like severe drainage issues that cause the basement to flood up to 4 ft during heavy rain with no legal way to divert the water. Additionally, the location near a stream and lake necessitates an expensive septic system that could cost around $35,[redacted]. I verified this information with the zoning officer and the Department of Environmental Protection. The house was designated for demolition three months ago, but now it is falsely being portrayed as a property that can be renovated.

A review has been left by a previous purchaser on one of my listings which contains false information. The review ID is: zuser[redacted][redacted]. I am the listing agent for the property at [redacted] H St. the client is referring to, not the buyer's agent. The client states that I do not negotiate well and sell at the lowest price possible to make a commission. This is inaccurate as the client paid a record high price for the property (MLS #[redacted]) in March [redacted]. I have never worked directly with this individual as they had their own buyer agent during the transaction. I would like to request the removal of this review as it does not reflect the true experience of this transaction. If needed, I can provide documentation of the property sale to support my request. Thank you.

Hello! I would appreciate it if the "Owner" price changes on property [redacted] Bigelow Rd, Davisburg MI [redacted]'s price history could be removed. The agent handling the sale became ill and was unable to continue, resulting in the property being listed by the owner. However, the owner decided to have the property represented by an agent again and removed the "Owner" listing promptly. This situation was exceptional, so I kindly request that the "Owner" changes be eliminated from the price history. Thank you for your assistance.

I am concerned about a friend living in a rented house without having met the landlord in person. Despite receiving the lease and keys via mail, they are now facing eviction threats after a delay in rent payment. The living conditions are poor, affecting her daughter's health. Please advise on the best course of action to address this urgent situation.

My name is Bonnie Drews, and I reside at [redacted] Lauder Lane, Inverness, Illinois. Recently, my property taxes were adjusted to $27,[redacted].25 and are expected to decrease further. However, I have noticed that the information on my Zillow listing is incorrect, impacting my home's sale. Despite informing my agent, the issue remains unresolved by Zillow. I urge for my property details to be updated accurately. I have reached out to your company but have not received a response, causing me frustration. I am in the midst of a tax appeal, which is likely to succeed, as per my legal counsel. Simply noting this in the homeowner section is insufficient, as buyers may overlook such details. If you cannot rectify my tax information, I request its removal promptly. Your swift attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Best,
Bonnie D.

Hello Zillow Guardian Angel,
Yesterday, my client forwarded me a copy of my new listing in Danville, CA at 18 Wood Ranch Circle, priced at $1,[redacted],[redacted]. In the listing photo, the individual featured is me, but the caption wrongly identifies me as Monica Barto, who is the seller's wife and not an agent. It's quite puzzling how my name got mixed up, especially when Monica is typically a female name. To worsen matters, it was the seller's husband who pointed out the mistake. I am the actual agent for this listing, David Lear. Could you kindly correct this error promptly to avoid any damage to my name and credibility? I appreciate your attention to this matter. Best regards, David Lear

I posted a rental listing, and the street view displayed is incorrect. Some details like heating and cooling were added without my input, indicating I needed a property manager - which I don't have. Parking information wasn't requested, yet it shows as no parking available when I actually have 2 parking spaces.
I used the chat feature and was prompted to provide my credit card information for a $1 charge, which seems suspicious. I believe this may be a scam and I advise notifying the company about this issue.

For the past year, I have been attempting to resolve an issue with Zillow regarding the incorrect listing of my home. Currently, my home is erroneously placed at [redacted] Crestline Road, Crestline, California [redacted], a location that does not exist on Crestline Road. I kindly request that the false address be removed and my home be placed at [redacted] Crestline Cutoff, not Crestline Rd. Despite multiple email exchanges with Zillow over the last year to correct this, my house keeps getting relocated on top of other addresses that do not exist on Crestline Road. My correct address is [redacted] Crestline Cutoff, Crestline, California [redacted]. I will continue reaching out to Zillow in the hopes that this matter will be addressed promptly. Thank you, S. Reck, homeowner at [redacted] Crestline Cutoff, Crestline, California [redacted].

I reside at 34 Dominick Lane, Staten Island, NY [redacted]. The original sign-up for this address was under Melsa Scrapalliou with RJM. Despite numerous requests since August [redacted], she has not removed it from the market. My new agent, Allen Alishahi of Cyrus Charter, is unable to edit the listing. The listing shows over [redacted] days, which is inaccurate. The phone number under the old listing needs to be removed, and my new agent's information needs to be updated. I have reached out to Melsa Scrapalliou, who denies involvement. Both my new agent and I require immediate access to edit the listing. I have also contacted Sandy Cougar at SIBOR for assistance. Please rectify this situation promptly by removing Melsa's ownership of the account. Thank you. You can contact me at [redacted].

Hello,
I live at [redacted] Chewalla Dr in Enterprise, AL, and recently removed my "For Sale By Owner" listing from your website to make repairs before re-listing. Despite this, I received an email from Zillow stating my house is for rent, which is completely untrue. I did not authorize anyone to list my house for rent, nor have I signed any documents for this. Zillow must correct this immediately as I have not given permission for my house to be listed at all. If Zillow has granted access to my listing without my consent, it could lead to legal action. My residence is not for rent, and I demand control over my listing. Please contact me promptly at [redacted] or [redacted].
Best regards,

We recently invested $58,[redacted] in renovations for our vacant home located at [redacted] Essen Ln, Ballwin MO [redacted]. The property sits on a Level Fence Acre lot and features new HVAC, a 4-year-old roof, a brand new kitchen with granite countertops and white cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, a renovated bathroom, newer windows, and updated fixtures. Additionally, we added extra kitchen cabinets for more storage in the recently rehabbed four-season sunroom. We are planning to list the property for $[redacted],[redacted] on the MLS but believe it is undervalued considering the improvements made. We would appreciate it if this could be addressed before listing.
