I recently found out that I have two emails linked to the Premier Agent app/site on Zillow. This is causing conflicting information to be displayed. My listings are connected to one email that does not have my license, while my reviews and past sales are under another email that has my license. One email is from AOL and the other is from Gmail, and I'm unable to merge them into a single account. I'm unsure about the next steps to resolve this issue.

After working with Century 21 for 6 months, our listing expired on Oct 18, [redacted]. We now plan to sell our home as "For Sale by Owner" and want to create a new listing with our own description and photos. However, the previous listing is still active with the old description and contact details. We have contacted the involved real estate agencies for assistance to remove the old listing, but have not received any help so far. The property address is 26SE 371st OldTown, Florida [redacted]. We can be reached at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated as we aim to proceed with listing our home on Zillow independently. Thank you for your support. - Warren C.

I reside at [redacted] Apple Lusso Way, Indianapolis, Indiana, [redacted]. I have noticed a significant decrease in the value of my home listed on your platform. Nearly 6 months ago, my home was valued around $[redacted],[redacted], as per your records. However, the current listing shows it at $[redacted],[redacted]. My home has been appraised at $[redacted],[redacted], potentially even higher due to recent upgrades like an $18,[redacted] deck. The continuous devaluation of my property by your site is disheartening. As a Level 3 certified appraiser assessor, I can confirm that your valuation is far from accurate. I urge you to remove my home listing if this is the best estimate you can provide, as it does not reflect the true value of my property. Furthermore, real estate professionals often caution against relying on Zillow's estimations.

Today, I listed my home on MLS for sale at [redacted] Englewood Ave., Los Gatos, CA [redacted]. As the owner, I am requesting the removal of the Zestimate for my property. The Zestimate may negatively impact potential buyers as it is lower than my list price. A visit to my unique home would better reflect its value than an AI analysis. Please remove the Zestimate by Thursday, October 24, [redacted], to avoid potential legal consequences. My contact information is Richard S., [redacted], and my email is [redacted].

I have been updating my listing, and I have noticed discrepancies in the photos and information depending on where it is viewed. On my laptop, the updates are accurate, but on the Zillow app on my phone, it shows my home as off-market with old pictures and incorrect details like a detached garage and private pool that I never posted. I haven't found a way to remove these errors. These inaccuracies only appear on the app, not online. Even when accessed from another computer not associated with my account, the listing shows as off-market with old photos. I want to ensure my house is displayed correctly to potential buyers. It has been like this for about a week now.

Good day, I am Christopher Crump, the owner of a property at [redacted] Sumner Lake Blvd. I kindly ask for an update on the listing to remove the pre-foreclosure status and auction date. Due to medical issues, I fell behind on payments, but arrangements have been made to sell the house within 60-90 days. I request this change to avoid any negotiation challenges. Please contact Brock and Scott PLLC or my VA and Shellpoint contacts to confirm the property's status. You may reach Brock and Scott PLLC at [redacted]. For VA, contact Ms. Marcie Dent at [redacted] ext. [redacted], and for Shellpoint, contact Ms. Katy Williams at [redacted]. Thank you for your attention.

My friend Brenda C. B. ([redacted]; [redacted]) is selling her property at [redacted] Grigsby Gate Way, Knoxville, TN [redacted] (2br/2ba/1026sf) and wants to do it herself. I recommended Zillow to her based on my positive experience selling my dad's house. I assisted in creating an ad for her, but she had trouble with the verification call questions. She believes she needs to delete the ad and start fresh. However, the system shows that an ad for that address is already under review. Can someone please reach out to me (Kathy G. [redacted]; [redacted]) or her to help either finalize the initial ad or guide us on how to delete it to create a new one? Zillow has been great, just need some assistance. Thank you!

I am with The Chad & Karey Team at RE/MAX Property in Canandaigua, NY. Our listing at [redacted] Quayle Road, Honeoye, NY [redacted] is currently displaying inaccurately on Google. When you search the address, Zillow states that the property is not for sale, even though it is listed as active on their site. This needs to be corrected promptly so that the Google search shows that the property is indeed actively for sale. Please address and rectify this issue at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I have been trying for months to get Zillow to update the property details. They are displaying a listing from 5 years ago instead of the current one. This property has been on the market for 7 months with outdated information. The address is [redacted] Riviera Prado, Lake Park, GA [redacted]. It inaccurately states that it's off the market when it's listed with Prime Properties in Valdosta, GA [redacted], with Amelia Hidy for $[redacted],[redacted]. I urgently need to sell this house and would appreciate your assistance in correcting this issue. Thank you, Vicki R., homeowner. Despite multiple requests from the agent, the information remains unchanged.

My name is Vera, the owner of a duplex at [redacted] Tonawanda Creek Rd, Amherst, NY [redacted]. I'm looking to sell but noticed the property is undervalued. An appraisal in May [redacted] priced it at $[redacted],[redacted], whereas the Zestimate® lists it at $[redacted],[redacted]. The house was extensively renovated in [redacted] with new roof, doors, windows, floor, kitchen, central A/C, furnace, concrete, and more. I can't sell at this lower value. I can provide the appraisal report if needed. Appreciate adjusting the value to at least $[redacted],[redacted] or higher to reflect current market trends. Thank you.

I'm having trouble inputting my rental information on the website. When trying to enter my phone number, the system keeps showing an error message in red. Even after updating all my property details, it won't accept my phone number to proceed. I also encountered issues with verifying my email multiple times. I previously listed this property with a realtor three years ago, but I don't see why that should prevent me from listing it myself now. I urgently need to get this sorted out. Thank you for your assistance. - Olivia J. Information displayed in the red square: "Phone * ([redacted]) [redacted]-[redacted] Please enter a valid 10-digit phone number" Why is it showing like this and not accepting my phone number?

I am the owner of [redacted] Pleasant Way Unit B, Thousand Oaks, CA [redacted]. I would like to request changes to the estimated value of my property as you have undervalued it. I have made significant improvements such as custom-made kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, Italian tile flooring, a Kohler bathtub, faucets, and fixtures. My unit is on the second floor, which is more desirable and expensive compared to first-floor units. Currently, there is only one condo in Camelot listed for sale at $[redacted],[redacted], and I believe my property should be valued between $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted]. I also disagree with the suggested rental amount; the fair market rent for my property is between $2,[redacted] to $2,[redacted]. Please update the information accordingly. Thank you.

Hello, I sent a request to [redacted] on 10-15-19 regarding the removal of photos from my listing at [redacted] NW Vance Drive. Despite the property being in Withdrawn status but still under contract with me, I would like the photos removed once the listing expires. The seller does not have permission to use my photos. I signed the email as Camille Colby, CRS, GRI, a licensed Oregon Broker. I received an initial response on the same day acknowledging my request with ticket number [redacted]. Despite following up twice, I have not received any update or acknowledgement of my status update requests.

I am selling my home as a FSBO on Zillow. Recently, I mistakenly changed the status to "Pending" instead of "For Sale" on the app. I am struggling to revert it back and update the listing price from $29,[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted] for 94 Sirius Ln, Geiger Key, FL. Can someone assist me in changing the status back to "For Sale," adding the red "For Sale" label on the Zillow map, and guiding me on how to make status changes in the future? Thank you, Richard E.

Request number [redacted]. Hello Michelle, I was expecting a call from a representative to discuss the issue, as it is quite challenging to explain everything in a short message on an answering machine. Despite being assured I would receive a call, nobody has contacted me. The problem is that about a month ago, we updated the description of the house on "Zillow for agents," but recently it reverted to the old version without any action taken. This has happened before with the square footage. I contacted the agent, and she updated it again, but due to a misunderstanding, it has reverted back once more. Please switch it back to the new narrative promptly. We are puzzled by these changes and would like an explanation for the issue. You can contact me on my mobile at [redacted]. The property address is 94 Furlong Way, Cotuit, MA [redacted]. Thank you, Marian G.

Hello, I would like to bring to your attention an error in the property listing on your website. The correct address of the home in question is [redacted] Alamanda Drive, North, Miami FL [redacted], rather than [redacted] Alamanda Drive as listed. I rented this home for a year, and I am certain of the correct address. The house was recently sold for $[redacted],[redacted], and I believe you are mistakenly advertising it as available for rent. Additionally, the photos used in the listing belong to me and were taken at a pool party. These images are copyrighted by my boyfriend, a photographer, and I have evidence of the original photos taken that night. I kindly request that you remove these photos immediately to avoid legal action. I have also attempted to contact Zillow regarding this matter. For further inquiries or clarifications, I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. Best regards.

As a Realtor, my client shared a Zillow update stating there were [redacted] "Homes For Sale" in the [redacted] area code. However, upon checking, the website displayed [redacted] properties for sale, including different types like Houses, Manufactured, Condos/Co-Ops, Multi Family, Apartments, Lots/Land, and Townhomes. Filtering for just houses narrowed it down to [redacted] properties. By selecting sales only and excluding rentals, the number reduced to [redacted] homes for sale in the area. This discrepancy caused confusion for my sellers, as they believed they were competing with over [redacted] homes, which turned out to be inaccurate. The misleading information on the website does a disservice to the real estate industry.

I believe that the Zestimate for my legal 2-family property at [redacted] S. Greenwood, Chicago, IL [redacted] is significantly undervalued by $150K - $200K. Here are three key points supporting my claim: 1. Based on rental income, the mortgage value should be around $400K. The total rental income for the property is $[redacted]/month or $[redacted]/apartment, translating to a value of $100K+ per $[redacted] in rental income. 2. Comparable properties in the area should be limited to specific zones, which differ from the ones currently used in the Zestimate. The property's location near the University of Chicago and within the defined boundaries should reflect higher values compared to the current estimate. 3. Recent sales of renovated two-family homes in the specified area have all exceeded $350K. My property was purchased and renovated in [redacted]. I have been searching for a rental property and came across an apartment I really like at Pondview in Cheshire, CT. Despite trying to contact the office multiple times via phone and email, I never received a response. The apartment is still listed online for viewing. Today, I received a surprising and rude email from someone named Arin Hayden asking me to stop emailing them. This behavior is unacceptable, especially when the apartment is still being advertised as available. I do not understand why they would list it if they are not interested in renting it out. The contact information for the person is: Arin Hayden Levey Miller Maretz LLC [redacted] Litchfield Turnpike Woodbridge, CT [redacted] Direct Office: [redacted] Fax: [redacted] Apartment Address: Pondview Apartments [redacted] Highland Avenue Cheshire, CT [redacted]

I have two ads listed in Whitestone, NY on Zillow. One is for [redacted]-49 Lower 22 Ave, and the other is for [redacted]-53 Lower at the same address. They are part of a 20-unit condo complex with [redacted] feet of frontage on 22nd Ave. Unfortunately, Zillow's map and photo show an incorrect image of a single-family house, not our landscaped complex. This is affecting the responses to our listings. The street shown, Murray St., is not even close to 22nd Avenue. I have tried contacting Google about this with no success. Could you please assist in correcting the map or, as a last resort, remove the current photo from my ads? Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.
