About a month ago, I decided to remove my house from the market for sale by owner as I believed I had found a serious cash buyer. Recently, I discovered that my property is back on the market, listed with a real estate company claiming to have exclusive rights to it. When I attempted to correct this on Zillow, I was informed that I needed to go through the agent. However, every time I try to contact the agent, their mailbox is full and I cannot get through. It is concerning that someone I do not know is using my old address and photos to change the price of my own home. I am hoping this issue can be resolved promptly. If not, I may need to seek legal counsel. The property in question is located at 72 Dockerty Hollow Road, West Milford, NJ [redacted]. I am the owner, Anthony Venturella.

I recently submitted my Zillow listing and had a frustrating experience with a verification call from "Gabby." The call quality was poor, making it difficult to understand her requests. Despite believing she wanted me to confirm my address, there was a discrepancy with what I provided and what was on the listing. Following this, Gabby abruptly told me to resubmit the listing and ended the call. When I called the number back and spoke to another Zillow employee, they couldn't find any listing under the phone number I provided. It seems like my detailed narrative was deleted, leaving me wondering if my submission can be recovered. I suspect there may have been confusion with my street address, as I mentioned "East Broadway" but there is also a "Broadway." I'm concerned this may have led to the invalidation of my submission. I'd appreciate it if someone could investigate this matter further to see if my submission history can be retrieved. Thank you.

Zillow incorrectly lists my home as being on the market for [redacted] days, which is inaccurate. The lot size of 1 acre is also incorrect, showing a smaller size. Furthermore, outdated photos from a previous real estate company, taken over 6 months ago, are displayed without authorization (a copyright violation). I demand these errors be corrected promptly to avoid legal action.

I am Jim R. and I have a property listed on Zillow with an incorrect Zestimate. Prior to listing, I updated my square footage with your team as it was understated by [redacted] sq. ft. Even after the correction, the Zestimate did not adjust accurately. Through my research on neighboring properties, I am certain my Zestimate is undervalued by $50,[redacted] to $75,[redacted]. Hello, My address is [redacted] East Cherokee Drive, Canton, GA [redacted]. The house, built in [redacted], was the only home standing on a 15-acre property that was later subdivided under my address. It's the sole 1940s home on the land. On Zillow, my house appears under my neighbor's address, as they recently bought land and constructed a new home. The properties on Epperson Farm still use my address but were sold at different times. I acquired my home over three years ago, and it is the only house on the property. I need to address a mistake regarding my home listing at 27 NW 4th St Warrenton Oregon [redacted]. It is incorrectly listed as a foreclosure when this is not the case. I contacted your company to rectify this error, but it is still incorrect. I urge you to address this issue promptly to avoid potential legal action for defamation. The false information on the listing is causing us distress, and I will share our experience on social media if not resolved soon.

Hello Zillow, I noticed that my home on Zillow recently decreased in value overnight by around $25,[redacted], unlike the other homes in my area that have seen an increase. Hello, I am writing because I recently checked my house's Zestimate after not doing so for almost two months and was surprised to see a significant drop from over $[redacted],[redacted] to under $[redacted],[redacted]. This decline happened around the same time I sought assistance from a Zillow realtor in early May, coinciding with a spike in unsolicited calls which ceased after a conversation with a bank representative. Interestingly, neighboring homes and comparable properties did not experience such a drastic decrease. Given this, I believe the Zestimate should be adjusted to reflect the value it held in early May, considering the property's features and market trends. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have left four messages with Zillow over the past six working days at [redacted] regarding an issue with uploading a listing. I mistakenly used my business email account instead of my personal Gmail account for a listing. I want to change the email account and remove the listing entirely as I don't want my corporate email to be visible. I also wish to post a new listing under my Gmail account instead of my business email.

The Zestimate has recently dropped by nearly $2 million in the past month. I am requesting the reinstatement of the correct Zestimate on the website. The sudden and significant decrease in value is concerning, especially when comparing it to neighboring properties. The property is situated in the exclusive Finisterre community, known as the "Bel Air of AZ," and boasts a spacious living area of [redacted] sqft. The property's value is further enhanced by its picturesque views of the Camelback mountains. Despite undergoing extensive remodelling both structurally and in the backyard, the Zestimate does not accurately reflect the true value of the property compared to similar homes in the area. This process is such a waste of time! The contacts seem to be automated, and there's no real person available to speak with unless you pay a fee. I submitted my issue two weeks ago, and the only response I received was asking what I did to resolve the problem, basically shifting responsibility. If a service is offered, it should be followed through with. My advice is to avoid Zillow-related websites to save yourself the hassle. It's frustrating that landlords request social security numbers; it's not recommended to share this information, yet it's requested on applications. Submitting thirty applications mean thirty strangers have your SS#, with no clarity on their background. It feels like a scam! Despite viewing numerous apartments, I haven't been able to see a single one yet. I am definitely not satisfied with the services provided.

I am requesting a correction to the Zestimate for 3 Grace Drive in Old Bridge, NJ. Upon viewing the listing on Zillow yesterday, I was surprised to see the price was significantly undervalued, with a sudden drop of $40,[redacted] in the past 30 days. I suspect that someone other than the owner may have edited the information incorrectly, leading to the drastic decrease in the property estimate. I have taken the liberty to update the property description with all relevant details, including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, which were previously missing from the listing. I kindly ask for the Zestimate to be adjusted to more accurately reflect the true value of the property. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have reached out to Zillow regarding the incorrect square footage listed for my house at [redacted] Portage St., Doylestown, OH. Both my agent from Remax and I have contacted Zillow to address this issue as it is impacting the interest in my property. The correct square footage is [redacted] sq. ft. I appreciate your prompt attention to updating this information as it is hindering the sale of my home. Despite the property being under contract, the realtor from Remax has attempted to make the correction without success. I kindly request that Zillow updates the listing. Thank you.

I encountered an Error message multiple times yesterday while attempting to post my FSBO on Zillow. The website indicated that their engineers are addressing the issue. Despite this, I managed to successfully post the listing in an alternative manner. However, after receiving a call today, I learned that my property, containing two houses on one lot, couldn't be listed as multi-family. I sought guidance from a supervisor to ensure I could proceed, but was informed the same information would be provided. Although willing to speak with a supervisor, I was informed they were unavailable due to a meeting. Upon trying to create a new listing on Zillow, the old one remains active. Following this, I reached out to Zillow's customer service, only to be informed of a potential 5-day wait for assistance. Seeking a resolution, I researched executive contacts and considered reaching out to Tim Correia, Jun Choo, or contacting Tim Barton's office. As a seasoned real estate investor, I had hoped for a more seamless experience on your platform for buying and selling properties.

I am concerned about the sudden drop in my Zestimate for my property at [redacted] Walnut Lane in Branson, MO. After listing my home on Zillow, I noticed a 10% decrease in the estimate within just a few days. Despite positive feedback and interest from potential buyers, this significant drop is causing uncertainty. I have made substantial renovations to the property, including new drywall, flooring, bathrooms, granite counters, doors and windows, and a new roof. I am unsure how these upgrades are reflected in the Zestimate. I have contacted a real estate agent who suggested reaching out to address these concerns. My wife recently signed up for Zillow Premier Agent but was dissatisfied with the service after only 2 days. Despite emailing and calling the sales agent to cancel the agreement twice, her request was not honored. She was charged not only for the remainder of the month but also for the next month. She had to resort to cancelling her credit card to stop further billing. We possess copies of the emails and acknowledgements from the account executive, but unfortunately, no action was taken. My wife is seeking a reimbursement of the second month's billing ($[redacted]) and is willing to provide copies of the emails between her and Zillow upon request.
