For the past two years, my husband and I have owned Galaxy S7 phones and have visited the Zagg booth in Clackamas Town Center mall, Oregon, for screen Shield installations after my initial purchase. However, during my recent visit, I encountered a new employee who refused to honor the lifetime warranty on my Shield and claimed he had no authority to replace it. Despite the gentleman’s excuses and explanations, I insisted on my entitlement to warranty service. Unfortunately, I was met with further delays and unavailability of replacement parts for the Galaxy S7 model, as stated by the employee on duty. This ongoing issue and lack of consistent service have been frustrating, given our prior positive experiences. I have the original purchase information from Best Buy and Verizon billing details for reference, although I have not needed to utilize the warranty until now. I need a replacement glass+ for my iPhone 8+. The glass is cracked, and I bought it when I purchased the phone. I never registered this invisible shield, and I was never told it was necessary. I'm unable to find the information needed to register for a replacement on ZAGG.com. The Sprint store won't provide the purchase date over the phone, so I'll have to go in person. I was hoping for a phone number to resolve this, but here I am typing again.

I experienced an issue with my Apple Watch while using your shield. Apple provided a warranty replacement for $70. When I contacted your customer service, they mentioned no refunds for broken devices but offered to send a replacement shield without needing the broken one back. However, I was charged the full price again. I am extremely disappointed with this outcome and request a reversal of these charges promptly. I have both the broken ZAGG products available for return. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I recently spoke with a representative from your company regarding returning a Zagg Rugged Book I received as a gift from my daughter, Danielle Miyasato. The representative was supposed to email me instructions on how to proceed with the return, but I have not received the email as promised. I recently had a screen replacement done this week, and unfortunately, this is the fourth time I've had to replace it. Surprisingly, the new screen already has a chip, even though I've been extra careful, and the chipping always seems to start in the corners and then spreads across the screen.

I bought a ZAGG screen protector for my 44mm Apple Watch on August 4th from my cell phone retailer. In a few days, it cracked, and I used my watch without a protector for about 2 weeks. Upon taking the cracked protector for a warranty replacement, I was charged double the mailing cost. The replacement wasn't done to my satisfaction, and it cracked again within days. I find it frustrating how easily these protectors are damaged compared to when I used the watch without one. I want a replacement at no cost from the store, ensuring it's done correctly and without any rudeness or remarks about it.

I have been trying to reach out to Zagg for a week, waiting on hold for at least 20 minutes each time. Despite some difficulty locating my registered product, I eventually found it. When attempting to order a new one, I received a payment declined message three times, even when using different cards. To add to the frustration, I was charged for all three attempts without successfully placing an order. I urgently need assistance to have a new screen protector shipped to my address and to receive a refund for the erroneous charges. Dealing with this issue has been incredibly aggravating, from the long wait times to the multiple failed transactions without any confirmation. This has been an incredibly poor customer service experience that needs to be addressed promptly.

Dear Customer Service Team, I am extremely disappointed with the invisible HD clear full-screen covers I bought for the Samsung Galaxy S7 at Best Buy. I purchased two covers for $25 each but opted out of paying $16 for installation. Despite reading the instructions and watching videos, both my husband and I had issues with peeling and air bubbles. The product was not user-friendly. I have registered my screens for the warranty. I kindly request that you send replacements to resolve this matter. I recently received an email stating that Zagg charged my credit card the full price because they did not receive my return. I sent it back in the envelope provided just two days after I received it. I have already discussed this issue with the company a few months ago. I did not authorize any additional charges on my account. How can I prove that I mailed it back? On Saturday, September 7, [redacted], I purchased a Pixel 3 and was unable to find a Zagg screen protector at Verizon. I visited the Zagg kiosk at the Mall of New Hampshire in Manchester, NH, where a staff member applied the protector. However, upon closer inspection while packing for a business trip the next day, I noticed dust particles along the right edge and the top and bottom sections were not firmly attached. While traveling, the protector cracked just from picking up the phone, and now the cracks have spread across the screen. I have been a long-time user of Zagg protectors due to their quality and replacement policy. The service at the kiosk was unprofessional, and I am reluctant to return. I hope to receive a replacement protector without incurring any additional costs.

I have been a long-time user of your products. Although my last purchase was months ago, I was recently charged $54.11 without authorization from my bank account. I have been unable to reach any customer service representative for assistance. I suspect this charge may be related to a screen protector I bought, where I was told I didn't need to return the defective one. If this unauthorized charge is related to that, it's unfair as per the previous agreement. Kindly refund the $54.11 promptly. I had trouble accessing my Zagg account because my past purchases and registered products were missing after logging in from an old email. I attempted to create a new password on Zagg.com, but now it seems like I'm a new customer without access to my previous information. This is preventing me from replacing my Invisible Shield for my iPhone. I've been a long-time user of Zagg's services and have never encountered this issue in the past. I returned the cracked screen on 8/12/[redacted]. A Verizon representative replaced the screen and mailed the cracked screen back. I made several unsuccessful attempts to contact your company via phone and live chat. Please advise on the next steps as I do not want to be charged for the replacement screen. Thank you, Wanda P. I purchased a Samsung A20 at the local Verizon store in Manhattan, Kansas, a week ago. I opted for an Otter case and had the staff apply an InvisibleShield GlassElite Screen Protector as recommended. Despite being marketed as "OUR STRONGEST GLASS SCREEN PROTECTION EVER" and boasting "Extreme Shatter Protection," my phone fell from just a foot height, landing on the corner like the image shown on the box. After just two days, the screen seemed to have a sharp, shattered edge. I paid $39.99 plus tax for a product that proved to be defective. The claims of "Strong Aluminosilicate Glass" fall short. I now require your assistance, as I am dissatisfied with this experience. Please process a full refund, as I do not wish to bear shipping costs for returning the item. My previous Samsung phone, using the factory screen protector, lasted a year and a half without issues, unlike your product. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - B.C.

I bought an Invisible Shield Glass + for my iPhone 6 Plus with a lifetime guarantee. I believe I registered it after purchase, but the website now asks for re-registration. I attempted to do so but no longer have the original receipt as it's been almost a year, making it difficult to provide the purchase date. Unfortunately, the screen protector has two cracks. I received the Invisible Shield Glass + Anti Glare product, but it isn't smudge resistant as advertised. It requires my device to be turned on to work properly, and even then, it still shows smudges. The screen protector is misaligned and has bubbles even though it was stated to be bubble-free. I'm unable to visit the store, so I would like to know if I qualify for a replacement. If possible, could Zagg ship the replacement to me, and I would cover the shipping fees upon delivery?

Hello, I am Alexis O’Hara. I recently bought an iPhone 11 Pro Max and also purchased a Zagg screen protector, as I always do for my devices. Following the instructions provided, I applied the screen protector, but unfortunately, it did not stick to the phone properly. The corners on all four sides lack adhesive and keep peeling off. This situation leaves the corners of the screen exposed to potential damage without the necessary protection. As a loyal customer who uses Zagg products for all my devices, I was disappointed to face this issue with the screen protector for my new phone. Hello, I recently received a replacement ivisibleshield screen protector, and unfortunately, while attempting to apply it, it shattered on me. This isn't the first time this has occurred, and this time, I even ended up with a cut on my finger from removing the broken pieces. Working with special needs children, my phone is a vital tool for collecting data on them, but it's regularly subjected to rough treatment like throwing, scratching, and even biting. I originally asked for a new screen protector because a child bit my phone, causing the shield to crack right where the bite was - a concerning safety issue. I'm reaching out because I'm now without phone protection, which is crucial in my line of work where damage can easily occur. Additionally, I would like to request a full refund. I had high hopes for this product, but it has not lived up to expectations and has even posed safety risks for both myself and the children I work with. I hope we can resolve this promptly. Since I broke my first iPhone screen, I've always used a screen protector. Even though the store didn't have my exact model in stock, I accepted another screen protector in October. Unfortunately, after only a few months, the new screen protector cracked along with my phone screen after a minor fall. I've always had a good experience with your products, so I was disappointed by this issue. I believe the screen protector may have been defective, and I'm hoping we can find a solution together - either replacing my phone screen or coming to another resolution that is mutually beneficial.
