I recently reviewed Gary Saunders Law Group in Corona and noticed I forgot to include important details about legal assistance for homeowners who lost their property to a lender. The attorney I mentioned in the review took my $[redacted] and the property was lost. I wish to edit the review, but I cannot find the edit option in my account. How can I make the edit icon appear in the review section?

I had a negative experience with Advanced Locksmith Service. They installed a lock improperly, leaving my place vulnerable to break-ins. When trying to resolve the issue, they provided conflicting phone numbers ([redacted] and [redacted]) but refused to disclose their address or the owner's name. It's frustrating not being able to contact them directly. It seems like a dishonest business lacking transparency. I feel scammed. Any advice on how to proceed and get in touch with the owner for a resolution?

I was contacted by Yelp just before Thanksgiving regarding a Black Friday ad. Anika mentioned it would cost $15, but I was actually charged $45. Today, another Yelp representative called while I was in an interview. Despite explaining my situation, she insisted I had not shut down the ad and would be charged again. As a small business owner, I don't have time for Yelp's mistakes. It's frustrating to deal with unhelpful customer service. I deserve a refund and should not be billed again.

I was billed $[redacted].00 for a month of service in November, but the pay-per-click charge was not clearly explained to me. I attempted to stop the payment through my bank, but it was too late. After speaking with another representative, I was informed that they were aware of this issue and should have warned me. Online reviews confirmed that many others had similar experiences without seeing any results. This kind of advertising is misleading and costly. I am very upset and dissatisfied with the company. I would appreciate assistance in getting a refund.
Thank you,
Carla B.

I posted a negative but honest review on Yelp recently about Motorcycle Madness in Lafayette Township, NJ. However, my review was moved to a separate category where it doesn't contribute to the overall rating of the vendor. I feel my review was fair and accurate, highlighting the vendor's failure to respond properly and fulfill their agreement. I seek clarification on why my review was moved and not factored into the rating. Thank you. - S. Kazacos.

My business, Fitness Together Wellesley, recently received a negative review from a former employee who was terminated. This ex-employee has unfairly given us a 1-star rating along with false statements. My lawyer is addressing this issue due to defamation. He has posted two negative and false reviews. I'm concerned as his comments remain visible while positive feedback from other clients has been removed. I kindly request immediate removal of these reviews. Thank you.

Hello Yelp, I am Lawrence S. and I own Clean California Pressure Washing. I recently cleaned a house for Tom D. on December 10, [redacted]. Tom asked many questions before hiring me, even considering other estimates. He eventually chose me for the job. During the cleaning, Tom closely monitored my work and took pictures and videos. When I finished, he was impressed and asked why I was so meticulous. However, when Tom posted a review on Yelp, it was promptly removed. I am confused and disappointed as I put a lot of effort into the job. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly without escalating it further.

Hello,
I wish to address an incident that occurred on October 10th, [redacted] regarding a review [[redacted]] for Popeyes in Vista, CA. This review breaches Yelp's Privacy Guidelines by sharing private information and posting unauthorized close-up photos of patrons. The photo in question was taken when I was 16 years old, and its presence on the platform makes me feel uncomfortable, targeted, and violated. Despite my attempts to contact the reviewer, their responses were harsh, threatening, and persistent. After involving my manager, who verified the violation and requested its removal, the photo still remains on Yelp. My primary concern is having the picture removed from the site to address this invasion of privacy.

I've had an issue with a recent delivery order from The Rock pizza. Despite efforts to sort it out, it turns out that Yelp and Grubhub caused the problem. Grubhub fulfilled the order without considering my requests and failed to notify me or deliver a hot pizza. I was also overcharged for fees and the item costs were inflated. This deceitful practice is unacceptable and I won't be using Yelp or Grubhub for orders again. The Rock acknowledges the issue and plans to address it with Yelp while offering a gift card to make up for the inconvenience.

I have attempted to leave reviews for The Summit Apartments in Chino Hills, CA on four separate occasions, but they have not been approved. I have made sure to comply with the review guidelines, yet my reviews are still not showing up. As a current resident, I want to share my honest feedback. Here is my latest review:
"I have been a resident at The Summit for nearly four years, and unfortunately, I cannot give a positive recommendation for the following reasons:
The trash area has been consistently overflowing for the past year, leading to unhygienic conditions. I had to contact the health department twice last year to address this issue.
When my washing machine broke down, it took more than three weeks to get a replacement. This delay was not ideal for addressing my needs promptly.
Moreover, the monthly water, sewer, and trash charges have been increasing due to shared metering and complex billing calculations based on unit size, occupancy, and vacancies. This results in higher bills for residents.
Given these factors, I am unable to endorse The Summit at Chino Hills Apartments."

I am a new business located at [redacted] Whitney Avenue in Carmichael, California area code [redacted]. I need assistance from Yelp due to a significant error on their platform. They combined my business bio and photo with an existing business at the same location, even changing the name of the original business. I contacted Yelp multiple times today; I spoke with two representatives, the last one named James ([redacted]). The initial contact mentioned fixing the issue for a fee of $[redacted] and setting up advertising. After a call disconnection, James was uncooperative, not providing a mailing address or management contact details. He transferred me to a generic voicemail where I left my message but received no resolution to my problem.

I received a call from a Yelp Business sales representative who convinced me to try their call-to-action service for a week during the holidays in [redacted]. Despite not seeing any results, I canceled the service after the trial period. However, I recently discovered that I was charged $[redacted].35 in January and $90.00 in February. I am unable to remove my card information from my online account. I am seeking a refund for the charges in January and February and want to ensure that I will not be billed again in the future.

I am Dr. Stan Kunin from the Veterinary Medical Center in Woodland Hills, California. I came across a review by Shopper M dated 12-2-19 that contains false information and is not authored by the individual named. I would like to address this issue, but without knowing the reviewer's identity, it is challenging to resolve. The review mentions incidents that do not align with the standards of our practice, such as vaccinating a dog with a known reaction or misdiagnosing a spinal issue, both of which I would not condone. Considering that there are three veterinarians at my clinic, I suspect the reviewer may have mistaken my identity. I appreciate your assistance in investigating this matter further as I value the reputation of my clinic and strive to address any legitimate concerns. Additionally, I acknowledge that there may be other negative reviews stemming from challenging situations, which I aim to handle professionally. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Dr. Kunin

I am disappointed that my review of Ispace was taken down based on the assumption that it was related to employment issues. It feels like you prioritize big businesses over individuals with valid feedback about unprofessional practices. The removal shows a lack of integrity and a bias toward supporting corporations. It is frustrating to see my honest feedback dismissed in favor of misinformation.

I am disappointed by the removal of my review on ispace. The reason given, that it was assumed to be about "employment issues," is offensive. It seems like you are favoring big businesses over the voices of individuals who have had negative experiences. By removing my honest review, you are showing a lack of integrity and failing to represent the truth about unprofessional practices. It is crucial to acknowledge that sharing negative experiences publicly is uncomfortable but necessary. I urge you to treat all reviews fairly, regardless of the size of the business, by not removing them without cause.

I recently spoke with a Yelp sales representative about setting up an account. Due to financial difficulties related to COVID, I made it clear that I couldn't afford any charges at the moment. The representative assured me there would be no charges. However, a week later, I discovered unauthorized charges on my credit card from Yelp. When I addressed this with the representative, I was directed to consumer support. Despite reaching out to them, I have received emails from the finance department claiming I owe money. To prevent further unauthorized charges, I had to stop payment through my bank. I feel misled by the sales representative who initially promised no charges. I questioned why my credit card was required for the account, and I was reassured it was just a formality with no charges involved. I am now facing a $[redacted].03 charge that I did not approve and urgently need this resolved with the cease of emails.

A local food truck/caterer I enjoy got an undeserved 1-star review on Yelp. The owner's response could have been better, but both the review and response were buried in the "reviews we don't consider relevant" section. Another 5-star review from a loyal customer met the same fate. Yelp categorized it as "irrelevant" too. I believe Yelp unjustly hid positive reviews. I want to help this business owner get the honest 5-star review (and others) back in the main reviews section. If anyone has advice on how customers can support a business owner in this situation, please share. Thanks!

I am Dean Worthy, the owner of Dean's Home Repair based in Seattle, Washington. My contact number is [redacted]. I have been experiencing issues with my website for over a month now and despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful in resolving them. The page background turns into a faded pink color after 6:00pm, making it difficult to read and respond to messages. Additionally, my business operates 24/7, but the website incorrectly shows "CLOSED" on Sundays. This ongoing problem is significantly impacting my business, and as a paid Yelp customer, I urgently require assistance to fix these errors. Your prompt attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, Dean Worthy

I'm encountering two main issues with Yelp. Firstly, it's challenging to reach Yelp directly without navigating through an automated phone system. Secondly, Yelp lacks proper content moderation, allowing anyone to post reviews regardless of accuracy or fairness. My sister faced harassment from a customer at her pizza place, who later left negative and personal reviews on Yelp. This situation should have been investigated by Yelp. At my frozen yogurt shop, customers frequently threaten us with negative reviews to manipulate us. Recently, a customer complained about the pricing months after purchasing, and upon being declined a refund, threatened to post disparaging reviews due to their status as a prominent reviewer on Yelp. This misuse of Yelp as a tool for personal gain is troubling and frustrating for business owners.
