I own a small business, Inland Auto Exchange, in Norco, CA, and for nearly 18 years, we have focused on providing fair treatment to customers, offering great cars at low prices, and standing behind our vehicles. A neighboring business appears to be trying to harm our reputation by leaving a one-star review under the name Johnny A., who runs Prime Time Auto Sales. I personally use Yelp to share positive reviews for excellent businesses, including restaurants and other services I appreciate. While I understand that receiving negative reviews is part of the business, unfair and defamatory reviews can be damaging and lead to legal issues. I kindly ask for your assistance in investigating this matter. You can reach me at [redacted]. I can provide you with a record of the reviews I have left for reputable businesses. I believe the review in question should be removed, and I request that the user responsible be prohibited from leaving further reviews on your platform. Thank you, Joe I.

I spoke with your sales director in April regarding a Mother's Day campaign. Despite being a part-time business owner and dealing with health issues, I reluctantly agreed to a minimal ad for the holiday sale. However, I kept receiving bills and experienced rude customer service when correcting my contact information. Furthermore, five positive reviews were not published as agreed, they are outdated now. The advertisement lacked new visuals, ad words, and even displayed the wrong telephone number. Unfortunately, $[redacted] was withdrawn from my account causing financial strain. It seems many customers are dissatisfied with your services, and I am inclined to share that sentiment. Please rectify these issues promptly.

I am encountering difficulties leaving a review about my negative experience with Massey Yardley Chrysler dealer in Plantation, FL. Whenever I try to post on Yelp using my legitimate Gmail and Yahoo emails, it keeps stating account issues. I recently received an email claiming I signed up, but haven't had any luck. I believe the email mentioned ([redacted]) may be connected. As a senior citizen, I find it challenging to share my truthful feedback, and I want Yelp to simplify the process for me. This dealer's service cost me nearly $[redacted], and I'm eager to report my experience. Kindly address this matter promptly.

I have been attempting to close my account with Revive Body & Healing in Leland, NC. Even though I cannot access my account, I am still being billed. A charge of $[redacted].70 was processed on 7/1/19. I require an immediate refund as I am no longer utilizing Yelp for advertising. Despite multiple conversations with Andrew Wibner from Yelp regarding this problem, the contact number provided by him ([redacted]) is invalid. To resolve this matter quickly, please reach out to me. Thank you, Morgan C. [redacted]

I left a review for Dr. Bobby Korn, MD, which was approved and published. However, I recently noticed that my review has been removed, and I'm unsure why. Furthermore, Dr. Korn's Yelp profile indicates that there are 24 additional reviews that are not visible. I was able to access these reviews a few weeks ago, but now they seem to be hidden. It's perplexing why positive and genuine reviews for Dr. Korn are not being displayed. I kindly request for Yelp to reinstate my review.

Dear Yelp Team, I wanted to address a recent 1-star review we received for our Body&Brain Lake Villa, IL location. This review appears suspicious for several reasons: First, our center manager has no record of this individual in our attendance logs. Secondly, the claims made in the review do not align with our business practices; we do not offer classes that cost thousands of dollars. Additionally, the language used in the review mirrors past fake reviews left by either a former employee or competitor. We are diligent in addressing genuine negative feedback and strive to resolve any issues to ensure member satisfaction. We strongly believe this review aims to tarnish our reputation. We kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Nicole Polyhronakos C/S Manager

A customer recently left a review claiming to have experienced food poisoning after dining at our establishment. They did not specify the food consumed or provide any evidence of making a purchase with us. We take food safety seriously and ensure the quality of all our ingredients. Given that no other patrons reported illness, it is uncertain if the issue originated from our food. By failing to disclose what they ate or purchased, it hinders our ability to investigate or address the matter. We have flagged the review as it lacks specifics beyond stating "got food poisoning no going back," which could unjustly harm our reputation. Yelp should consider removing reviews alleging food-related incidents without substantiated information. Such reviews can be misleading and potentially damaging without proof. We value honest feedback that helps us improve and assist customers in choosing dining options. Unsubstantiated claims only serve to create unwarranted stress for businesses, Yelp, and consumers.

I have encountered a troubling situation regarding a woman who obtained gift certificates for expensive services via a local charity event that I did not participate in and therefore do not have records of. Suspecting foul play, the woman then tried to coerce me into exchanging the certificates for cash, which I declined. Subsequently, she left negative reviews about me and my business on various platforms, impacting my hard-earned reputation. Despite my efforts to address this with Yelp, the negative content remains posted, tarnishing my image. Moreover, I feel that Yelp's treatment of reviews, especially the removal of positive ones from genuine customers while retaining negative feedback from questionable sources, is biased and unfair. I have tried to communicate with Yelp to rectify this issue but have not made any progress. I am concerned that Yelp's practices, seemingly influenced by my decision not to advertise with them, have unjustly affected my business and reputation.

We are writing to address a misleading post that violates our business policies. The individual claims mistreatment by our staff, but we have evidence, including our business policies, terms and conditions, and correspondence showing a different perspective. The person failed to familiarize themselves with our rules before visiting or contacting us for service appointments. Additionally, our clients have provided positive feedback not approved by Yelp. We believe the post is one-sided, misleading, and defamatory. We ask Yelp to remove it. Our business, Familiar Strangers Tattoo Studio in Singapore, can be reached at [redacted] or +65 [redacted]1. Thank you for considering our request.

I shared my experience with a doctor who misdiagnosed me, leading to my health deteriorating. Despite severe eye pain, the doctor suggested surgery for my age-related issue, but it turned out to be a staph infection that required immediate hospitalization. After a CT scan at the emergency room, I was admitted for eight days for IV treatment. Eventually, I was switched to oral medication after my vein collapsed. The infectious disease specialist stated I should have been hospitalized earlier. I left an honest negative review on Yelp about the misdiagnosis and poor care I received. Yelp requested an edit, but I stand by my account detailing the doctor's negligence and the risk he posed to patients' well-being with his inaccurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

I noticed that there's a new format for your service, and I'm a bit confused about why the change was made. Previously, when I entered a city to search for services, I expected results specific to that city. While it's helpful to include nearby cities as alternatives, the system now no longer displays the city names for the options provided. This makes it challenging to differentiate between businesses situated in the city I'm interested in. Not having the city name listed alongside the street address now requires me to click on each business individually to determine its location. This change has made navigating your site more difficult and time-consuming for me, as I prefer knowing the city where a business is located upfront.

Dear Yelp, I would like to bring to your attention that Jordan Gregory's positive review about my therapy services is currently marked as "Not Recommended." Jordan highlights how my counseling greatly assisted him, and we both believe it should be in the Recommended Reviews section for Powers Ferry Psychological Associates. I am Dr. Amy Greenberg from Powers Ferry Psychological Associates in Atlanta, Georgia. Jordan G, with 43 friends and 2 reviews, can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] As for contacting me, you may reach me at [redacted] ext 63 for work, [redacted] for my cell, or [redacted] via email. Dear Yelp, I am a small business owner experiencing challenges with negative reviews on my Yelp page for Williamsburg Village Child Development Center in Lincoln, NE. I believe these reviews are inaccurate and could be potentially from competitors as we do not have anyone named "Janet" associated with our business. Despite having numerous positive reviews, they are hard to find while the negative ones are prominently displayed. I am concerned about the visibility and fairness of these reviews and seek clarification on why this is happening. As the owner, I strongly disagree with the negative feedback and believe the positive reviews better reflect the reputation of my business. Can you please advise on why the negative reviews are more visible and what steps I can take to address these inaccuracies? Thank you.

I'm seeking a review removal for a Yelp post by Marcia D regarding my therapy services. Upon careful review, I have not treated anyone fitting her description. I have no record of a client named Marcia D, never ran adult groups, and do not go by the misspelled name "Hyman." It's possible she is mistaking me for another psychologist, Marsha Kleiman, who practiced in a nearby town and had her license revoked for misconduct. I am well-versed in false memory syndrome and have been teaching courses for many years. I hope this information clarifies the situation for you. Sincerely, Marsha Heiman, Ph.D. 8/8/19

I am seeking a review removal from the Yelp site regarding feedback from Marcia D. Upon re-reading the review, I would like to provide the following information: 1. I have never had a client named Marcia D in my 30 years of practice. The only similar name was Marsha, who lived in North Jersey, not North Brunswick. 2. I have never run adult groups except for one children's group in the 90's for sexual abuse victims referred by the NJ Division. 3. My name was misspelled as "Hyman" in the review. 4. I am knowledgeable about false memory syndrome. 5. I suspect confusion with a psychologist named Marsha Kleiman, who practiced in Highland Park. 6. I have taught at Rutgers School of Social Work and trained therapists in community mental health. I trust this information will assist in reviewing and possibly removing the feedback. Thank you, Marsha Heiman, Ph.D. 8/8/19

I have noticed several negative reviews on Yelp for my small business that I suspect are fake. This has resulted in a low rating of 1 star for my business. Interestingly, 16 positive reviews for my business have been hidden, and the impressive 5-star ratings they provide have not been considered. I am concerned about the impact of Yelp's practices on my business's reputation and finances. I am convinced that some of the negative reviews are not genuine. I am requesting the removal of these reviews or, at the very least, the display of the numerous positive reviews along with their 5-star ratings. This would present a fairer representation of my business with 16 glowing 5-star ratings versus only 4 negative 1-star ratings. It is concerning that negative reviews are being highlighted while positive ones are being suppressed. Thank you.

I have a long review about my experience at The Ritz Car Wash in Voorhees, New Jersey. Despite being informed that they would not honor a gift card due to a change in ownership, I found that the other location, Posh Car Wash and Express Lube in Stratford, is still open. I noticed that Yelp is trying to connect my review to the wrong location, and I want it to be associated with the correct one. If this is not possible, I request for the review to be removed. I am also puzzled by Yelp's outdated listing information for businesses, like the one for Ritz Car Wash, which is now operating under a different name. It is concerning that Yelp's information is not up-to-date, leading to confusion for customers. Trust is essential, and inaccurate information and misplaced reviews can damage Yelp's credibility.

I engaged Clean Credit Corp via their Yelp page to help repair my credit, but unfortunately, they scammed me out of $[redacted]. Spoke with Justin, who assured me my credit would be fixed in 4 months, but it never happened. AJ and Sergio also misled me. I discovered they run multiple companies (Galleria Credit Repair, Clean Credit Corp, Florida Credit Repair, and Buckhead Credit Repair) with identical websites, operating from virtual offices in Atlanta and Florida. They manipulated my credit report, opening credit cards in my name and adding false addresses. AJ, Sergio, and Justin are elusive, even removing their email from the website. They've defrauded me and my friends of $[redacted] in total. These individuals need to be held accountable for their deceitful practices. The authorities have been notified. Be cautious of their fake reviews and misleading information. Their contact numbers and websites are the same across their entities. Stay vigilant against these scam artists.

My review was removed because it didn't share my personal experiences as a customer, which I believe is important feedback. By removing it, it seems like you prioritize certain types of reviews over others. It's disappointing to feel like authentic feedback isn't valued on this platform.

I had a concerning experience with the Tischhauser Law Firm and attorney Mark Tischhauser. After leaving a negative review, I was shocked by the attorney's response that included personal details about me and urged readers to look up my background. I believe this violates my privacy and could harm my current job and future prospects. I have contacted the ADA regarding his hate speech. It's important to address this issue promptly to protect my rights.
