I believe you might be disregarding this message. It is truly concerning that there is a fee for accessing email services. I am disappointed that I ever registered with your servers; it makes me regret my decision due to the poor service quality. Despite contacting your support team six times, they persist in blaming my provider, even though I can receive messages from others. This situation convinces me that your focus is solely on profit without offering a reliable service. Instead of providing a paid service to access emails, why not consider migrating accounts to a platform like Gmail? Your company's subpar customer service is a likely reason for your declining popularity compared to Google. Most individuals only use your email service because they already have accounts. Charging for phone support without resolving simple issues like text message delivery, while representatives claim it is not cellular network-related, raises serious concerns. It is puzzling how you can charge for outdated services in this day and age. Your decision to charge for customer service highlights the poor quality of your services.

I need assistance with resetting my password. When attempting to recover my account online, I received the message stating no other options are on file for my account. I have been facing difficulties accessing my account with the username [redacted] since May 15, [redacted]. Upon contacting customer service on April 15, [redacted], I discovered unauthorized charges of forty-eight dollars per month for ten months made by a third-party handling some of the requests, labeling me as a "MEMBER." I never authorized these charges. Today, I contacted support to change my password after realizing the security risk of letting Yahoo store it. Although I successfully logged in five times after May 15, [redacted], at times, I encounter invalid password errors. Despite speaking with Sharia, who declined to provide her full details, I was unable to update my password. Eventually, I gained access to my email at 12:43 P.M. The intermittent access issues suggest unauthorized changes to my password at Yahoo. I anticipate the refund of $[redacted].00 for the unauthorized charges. If I face further charges, I may need to escalate this matter.

My email address is bha****[redacted] Initially, I experienced issues with sending and receiving emails, but now everything is resolved, and I am enjoying using the account. I recently experienced a security breach that affected my social media accounts. After retrieving them through my email, I woke up to find them hacked again. I changed my primary email to a secondary Google account and removed the Yahoo one. When I tried to update the security information on my Yahoo account, my password was changed, and my secondary email and phone number were removed. Fortunately, I had added a third email from Microsoft, which remained. Despite receiving a code from Microsoft to reset the password, I encountered an issue where the system did not allow me to proceed after entering the code. Even though I input the code from the recovery email, I am unable to regain access to my account. How can I resolve this situation?

My Yahoo mail account, Joyfisher38, was hacked twice on 8/10/[redacted]. Initially, I regained access by receiving a code on my cell phone from Yahoo. I changed my password to HawaiianCat2. Shortly after, I received a suspicious call on my phone with clicking sounds, so I disconnected. When I tried to re-enter my email, I found out I was locked out. The hacker had removed my cell phone number and added an unfamiliar email to receive codes. My account sent messages to my friends requesting Amazon gift cards for a fake emergency. A friend mentioned the bogus email address [redacted] was also included in the emails. The strange call came from 1-[redacted], which I chose not to return as I suspected it was related to the hackers.

I am experiencing difficulty commenting on Yahoo articles. I receive a message stating my comment violates community guidelines, although it complies with the rules. This issue began around 5 weeks ago when I praised the movie Top Gun 2. Every comment I make is rejected. I have sought tech support, but only receive automated responses prompting me to review the guidelines. There seems to be no available assistance from Yahoo unless I subscribe to a paid monthly service, which I am not interested in. Yahoo advertises as a free service, so I am frustrated that I cannot reach a human from tech support for help.

Hello, I have a prodigy.net email address which has been passed around various email providers and now is under Yahoo. When trying to access my Yahoo mail on my phone, I encountered the Care Code [redacted].2 [LU003] due to multiple login attempts. I typically access my email every two weeks on my laptop and occasionally use my phone for emails. I updated my password recently after receiving this message. My main concern is being forced to log in through AT&T when I no longer have a relationship with them. I would prefer a straightforward Yahoo login to simplify things. I value my prodigy.net files and history and hope to resolve this issue without losing them. I have sought help on the AT&T forum but have not received any useful responses. Yahoo seems to only offer direct help through a paid subscription. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this. Thank you.

About 2 years ago, I received a notice from Yahoo Mail to update my password. When I attempted to do so, I was informed that my password was no longer valid. Despite receiving a temporary password, I was unable to change it. This issue persisted, even rendering the temporary password useless. When trying the "forgot password" option, I was redirected to input my username and last name, followed by being prompted to answer security questions I never set up. This has left me unable to proceed.

I can't access my email address, [redacted], which is linked to Yahoo through ATT.net. I'm unsure if I even have a Yahoo account. After speaking with ATT's customer service for a total of three hours, I have not been able to resolve this issue.

Hello, I am reaching out again as I recall sending an email yesterday. I am troubled by the fact that my phone and accounts are not functioning correctly. It seems like someone else may have access to them besides me. I have noticed unusual web searches and activity showing I am awake when I have not been. I am unable to access most of my emails, my ID is missing, and my Etisalat, which I previously canceled, is active once more. I am wondering how to address this issue. Should I show all my devices to someone? I have lost access to my Yahoo and Gmail accounts, yet it appears that someone is still using them. Despite my attempts to change settings, they keep reverting. Any guidance on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. My emails which I cannot access are [redacted] and [redacted] Additionally, I have lost access to all contact numbers, which is why I contacted Etisalat. Although I reported the issue, my number is still active. I have also reached out to them via email. Is there a possibility of recovering my emails? I no longer have access and suspect someone else might be using them. I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed. Thank you. Best Regards, Jennifer Lorenzano

I am experiencing frequent password changes on my Yahoo mail account without any failed login attempts, impacting all my devices. This inconvenience started around the time Yahoo introduced paid email support, leading me to believe it's a strategy to push out free users. Despite having a system to manage these changes, the frequent resets have become unreasonable. I'm contemplating subscribing for a month to organize my data accumulated over twenty years before migrating to a free service without daily password changes. I'm seeking advice on a smooth transition to a more user-friendly email provider.

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo Mail when trying to log in via Yahoo's website on my Gateway laptop. The message I receive states: "Your connection isn't private." It indicates a security issue with the website. Since Yahoo is the only site presenting this problem, I would appreciate any advice to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you. - C.R.

I recently used a work computer to apply for an FBI clearance. When I tried logging in from home, my password showed as invalid. I've been using the same password for years. I received an email from the FBI for the clearance, and now I can't access it. Why is my password being changed? I'm hesitant to create a new one as it may disrupt my clearance process. I require the clearance urgently. I've provided my email address below. How can I access my FBI email if I can't get into mine? Please assist me. I prefer not to create a new password.

I need advice on 'g. com.' I'm struggling with Yahoo Mail's formatting issues, like sudden changes in capitalization. I'm currently using my TV to access email, but the display is challenging, with no option to adjust font size. Could someone guide me on how to manage emails effectively in my inbox? Also, I'm curious if there is a comprehensive Yahoo User guide available, as I have experience in creating user guides. I believe having official guidance or hints directly on the screen would greatly assist users like me.

Hello, I am having trouble retrieving my password using app passwords. I understand that Yahoo can generate a single-use app password for certain services that require access to my account. However, I keep receiving an error message stating that this feature is not currently available. Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you.

I recently received an email from Yahoo regarding an important update about account confirmation. The email states that Yahoo users who have not confirmed their email accounts by 10-20-[redacted] will not be able to log in. They are requesting users to log in to validate their accounts using a provided link. The email advises users not to reply directly to the message as responses will not be answered. It also includes links to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Customer Support. I'm wondering if this change is indeed true and if emails will be closed for users who do not confirm their accounts.

Dear Forum Members, I am Nimona Berhanu, a lecturer at Jimma University in Ethiopia. I have relied on Yahoo Mail for over a decade. Unfortunately, I've been unable to access my account ([redacted]) since last week. Each login attempt results in an "email not recognized" message. When I tried to send an email from another account, I received a notification that my mailbox is disabled ([redacted].30...). Furthermore, I recently received alarming messages indicating that my account was hacked. I have been overwhelmed with emails from various addresses and have been diligently deleting messages from drafts and spam. I am concerned about the critical documents stored in my account, including scholarship applications. Your assistance in restoring access to my long-standing account would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Nimona Berhanu
