Hello, I am experiencing an issue where emails sent from my main email address, [redacted], to Yahoo email addresses are consistently landing in the recipients' spam folders or being automatically deleted. This problem also occurs when I send emails from my Yahoo account to other Yahoo addresses. Emails sent from my Gmail account, which I designate for specific purposes, have no trouble reaching Yahoo recipients. I believe the problem lies with Yahoo potentially disfavoring emails from Phonecoop or the .coop domain. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Every time I visit Yahoo, I feel frustrated by the content. The articles are mostly about celebrities' personal lives and trivial matters. I believe the website lacks substantial news and relevant information. The excessive focus on gossip is overwhelming. I hope Yahoo can refocus on delivering meaningful news rather than irrelevant updates on celebrities. The current state of the website disappoints me, and I wish for a cleaner and more enjoyable experience when browsing.

I have ATT internet service and use it with a wireless phone on my laptop and tablet. Around 3 days ago, I started receiving frequent Yahoo requests to reset my password, even though I hadn't changed it in months. When I attempt to reset the password and access my email, I encounter an icon requesting information, and when I enter it, I am told I am using my ATT DirecTV password. This is confusing. Do I actually need Yahoo for email or any other purposes? If not, I would appreciate it if this issue, which appears to be caused by ATT, could be resolved to avoid further frustration and wasted time. This experience reflects poorly on the management and is a sentiment echoed by other ATT users I know.

I need help with my Yahoo account. I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo email because it keeps rejecting my password. I am unable to reset my password through my Yahoo account linked to [redacted] After reaching out to my phone carrier, AT&T, I was informed that they are unable to assist me with a verbal password change and suggested contacting Yahoo. I urgently need to print out some attachments but I am currently unable to do so. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

I had an email address, "[redacted]," for 10 years. On March 3rd, [redacted], while on a business trip in Saudi Arabia, I faced issues logging in because my desktop at home in Texas was still logged in. Upon returning, I found out Yahoo Email had merged with AT&T, and despite my efforts, I couldn't recover my account and lost valuable documents and my personalized email address. I exhausted all attempts with email support but to no avail. This email address holds significant importance for me, and I'm eager to regain access to it. I haven't heard that it's been reassigned, as it appears to be unavailable. I'm willing to provide all necessary security information to prove ownership and possibly recall my password. Any guidance on how I can retrieve my personalized email address would be greatly appreciated.

On March 7, I received an email that appeared to be from Yahoo, requesting me to keep my password by clicking a link. Despite following the instructions, I kept receiving similar emails, leading me to believe they were spam. On March 10, I changed my password on both my desktop and iPhone. Now, all these emails are going directly to Trash. Whenever I try to move them back to the inbox, I lose their content. I am unable to reply to or forward these emails from the Trash folder.

I encountered an issue with JustAnswer not accepting American Express. On March *, I received an email that seemed like a Yahoo Mail notification requesting action due to my account password expiring. Despite following the instructions to keep the password, I kept receiving similar emails that I deemed spam. On the **th, I took the precaution of changing my password on both my desktop and iPhone. I've observed that all these emails are automatically directed to the Trash folder. Whenever I try to move them to the inbox, their content disappears. Consequently, I'm unable to reply to or forward any emails in the Trash folder. I would appreciate a step-by-step guide on how to resolve this issue.

I'm having difficulty changing my Yahoo mail password for the account linked to sky. A few years back, I set up the email address with Sky and didn't realize I needed to update it when I switched providers. Up until this year, there were no issues, but now I sometimes encounter problems. Occasionally, the account works fine, but other times I face significant issues. When prompted for a password change, I receive an error message. Furthermore, the mailbox keeps switching between my Gmail address and the sky.com address. Several websites don't recognize my email, causing problems such as my works pension being unable to contact me via the sky address and having to send login details via mail. I'm struggling to link with Google as well. The main issue is that many websites accept my sky.com address, but some do not. For instance, when I input my contact email as sky.com, it shows up in red as an invalid email address.

I have been utilizing my AT&T Yahoo email for over 20 years. However, in the recent months, Yahoo seems to have misplaced my email address as I cannot access it when trying to CC myself on an email. I am currently locked out of my Yahoo account which was connected to AT&T. I have contacted AT&T multiple times over several months, but they keep directing me to different phone numbers without resolving my issue. Today, I was informed that AT&T cannot assist me as I am no longer their customer. When I try to access my Yahoo account, it redirects me to the AT&T sign-in page. Due to multiple failed password attempts, I have been prompted to answer security questions, but even when I provide what I believe is the correct answer, I am still denied access. Having browsed through some information, I suspect I may have made an error during the Yahoo and AT&T split. I have a Yahoo account connected with AT&T that has been inaccessible for nearly two months. AT&T advised me to contact Yahoo as I am no longer their customer. I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my Yahoo account due to the recent change to a two-step verification system. Previously, it was a one-step process with a code sent to my phone number, [redacted], for verification. Now, I receive an 8-character code via email, but I can't access my account to enter it for the new two-step verification. It seems counterintuitive to send the code to an inaccessible account. Yahoo Plus has been billing my credit card $5.00 without my consent. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the unauthorized charges, they persist on my new credit cards. Contacting Yahoo has proven difficult as they redirect customers to a webpage with no clear way to reach them. After speaking with a representative, they acknowledged my account was not subscribed to Yahoo Plus and noted another unrelated individual associated with the charges. They mentioned escalating the issue internally but the problem remains unresolved. Since August [redacted], this fraudulent charge keeps transferring to each new credit card issued, frustrating both the bank and vendor's efforts to block it. As of April [redacted], Yahoo has not rectified this ongoing issue.

Recently, I've been experiencing unsettling occurrences on my phone. It seems like there's something or someone making unauthorized "agreements" with me. If I don't comply with granting permissions to certain apps or if I don't stay quiet about an issue, it manipulates functions like completing texts, retrieving contacts, or displaying taken PDFs. Otherwise, my phone may not unlock, files may disappear, or false reports against me may arise. Due to this, I've even lost access to my bank account and can't reach any support. My previous phones have been tampered with or rendered unusable, so I urgently need to remove this threat from my device permanently. I'm reaching out for assistance as I believe many others may be facing similar challenges. Hopefully, someone capable can address this and eliminate any potential hacking risks.

I am experiencing issues with accessing my junk mail on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Whenever I try to open it, I receive an error message stating "Cannot get mail, the connection to the server failed." I have been using my personal ([redacted]) and business ([redacted]) email accounts for years along with web hosting. Lately, managing them has become difficult. I want both accounts to be accessible and displayed simultaneously, which has not been possible. Transitioning between the two accounts results in various issues, like being unable to return to the original account and encountering login errors. Additionally, I face challenges with Outlook desktop from Office [redacted], as I can't download my messages since switching from a previous version. Despite spending considerable time trying to resolve these issues, I need help to integrate both YH accounts, the GM account, and resolve Outlook connectivity problems. Hello, I have been a long-time AOL user with my portfolios until they were transitioned to Yahoo. Initially, the transfer went smoothly, but I am now experiencing issues on my tablet. My views have been limited to only four options: Basic, Details, My Holdings, and Analytics, compared to the broader selection on my desktop. I subscribed to Yahoo Plus for only 1 month. I made it clear to the representative that I did not want to continue into the second month. Despite this, I see an additional charge on my phone. I used the service once to recover an account, and now I'm being charged $14 which I find unreasonable. I still need help to recover another account that was hacked. I was told to wait for the system to cool down after the first recovery, which I find frustrating. I want my main account, [redacted], back as it holds sentimental value to me.
