I am experiencing numerous issues with my son's Xbox One digital series. Initially, we lost the 3 free months Live Memberships due to technical difficulties setting up his Xbox. My email is [redacted], and my Microsoft account email is [redacted] As a frustrated parent, I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service from Xbox. There have been ongoing unacceptable charges on my Visa card ending in [redacted] for games, Live Memberships, and more, even after removing my card from his account. We are being billed twice for Xbox Live, games, apps, and skins without my consent. Justin should receive rewards for all my past purchases amounting to hundreds of dollars. I am determined to address these issues. Thank you, Ann Andrews.

I tried to purchase a $1 item, but unexpectedly, more than $30 was charged to my card by Xbox. Being 50 years old, I don't play video games. Recently, an additional unauthorized charge of $16.07 was also debited. I want to cancel this subscription as I never signed up for it. I've been trying to resolve this since the $30 charge. With a fixed income, it's distressing that nearly $50 has been taken without my consent. I've had no success getting a refund. The lack of customer support is frustrating; not being able to reach anyone delays the resolution. I need my money refunded promptly, as I did not opt for this service.

Upon starting my XOne console, I am prompted to update the system. However, I am encountering issues with the update process. After selecting "Start Updates," it only reaches 3% completion before displaying an error message instructing me to restart the console. Similarly, opting to "Skip to Home" brings me back to the home page where I find connectivity problems despite having my network set up correctly. I have even purchased an XBox game pass and redeemed it online but I am still unable to access XBox online for updates. I would greatly appreciate assistance in troubleshooting these issues to ensure I can fully enjoy my gaming experience. Thank you.

I have been attempting to reach out to Microsoft and Xbox through various means to reactivate my old Xbox Live Account. I am concerned about losing achievements if I have to create a new account. The email associated with the account is [redacted] I've completed the Recovery Form to the best of my ability but can't recall the specific contacts through email. Despite my efforts, I have not been successful in recovering the account. I am seeking assistance in retrieving the Xbox Live Account to retain my achievements. Is there a way I could receive communication via email or phone to address this issue? I am hopeful that I can restore the old account rather than starting anew. Thank you in advance for any support regarding this matter.

My account was hacked two months ago. A player in Rainbow Six Siege tried to buy my account, and after I declined, they threatened to steal it. Recently, I found out that my email was changed to "[redacted]" The same player who wanted to buy my account bragged to my friend about taking it over and threatened us not to try getting it back. I'm worried because my card details are linked to the account. I tried using the recovery form but couldn't retrieve the account as the hacker changed all the information. I have my old phone numbers, emails, and passwords, and the original phone number used to create the account. I need urgent assistance with this issue.

My husband changed my phone number, making it hard to recover my account. I've filled out the recovery form but can't access it still. Telsta tried to help but couldn't solve it. I can view my email but can't sign in online. It says my password is wrong when it's not. I can provide an old bill with my previous number and one showing when we got the Xbox. I also have screens of account activity and can show reimbursements for unauthorized charges. I've updated my bank card, so can't share the old number. My son's 10-year-old Xbox account has valuable Games and AnimeLab attached. Urgently need assistance. My email is [redacted] Can share email screenshots too. This situation is frustrating. Thank you for your help.

I recently changed my Gamertag when I moved my Minecraft account from Mojang to Microsoft, but I made a mistake and didn't realize that the #(numbers) would be visible in the name. I thought they would only show on my profile, similar to Discord. Now, I'm stuck with these numbers and I'm hoping to receive some support to correct this. This change is very recent, it occurred about 10 minutes ago, and I'd like to avoid spending $10 to change my username if possible. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I appreciate any assistance you can provide. (I just realized that this is not associated with Xbox, but I'll leave this here for now.)

I am trying to log in to XBox Live on a borrowed [redacted] with my old hard drive. I have my password but my email and recovery email were deleted due to inactivity. I just want to access my save game data and play games from my library. Despite providing some information to confirm my identity, the automated method has declined my request twice. I would prefer to speak with a live representative to explain my situation and provide the necessary data for identity verification. I am unsure of the specific information Microsoft may have on file or require. Another attempt through the online system does not seem likely to resolve the issue.

I made a digital purchase on my PC, expecting to download the content for PC, but it downloaded to my Xbox instead. The purchase was for Destiny 2 Beyond Light Deluxe Edition, which I already own in its entirety. My refund request was denied, stating I've reached the maximum number of refunds allowed. This policy was unknown to me, and I believe there shouldn't be a limit, especially for accidental purchases. My order number is [redacted], and my service request number is [redacted]. My phone number is [redacted]. I am requesting a phone callback and a full refund. If this is not resolved, I will have to escalate the issue to my bank due to the financial loss caused by Xbox denying my refund request for an accidental purchase without prior notification of such refund limitations. Thank you.

I need assistance with changing my Xbox gamertag. After updating it, I suspect the new name may not be compatible with Xbox [redacted]. This has caused issues with my son's console, as I had purchased a subscription that I am unable to link to his Xbox. I've been attempting to reach out to Xbox customer service for about an hour now, but haven't made any progress. My son is frustrated, and I feel lost and irritated as well. I hope to speak with a representative to resolve this promptly. Thank you for your help.

I am experiencing error code 0x87DD0006 on my system. I do not own an XBOX and am unable to play MSFS2020. Whenever I launch the MSFS App, it gets stuck in a ‘Press any Key to Start’ loop even after removing entries from my ‘Community’ folder (no add-ons installed). Additionally, if I try to sign into XBOX, I encounter the aforementioned error. I have attempted to update, reboot, retry, and sign in again with the same account, but the error persists. I would appreciate it if all XBOX functionality could be removed until it becomes stable. This way, I can focus on playing MSFS2020 without having to constantly rebuild my PC, repair Windows, and reinstall >127Gb of data daily. I believe this is a reasonable request and look forward to your guidance on how to achieve it.

I have been banned for almost a year now, it is permanent. I can't get a case review yet, but I noticed something about my past bans. I got banned for communication twice. In [redacted], the reason was for saying something, and in [redacted], it was for saying "Okie." I am confused and want to find a way to remove those bans. I believe that if you get three bans, it becomes permanent, but I'm not certain. I searched for an Xbox support email instead of using the website, but couldn't find one. Your site mentioned that Xbox does not have an email for this issue. I'm unsure if you can help, but I thought I'd ask here.

Xbox One Console / Account
Hello. I am struggling with memory issues, making it hard for me to remember passwords. Despite efforts to save them, I often forget or fail to store them properly. Recently, during a tough time, I faced password-related challenges and found myself creating new ones that I could not recall. Seeking help from Xbox chat support did not resolve the issue, leading to frustration. Consequently, I hastily created a new email and turned my previous main account into a secondary one, using a different email address. I am now locked out of all my accounts - Xbox, emails, and more. I seek assistance as I genuinely struggle with password management and am not involved in fraudulent activities. I kindly ask for help as a long-time Microsoft supporter from childhood.

My original Xbox One Halo 5 edition is experiencing issues. While it starts up intermittently, it frequently freezes. I attempted the major reset by holding the sync and eject buttons simultaneously while pressing the power button. However, even this reset process now results in freezing. I have not deleted all my games yet, opting for the keep games option. Considering deleting them all feels like a last resort as it will require reinstallation. I am contemplating sending my console to Xbox support. My console is also connected to an external hard drive. I seek assistance from Xbox customer support during this challenging situation.

I recently purchased a 12-month Xbox Live subscription in Romania, but the redeem code I received is intended for the USA or UK. Unfortunately, my local store informed me that they cannot provide a refund for the code. Since Romania does not have Xbox Live support, I attempted to use a VPN server to activate the code. However, changing the location of my Microsoft account to the USA did not resolve the issue. Despite following instructions to migrate the Xbox account, I am still encountering difficulties.

Hello, I purchased Xbox Game Pass Ultimate about a month ago for $1.99 while I was intoxicated, even though I already have access through game sharing. Today, I received money for food, but when I went to buy groceries, I noticed I was charged $11.99 for the subscription, which has caused a financial issue for me. I tried to seek a refund on their website, but it was confusing and led me in circles without any information on how to cancel a subscription. The contact page also doesn't load, making it impossible to reach out to them directly. I'm feeling frustrated and desperate for help.

I have reported my poor phone reception to Xbox and would prefer to chat online. I plan to contact my solicitor, the ombudsman, Microsoft, and trading standards once my phone connection is stable. I have been trying to resolve this issue for three years and feel frustrated. Additionally, I am questioning why Microsoft/Xbox does not allow customers to sell back digital games after use, unlike physical copies. It seems unfair that they aim to maximize profit without offering a tangible return to customers. This practice raises concerns about consumer rights that I will address with the relevant authorities. I believe many others will also be eager to hear Xbox's response to these issues.

I attempted to buy an upgrade for my Xbox One, but I received an error message saying "Oops, something went wrong, please try again." I tried six more times, receiving the same message. Upon checking, all six transactions went through, and I've been charged multiple times. I tried to request a refund on the Microsoft Xbox website, but it said I've reached my refund limit for the year, even though I haven't requested one yet this year!

I am experiencing trouble signing in to my Xbox account for the past couple of weeks. Previously able to play, now I receive a message indicating an issue with my account and directing me to resolve it on the website. Despite following the provided instructions to change my password, I continue to encounter an error message stating there have been too many sign-in attempts on Microsoft servers. I have diligently followed the steps suggested but remain unable to access any Microsoft services. Frustrated by the lack of effective assistance and recurrent problems, I am reaching out for direct support to address this recurring issue. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

I had enforcement action taken against me which still seems to be in place, restricting my access to Xbox forums via Xbox Support for the past three years. Despite raising the issue multiple times, I have received little to no assistance, often facing silence or encountering a white screen. Recently, after reporting someone for racism on World of Warships, I found that two of my messages were removed, and I received two sanctions. It is unclear why this happened – whether it was a misunderstanding by the enforcement team or if they were biased towards the person I reported. The messages from the enforcement team implied that I was the one being racist. Before escalating this matter, I would appreciate it if you could investigate this situation. Thank you.
