I pre-ordered the game "Black Ops 4" for Xbox about two to three months ago. I played the beta after ordering it, expecting the full game release. When I tried to open the game, it prompted me to purchase it, stating I needed to refund or cancel the order. I noticed in my account's payment history that the order was canceled. I used a prepaid Visa card for the purchase, but I lost the card and cannot check the balance to see if I was refunded.

I am requesting a refund for unauthorized charges on my checking account made on 10-10-18 and 10-09-18 for an X-Box, which I do not use or own. I want all charges to cease immediately and my information permanently removed from your records. Please email me confirmation of the deleted information for Dorothy Mickel promptly. Additionally, please permanently delete any information for my deceased husband, Robert Mickel, who passed away 2 years ago. The charges were debited from my checking account, and I am seeking a refund for $46.96 and the recurring $9.99 charge from October 3rd as well. There is no X-Box in my possession. I suspect the charges may be associated with Hutson McCall in North Carolina near Cary, but I reside in Louisiana.

My Xbox profile and gamertag, Hotline [redacted], were hacked this morning, and I'm uncertain about what steps to take. The individual who hacked me, with the email [redacted], switched my email from [redacted] to their own. Unfortunately, my email account has been deleted, and it seems unrecoverable. They also removed my phone number and password. They made an unauthorized $90 charge on one of my credit cards, but it has been suspended. I hope you can assist me in retrieving my account and updating it with new details to prevent future hacks. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hello, approximately four hours ago, I encountered an issue while attempting to sign in to my Xbox account. Despite trying the initial step of restarting and signing back in, the problem persisted. Following advice from a YouTube video, I proceeded to restart my Xbox entirely, necessitating the creation of a new password for my account. Upon discovering that my account was suspended and subsequently unsuspended, I attempted to sign in using my email and new password only to discover that I was logged into a different account. My goal is to regain access to my original Xbox account under the username "RealGoodGrace18."

It seems like there was an update either on October 12th or the day before, October 11th. Since the update, my Xbox has not been functioning correctly. The console is unresponsive to controller commands and struggles to play videos smoothly, if it plays them at all. It randomly shuts off without any warning, even while I was writing this message. Please stop updating my Xbox without my permission. I want it to function as it did before. Stop altering my console's settings without my consent. I did not purchase an Xbox for it to be changed every time there is a forced update. Kindly refrain from making any more unsolicited adjustments.

While playing Fortnite, I encountered a player who sent me a barrage of toxic Xbox messages after I eliminated them. Frustrated, I responded to them, pointing out their behavior. Later, upon returning from the movies, I discovered that the player reported my message, resulting in a communication ban. This incident saddened me as I had plans to play with a friend upon my return. In the past, I had received communication bans due to my own toxic behavior as a child, but this recent ban left me disheartened as I believed I had made progress in maintaining positive interactions online. That is my situation.

My son's Xbox [redacted] had to be replaced after it was broken. Now that it's fixed, he can't use it in his room because he can't access his Gmail email for login without the password paperwork. He's feeling frustrated. Despite limited usage, he's upset as he provided the system ID and contact information for his gamer tag. He's eager to upload his gold membership and play. While he values privacy, he feels contacting GameStop or checking his memory card might help. He's considering getting the newest system but is unsure.

I have noticed unauthorized transactions on my account for Xbox Live. This is the second card this has happened to, and I demand a full refund for all the money taken from both cards. I am upset that this occurred, especially since I dismissed my son's claims previously. Money was withdrawn from my new card today, which neither my son nor I have ever used for Xbox purchases. I purchased the Red Dead Redemption Undead Collection either last summer or the summer before. I wanted to play Undead Nightmare last night, but it keeps redirecting me to a downloads page. I don't want to pay $10 again for a game I already own, especially since I don't play very often. This situation is quite frustrating given my limited gaming time. After purchasing Forza Horizon 4 upon release, the game initially performed well, albeit with memory leaks when alt+tabbing. However, about a week later, the memory leaks began to occur regardless of alt+tab usage. Now, I experience microstutters after 15-20 minutes of gameplay, escalating to longer stutters every few seconds. The game also fails to load after restarting, often freezing and crashing during loading. These issues have prompted me to seek a refund for my purchase. It's worth noting that my hardware, an FX-[redacted] with an RX [redacted] and 8GB RAM, is not causing these problems.

My Xbox account, "Hotline [redacted]", was recently hacked, and my mom and I are unsure what to do. The hacker, whose email is [redacted], accessed my account, deleted my original Microsoft account, and updated the account information with their own. The email associated with my account was originally [redacted], which they replaced. The hacker also changed the password and phone number on the account. We discovered the hack on Friday morning when all our information had been altered. Before deleting our details, it seems that the hacker used my mother's credit card to make a $90 purchase of NHL coins. While we got the money refunded, we are greatly disturbed by this breach. I am having trouble remembering the email associated with my account. The Gamertag I know is Manic Episodes. I initially paid to switch my main account and then created a new one, which I am now trying to recover. I changed that account's Gamertag to Manic Episodes to secure it for future use. I am willing to spend $20 for two Gamertag changes to recover this account and switch it, allowing me to use the original Gamertag on my main account. I have an Xbox [redacted] account that I've invested a lot of money into and I'm considering upgrading to the Xbox One X. My child used my credit card to purchase access to Fortnite online on our Xbox. Initially, I agreed to a one-time $10 game purchase. However, he created an account with your company, and without my knowledge, he and his friends have been making recurring purchases while playing the game. They buy items like armor, unaware that it charges my card every time. Consequently, my card is being automatically billed multiple times monthly without my consent. The players are all under 13 and are not familiar with how these transactions affect my card. I recently bought the Life is Strange 2 Complete Season bundle on the Microsoft Store for my Xbox One. However, after having to reinstall my games due to an internet issue, I found that I only had access to the first episode instead of the full bundle I purchased. I want to play all the episodes as they come out since I already paid for them. I used a $25 Xbox gift card and my credit card for the purchase. I am currently unable to access my account due to an issue with the confirmation process. Despite entering my correct password, I am unable to bypass the confirmation step, which is preventing me from enjoying the service I pay for. Due to the demands of my job, I only get to use the service once a week, and now that I have the time, I am unable to log in. I am frustrated with the constant requests for unnecessary information and offers that I do not want. This has caused me significant inconvenience. Additionally, there seems to be an issue with the phone number on my account, as it is incorrect. I am unable to receive the confirmation code because of this.
