This morning, my son attempted to purchase 3 $9.99 Vbucks packages. After successfully buying two, he encountered an error when trying to buy the third, with a vague message stating it shouldn't have happened. Despite multiple attempts, he received error codes each time. Following this, an excess of Vbucks appeared in his account, and my husband received 7 emails for purchases, 4 of which were unintentional. We need assistance in refunding the accidental purchases. I've reached out to Epic Games, who directed me to contact your team. I've also visited your website and engaged in a chat, where I was advised to speak with a representative.

This situation is becoming frustrating. I am unable to play the game on the machine I purchased. This is the third time I have encountered login issues. I bought it for a specific game, but I am unable to access it. Please contact me via phone. The email associated with the account is no longer active, as it was on Hotmail. When I switched from Hotmail, I abandoned the address and haven't used the Xbox since. Now, I want to play, but I am stuck. It seems to happen every time I turn it on. Can this security measure be overridden? I believe it doesn't require such strict security. Please assist me. My phone number is 1-[redacted]. Please avoid emailing as the account is no longer accessible, causing this issue. Failure to address this promptly will result in me avoiding your products indefinitely.

My email is no longer available. I haven't used my Xbox [redacted] in years, and when I try to play, it updates and kicks me out. I want to remove the email linked to my account since I can't log in or contact support. The email I used was on Hotmail. I can't reset the password or update the email on the account. I have a 3 gig hard drive and just want to play games without dealing with all the extras. I'm frustrated that every time I want to play, it's a hassle. Not being able to log into Xbox Live means I can't save games. The situation is becoming more frustrating by the minute. I need help to resolve this issue promptly. I've already sent multiple messages tonight. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to assist. Thank you.

My friend wanted to help me by purchasing the 2.8k V-bucks bundle on Fortnite using my account, as he has done it before and I trust him. He plays on Xbox while I play on PC. He bought the V-bucks on the Xbox store instead of the Fortnite store for both of us, but neither of us received the V-bucks despite the payment going through. I would appreciate any assistance with this situation, such as a refund or alternative solution. My friend's Xbox username is Force Noizeyyy, and his Epic Games username is also Force Noizeyyy ツ. My Epic Games username is Pajamas King. Just to clarify, I do not own an Xbox, and my friend is making the purchase on his Xbox for both of us.

I am frustrated that you keep charging my account each month for a game pass subscription that I've been trying to cancel for months now. When I call for help, the automated system directs me to a website that doesn't resolve my issue. It seems like many others are facing similar problems, and it feels like no one cares. I want reimbursement for the four unauthorized charges this month and require the cancellation of this game pass subscription immediately. Please contact me at [redacted].

I recently purchased a three-month Xbox access card for my son after I noticed unauthorized charges on my PayPal account. After speaking to a live agent at Xbox, who assured me that my PayPal information had been removed, I received another email from PayPal showing new charges for Xbox. Despite inputting the card into the system to pay for the charges, my son was still able to make unauthorized game purchases. I am frustrated that the promised removal of my PayPal information did not happen as stated. I am requesting the immediate removal of my PayPal from the system and a refund for all charges made since July [redacted]. This situation is distressing for parents like me, and the unauthorized access and double charges are unacceptable considering I have been using prepaid cards to prevent the use of my PayPal account by my son.

On August 21, [redacted], at 6:17 p.m. GMT, my husband's Xbox Live account was compromised by someone from Chantilly, Virginia, even though we reside in Albany, Oregon. Unauthorized charges of $[redacted] were made three times, totaling $[redacted] drawn from our bank account. We promptly contacted our bank to report the fraud, and they reimbursed us while investigations were ongoing with Microsoft and the bank. Despite providing evidence like emails detailing the "unusual sign-in activity" and sharing the IP address [redacted].[redacted].[redacted].69, pinpointing Chantilly, Virginia, Microsoft dismissed our claim. The emails also identified the perpetrator as Cameron Miers. Our bank informed us that Microsoft declined responsibility for the reimbursement. We are seeking legal recourse to recover the $[redacted] taken from our account. We possess documentation that can be shared to support our claim.

I recently purchased a brand new Xbox One S 1TB. I've been a dedicated Xbox user for a long time and this is the first issue I've encountered. While playing a game, it suddenly kicks me offline, even though my internet connection is wired and working perfectly with my other devices. Sometimes it disconnects my controller too, forcing me to hard reset the Xbox or remove and reinsert the controller batteries. It often prompts me to reconnect to Xbox Live, which requires another hard reset. I believe this might be related to the internet setup. Despite owning the Xbox for less than two months, these frequent disruptions are frustrating.

I recently purchased an Xbox One S 1TB console less than two months ago. While playing games, the Xbox kicks me off despite being connected to a wired internet connection. Interestingly, all my other devices like my iPad, phone, computer, and smart TV maintain internet connectivity without any issues. Occasionally, the Xbox disconnects my controller during gameplay, even though the Xbox light is on. I have to remove and reinsert the batteries to re-establish the connection. Moreover, it randomly logs me out of my Xbox Live account. I have attempted several solutions such as hard resetting the Xbox, changing the Ethernet cable, and trying a wireless connection to no avail. My router and modem are merely two feet away from the Xbox. This recurrent problem is affecting my gaming performance in competitions, causing unnecessary losses. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I no longer have the Xbox that was registered under my husband's name, Matthew H., in Terre Haute, IN. We sold it to a pawn shop in June, and I can provide paperwork as proof. However, we've noticed charges on our bank statement for Xbox Live since then, including a double charge in October. I've been attempting to contact someone for a refund since June. I suspect the console was not wiped clean and is still tied to our account. Should I contact Xbox directly or dispute the charges with my bank? I can provide paperwork if needed. Please contact my husband at [redacted] for further questions.

We have been without our Xbox since June when my son upgraded to a new gaming console. We sold the Xbox to a pawn shop, where they assured us they wiped it clean and removed all accounts. To our surprise, we were charged multiple times on our bank statement - twice in October and for July, August, and September. It seems someone may be using our account after our console was sold. We have proof of sale from the pawn shop that we can fax over from our office or provide their contact information for verification. The account is under my husband's name, Matthew H., with email [redacted] He has already cancelled further subscriptions online, but we need assistance resolving the charges for the months we didn't even have the console.

I was charged $59.99 on 10/1/18 by Xbox Live, which I believe is for the Gold account. The billing date has been changed from the 25th to the 16th, and now I am being charged $9.99 a month, which doesn't seem right. If the yearly charge is $59.99 and has already been deducted from my account (which is fine with me), I should not have to be on the $9.99 per month plan. Paying $9.99 a month would total almost $[redacted] a year. If I have already been charged $59.99, I should be covered for the year and removed from the monthly plan. I accepted that plan when the charge was $9.99 a month. My last charge was on 09/22/[redacted]. I would appreciate speaking to a representative to clarify this situation. Thank you.

I purchased a permanent skin in the game "Warface." After my initial transaction, the purchase option remained available, leading me to believe my payment hadn't gone through. I mistakenly proceeded with the payment, resulting in having a duplicate skin. The game does not permit the use of duplicate skins as they serve no purpose in gameplay. I am seeking reimbursement for the duplicate skin, preferably in-game currency. Though I enjoy the game, this accidental double purchase is disheartening. I have attempted to communicate this to my.com, but their response has left me feeling unsure. Researching similar customer situations, it seems my concern may be overlooked. I appreciate any assistance with this matter.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience regarding a purchase I made. I bought $25 worth of V-Bucks and then another $10 to get some items. However, the items were later removed from my account. After contacting Epic, they explained that Microsoft Xbox claimed I requested a refund, which I did not, and I never received my money back. Consequently, I lost $35 in total. I am very disappointed and would appreciate a prompt refund of this amount to my account. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly. Thank you.

Hello, I used to be a big fan of Xbox when I was a kid and I'm trying to recover my gamer tag and account from a while back. I know the email and my gamer tag, but I can't find my gamer tag online. I have spent a lot on games and add-ons and need help with this issue. My account email is [redacted] I haven't used this account since around [redacted]/[redacted], but I recently bought a new Xbox and want to start gaming casually again. The gamer tag associated with the account is sYnceDRaiiNinG, unless I changed it and forgot. Please get back to me soon. I've been trying to access it for days and spent the last 4 hours online searching for assistance.

Ubisoft has not provided sufficient assistance. About a decade ago, I encountered a similar issue with my Xbox [redacted], and your team was able to resolve it. Recently, after uninstalling and reinstalling Rainbow Six Siege due to crashes following the Grim Sky update, I found that most operators are now locked despite owning the season pass. Previously, I had all operators unlocked, and my customizations are still visible. This change is disappointing, as it seems like a waste of money. I believe Rainbow Six Siege could continue to be a great game for a long time, but the current situation is frustrating. I hope you can help me rectify this issue promptly to enjoy the game as before.

I recently updated my primary email on Microsoft from ([redacted]) to ([redacted]) due to discontinuing the use of the old email. Despite being subscribed to Xbox Live Gold, I am experiencing difficulties playing multiplayer games like Overwatch that require Xbox Live Gold access. Additionally, my online status remains stuck as "online status unknown". Furthermore, on the dashboard, I keep encountering the message "there’s a problem getting this content right now" in the section where deals and Games with Gold are advertised. This issue persists even though my internet connection is stable, as my brother can play without any problems on his account using the same Xbox console. He shares my Xbox Live subscription on our device.

My daughter needs a permission change to play Fortnite, and I want to link her to the Gold account I got for her. I tried to log in to XBOX.com, but my account got locked after too many attempts. I usually receive XBOX emails at my work email [redacted], which I find unwelcome. My XBOX account email is supposed to be [redacted] I tried to reset the password but didn't provide enough information to authorize the reset. I hope to resolve this without waiting another potentially 24 hours. I'm currently on lunch break at work.

I attempted to purchase the UFC [redacted] event on October 06, [redacted], via my Xbox [redacted]. I encountered an error message stating it could not connect. After trying for around 25 minutes without success, I gave up as I was missing the live event and could not find assistance via Xbox Live. Subsequently, I bought the pay-per-view from another source, but the stream never worked. Despite attempting to stream it multiple times in between fights, it never came through. This was the first time I experienced such issues on my Xbox. Although I have always received excellent service, I am requesting a refund as I paid for a product I never received. Thank you, Kristofor O.

I'm hoping Xbox can reach out to me for assistance. I've used GetHuman twice already with no response. I've been trying to request the credit card information for my preorders, specifically for RED DEAD2, as I need to ensure the right card is charged. Xbox charges the card 10 days before the release, and I need to have funds ready. I would appreciate it if Xbox could contact me on my provided cell to sort out this issue and address other questions I have. I adore Xbox games and can't wait to play, so please call me soon. Thank you for your help. - S.
