I have made a reservation for a flight on August 20th for 2 children and 1 adult. The booking states 2 children and 1 adult, but during online check-in, it shows 2 adults and 1 child, preventing me from entering my child's correct birthdate. When attempting to correct this to show 1 adult and 2 children, I encounter an error message about seating limitations despite already booking seats for all of us. Kindly adjust Denas Jankelaitis from adult to child in the online check-in system.

I had trouble booking a flight on Wizz Air from Rome to Tel Aviv for September 9. I realized that I couldn't bring a trolley suitcase unless I purchased one of their plans. After going through the process and paying with Paypal through Booking.com, the transaction was initially successful but later canceled without any explanation. I had to have a friend book the ticket for me at a higher price because the option I wanted was sold out. Despite spending three days trying to resolve this issue, I still haven't received a confirmation email or any clear guidance on how to check in with my passport details. I tried reaching out to customer service through the chat and phone with no luck. Now, I'm concerned about being able to check in when I arrive in Rome on the 9th. This whole experience has been frustrating, especially when I had initially considered booking with eDreams.

I am very disappointed with Wizz Air as they misplaced my 10kg bag at the airport, which not only cost me £64 to add to my flight but also contained many important items. When I reported the issue at the airport desk, the staff member provided me with a link to track the status of my bag after filling out a form. However, when trying to use the link, it showed an error. I have my flight information and the bag sticker with the barcode and numbers. If anyone can assist me in locating my bag, I would greatly appreciate it as it holds significant value to me.

Yesterday, I discussed the need to correct a passenger's name on our booking with a colleague. The current name is Mrs. Anne TaylorGriffiths, but it should be corrected to MISS ANNE TAYLOR. I was informed that this change would be made and confirmed via email but forgot to specify that I am Miss, not Mrs. Since we used a third party for booking, we don't have a confirmation code with you. Our flight is scheduled for Tuesday, August 29th, from Luton to Palma. I am worried about the accuracy of the email confirmation with the corrected details. Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out about my recent return flight experience from Vienna (VIE) to Gatwick Airport. The lack of communication from the company regarding the 16-hour delay was very disappointing. Initially cited as weather-related, it was later revealed to be due to staff shortages, a fact only disclosed after my inquiry. I suspect crucial details were withheld to avoid compensation responsibilities. I intend to pursue full compensation and accountability for the inadequate treatment. Speaking with Vienna airport customer service, I learned about my entitlement to compensation for the delay and poor communication. Besides the significant inconveniences caused, a promised 7 am coach for airport transport never arrived, compelling me to secure alternative transportation to avoid missing the flight. In addition to compensation, I am requesting reimbursement (37.00 Euros) for this expense, supported by a receipt. In conclusion, the airline's conduct and the resulting stress were deeply disappointing. I am seeking the appropriate email contact for Wizzair to request a partial refund. During our family's trip to Cyprus on August 10, [redacted], complications arose with our boarding passes booked through lastminute.com. Despite conflicting advice from Wizzair and the booking agents, I had to purchase additional boarding passes at Gatwick airport for £[redacted].50. Hello, I'm Daniel Hanna. I am a Lebanese passenger scheduled to fly with Wizz Air tomorrow from Amman to Milan Malpensa, Italy at 12:20 pm. My booking number is VCJSFY. During online check-in, the system requested my Lebanese passport, which I provided. However, it also asked for my expired Italian resident permit. I possess a ricevuta (proof of renewal) for the permit and have received a message from the "questura" to obtain the permesso upon my arrival in Italy. How can I proceed with check-in if an expired resident permit is required?

I encountered an issue with my scheduled flight from Berlin to Cluj Napoca on 08.09.[redacted] at 15:25. Despite arriving at the airport two hours before the departure time with my online check-in completed, I faced long security lines. Upon reaching the gate just 5 minutes before departure, I saw people waiting to board but was not allowed to enter. My flight from Nice to London Gatwick was canceled on Monday, August 28. I had to book a new flight for Thursday, which cost over £[redacted]. I have yet to receive refunds for either the original or rebooked flight. While I understand that Wizz is within their rights to do this, I am unable to get in touch with them. I want to contact the airline directly to address this matter.

Five of us encountered a significant issue with Wizz Air regarding our tickets to Europe. Unfortunately, we lost all our money due to a situation with a short layover and transit visa requirements. Wizz Air failed to provide clear information about needing a transit visa during booking. Despite our efforts to obtain the visa, the embassy declined due to the short layover time. It's advisable to avoid booking through Wizz Air to prevent similar problems.

I am writing regarding my recent flight from Larnaca to Rome Fiumicino with flight number W48268 and booking reference TCQ22V. Despite following the baggage guidelines with my bag measuring 40x30x20 and weighing 5 kilograms, I was charged 55 euros for it. The staff member insisted it had to fit sideways, even though it complied with the size requirements. When I asked for a measurement or weighing, I was told none were available, and under pressure, I paid the fee. I have been a frequent Wizz Air customer and have generally been satisfied with the service. However, this incident felt unjust and I would like a refund of the 55 euros charged. And another question: Since there will be a strike in Italy on September 29th regarding baggage unloading, can we change our booked 20 kg luggage to 2 priority bags of 10 kg each, without losing the money paid for the larger luggage, but only paying the difference between the price for 2 priority bags and the already paid price for 1 checked bag? Unfortunately, my brother has not received his visa yet and cannot accompany me on the flight scheduled for tomorrow, September 21st. I had a flight booking in July with booking code QIC2YW under the name TSOLKA PARASKEVI. However, it has been over a month and a half, and I have not received any email confirmation or seen any charges on my credit card. I assumed the initial booking was not successful. Subsequently, I made another booking with code VJZC4T, which ended up being more expensive. The flight is from Thessaloniki (SKG) to Larnaca on the 29th of September with a return on Wednesday, the 4th of October. I am requesting a full refund for the first reservation (QIC2YW). Please provide me with an update on this matter.
