I appreciate your assistance, however, my luggage arrived damaged with a crack at the bottom of the suitcase, which is beyond repair according to the customs service at Sheremetyevo Airport. I kindly request that you investigate this matter within your authority. My name is Elshamkh Mazk. My initial flight was on 22/03/[redacted] at 20:55, and the second flight was on 24/04/[redacted] with a confirmation code: OG2PMG. I have two main requests. Firstly, a full refund for the cost of 5 large cabin luggage items that were removed from my booking without my consent during my recheck-in on 22/March/[redacted]. Secondly, I am seeking a full refund of the $[redacted] I paid for recheck-in on the same date due to the service provider closing earlier than scheduled, causing me to miss the check-in time. I encountered issues upon arrival at the airport as no staff were present at the check-in counter for the different carrier I was traveling with. Despite my early arrival at 7:45, I had to wait until 20:03 to be redirected to the ticket window to pay for recheck-in. Additionally, one of my large cabin bags was unexpectedly removed from my booking, forcing me to incur extra costs. I hope to receive a refund for the luggage fees and the recheck-in amount, as well as compensation for the inconvenience caused to me, my wife, and our three children due to the additional expenses and delays. Unfortunately, my flight with Wizz Air was canceled due to the pandemic, as anticipated. I transferred the funds to my account, intending to rebook the trip once the situation improved. However, I fell ill and now have a medical condition affecting my ability to travel. Dear Wizzair Team, I purchased tickets for my parents to travel from Albania to Germany today, 9th April [redacted], with the confirmation code DIV66H. Unfortunately, my father was denied boarding and not permitted to travel despite having a negative PCR test taken within 24 hours of the flight. According to official travel regulations, Albania is not considered a high-risk location, and travelers can enter Germany with full vaccination or a negative PCR test. The denial of travel by Wizz Air due to the missing vaccination was incorrect according to the established rules. If this message is received before the 11th of April, I kindly request a complimentary one-way ticket for my father from Tirana to Karlsruhe on the 13th of April. My wife, son, and I booked tickets to Malaga from 30/05/[redacted] to 07/06/[redacted] for £[redacted]. We booked early for my wife's visa appointment at the Spanish consulate in London, scheduled for 06/04/[redacted]. Unfortunately, all appointments were canceled by the embassy, and the next available slot is not until 24th of June, which doesn't work for us. We need to cancel the whole trip. I have contacted Wizz Air to cancel our tickets and send me a refund and a cancellation email to claim the money back from the travel insurance company.

Hello, I'm reaching out because my sister, Jorgovic Aleksandra, purchased two round-trip tickets with Wizz from Germany to Serbia for her daughter and our late mother, Jorgovic Elizabeta. Unfortunately, our mother passed away before the return journey. Despite our efforts, we were unable to change the name or date on the ticket due to the lack of available customer service contact numbers. The numbers we found online turned out to be fake. The Wizz website and application do not provide an option for such changes either. The return date has now lapsed, and the tickets couldn't be used. This situation has caused a lot of stress. We are requesting a full refund for the two tickets. I experienced a delay in receiving my luggage from WizzAir after my flight from London to the US on May 1st. WizzAir stated my luggage was stuck in London, causing significant stress as important items, including my wedding dress, were inside. I filed a complaint the same day but have not received a response. This situation has not only led to emotional distress due to canceling my wedding but also financial burdens as I had confidential documents and valuable possessions in my luggage. My interactions with customer service representative Martina (ID: P0178) were extremely disappointing - she was unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional, repeatedly ending the call abruptly. This level of service is unacceptable, and I urgently require a resolution. Traveling with WizzAir has never resulted in such a negative experience for me.

I made a booking for a flight from Madrid to Budapest for three people on May 6, [redacted]. The flight confirmation code provided details about our baggage allowance. Although I received an email allowing me to check-in online a week before my flight, I opted to do it at the airport. To my surprise, I was not informed by Wizz Air that there would be an additional fee for checking in at the airport. This lack of transparency is unprofessional and should be addressed. At the airport, I was unexpectedly asked to pay [redacted] euros for what was labeled as a "WFS BAGGAGE CHARGE" on the receipt, despite already having paid for baggage. I, Kafui Tse, made a flight booking from Budapest to Birmingham with the booking info: FJU7WX. I paid via bank transfer on May 5, [redacted], at 20:50. We have attempted to inquire about our payment status by phone multiple times without success. Assuming the payment was not processed, we made another booking for May 31, following the 5-day waiting period as instructed. We kindly ask that once you confirm our payment, you cancel our flight for the 27th and transfer the balance to my account. Our decision to rebook was due to uncertainty about the initial payment status. We hope for your understanding and cooperation. The booking DKP2FE included Wizz Air Club fees, even though FJU7WX also had club fees. As I did not receive confirmation of the initial payment, I request a transfer of one club fee to the next year. Hello, in [redacted], I bought 5 flight tickets from WizzAir for a round trip from Israel to Budapest for August. Due to the pandemic, WizzAir canceled the flight and issued me a voucher for [redacted]% of the ticket's value. I rebooked for [redacted] but later decided not to travel due to safety concerns. I requested to change the tickets to August [redacted]. However, I recently discovered that the change was only applied to my ticket (reservation SHQBQN). Hello, I recently traveled with Wizz Air from Tel Aviv to London, with a stopover in Gatwick on the way back. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the whole experience. The flight from Tel Aviv to London had a delay of over an hour, and the lack of communication about the delay was frustrating. Upon arrival in Gatwick, we encountered issues with our luggage not being allowed on the connecting flight to Tel Aviv, even though we had flown from London with the same luggage without any prior concerns. The staff handling the boarding process at Gatwick were unhelpful and rude, making the situation even more unpleasant. Ultimately, I had to throw away my food before boarding due to conflicting information from the staff. The whole ordeal left me feeling traumatized. I hope that Wizz Air can improve their service so that I can consider flying with them again in the future. Best regards.

My husband and I had a flight booked from Skavsta to Wroclaw on Friday, the 3rd of June. Unfortunately, due to heavy traffic in Stockholm, our bus carrying around [redacted] Wizzair passengers arrived 20 minutes late. There was a communication that the plane might wait for us, but no live agent was available when I tried to contact Wizzair via chat. We ended up having to buy new tickets for the following day on a different route, as the next flight to Wroclaw was a week away. This unexpected change led to us staying at a hotel overnight, then flying to Gdansk and taking a 5-hour train ride home on Sunday. We were wondering if there is a possibility of receiving vouchers in place of the unused air tickets. This experience, although not Wizzair's fault, turned into a costly one for us. Unfortunately, we couldn't cancel the ticket on the day as we hoped the plane would wait, as indicated by the bus driver who was in contact with his office. It was challenging to reach out by phone since I only had data and no working airtime. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
