My primary number, currently banned by WhatsApp, was subjected to an account ban. After sending an email requesting to lift the ban, I received the following response from WhatsApp: "Hi, We have reason to believe your account activity has violated our Terms of Service, resulting in a permanent ban. Due to numerous complaints received about your account, and to safeguard our users' privacy, we are unable to disclose the specific nature of the complaints. Unfortunately, replies to this email thread will not be reviewed." I seek assistance in resolving this issue and would appreciate any help in this matter.

I'm having trouble accessing my paid account that I purchased for $[redacted].00 in July using the email address [redacted] When I try to log in, it says it doesn't recognize me. I urgently need to access my account to find a caregiver for my father who has Parkinson’s. If this issue cannot be resolved, please refund me. Charging me for an account I can't use is unacceptable. I have two WhatsApp and telephone numbers. I tried to set up my husband's account on a now-unused number while keeping my WhatsApp history separate and active. However, when I linked his profile to my number, all my messages went to him. How can I undo this and keep my messages separate from his, even if I use my number infrequently, and create a new account for him on his phone with a different number? Should I uninstall and change the number? I want to ensure my messages stay on my phone and not on his, and I don't want to lose any chat history.

On November 18th, I was occupied for most of the day and only attempted to use WhatsApp in the evening. Unfortunately, it wouldn't open, and I initially thought it was due to a lack of data. Later, someone called me and seemed amused. It wasn't until around 7 pm that I noticed my WhatsApp number had been banned. I suspect the person who called me may have hacked my account. I reached out to WhatsApp support to request an unban, but they replied that the ban would remain. I sincerely apologize if I unknowingly violated their terms of service. I kindly ask for assistance in lifting the ban on my number.

Hi, I recently discovered that my WhatsApp number, [redacted], has been banned. I am unsure why this happened as I have not engaged in any activities that violate the Terms of Service. I reached out to the WhatsApp help center and received a response explaining that my account was flagged for violating the Terms of Service. I suspect that this issue may have occurred due to a technical problem with my phone, as the screen was damaged. My iPhone's WhatsApp stopped working suddenly. A message appears saying it's attempting to connect to WiFi, and when I try to make a call, it shows "no WiFi connection." Despite this, all my other apps are connecting to WiFi without issues. I haven't made any changes to my phone settings. Hello, I'm experiencing issues with WhatsApp on both my iPhone and computer. After switching to a new phone due to my old one breaking, the app ceased to work. Even when my previous phone was broken, I could still use WhatsApp on my desktop, but now I'm unable to access it on either device. Calls, texts, and support options within the app are unresponsive. Hello, I have a Redmi Note 9, but after taking photos, I can't set them as my WhatsApp display picture or status. When I try to send a photo on WhatsApp, it says, "The file format is not supported." Additionally, when I try to set a DP, it shows, "Could not load this photo. Please try again." Lastly, when I attempt to set a status, it says, "The file format is not supported." Can someone please help me with this issue?

I've been attempting to transfer my WhatsApp from my android device to my new iPhone. I bought a Windows 10 software that required me to reinstall WhatsApp. Due to issues and my backup being locally deleted, I had to reinstall WhatsApp multiple times. This time, I was asked to wait for 38 hours to activate WhatsApp. The WhatsApp Transfer Tool support team is ready to assist me, but WhatsApp support isn't helping remove the wait time for my number so I can reinstall WhatsApp immediately and proceed with transferring it to my new iPhone 13.

I'm having trouble receiving the verification code and recently changed my phone. I've been trying to backup my iPhone chat records to my new Android device without success. I've resorted to logging in via call as I couldn't receive messages, but now even that's not working. Despite trying multiple solutions, I haven't had any success. Could someone please assist me? I need to log in to stay in touch with my foreign friend.

Unfortunately, I forgot to adjust my group settings, which led to anonymous individuals adding me to inappropriate groups without my permission. These unknown users added explicit content to the groups, resulting in my number being banned from the service. I assure you that I did not want to be part of such groups. I kindly request your assistance in unblocking my number so I can regain access to WhatsApp, set my group preferences to contacts only, and continue communicating with my family. Hello WhatsApp Support Team, I unintentionally left the "who can add me to groups" feature open to everyone, which led to anonymous individuals adding me to inappropriate groups without my permission. This resulted in my number being wrongfully blocked by WhatsApp. I did not consent to being part of these groups where explicit content was shared. I kindly request the unblocking of my number so I can set the group settings to only allow my contacts to add me and resume using WhatsApp to communicate with my family. I have been attempting to restore from a local backup, but after multiple tries, it continues to delay sending an SMS verification code. Each time it reaches the designated hour, the time is extended again. It feels like a never-ending loop, and I am very eager to restore my chats.

We utilize Whatsapp Business's labeling system to categorize individuals who require assistance and those with outstanding payments. Recently, we employed the broadcast feature to remind clients about pending payments. However, I encountered a major setback as our entire Whatsapp account mysteriously vanished overnight. This platform serves as our crucial emergency hotline, where numerous requests for animal assistance are received daily. Losing this data jeopardizes our ability to continue our community work. Dear Sir, I have received a complaint regarding my WhatsApp account number, [redacted], which is completely false. I am a blind student focusing on my studies, and suddenly my WhatsApp has been deactivated, causing me to miss my classes for 2 days.
