The Washington Post has extensively covered news concerning Afghanistan, but surprisingly, the issue of Taliban's non-citizenship in Afghanistan has not been addressed. It is crucial to understand that the Taliban should not be acknowledged as a political entity in Afghanistan. They are a source of corruption and instability within the country, with most members residing unlawfully. Recognizing the Taliban's authority in government or politics could have dire consequences for our future. Addressing corruption is vital for Afghanistan's peace and prosperity, as it is a significant failure of the current government. The U.S.'s foreign policy in Afghanistan is criticized for its ineffectiveness, particularly with recent actions like inviting the Taliban for negotiations. This move demonstrates a lack of understanding of the Taliban's history and cultural impact in Afghanistan. Meeting with the Taliban legitimizes them as a terrorist group, undermining efforts for peace in the region. It's essential to carefully assess and modify foreign policies to maintain stability and peace in Afghanistan. Thank you for bringing attention to this important matter.

Hello, this is Roberta Littlejohn. I reside at [redacted] Summit Court, NE. On October 1st, my newspaper was not delivered as requested. I usually have it placed over my patio fence. Unfortunately, when I returned from work, it wasn't there. Could you kindly provide me with another copy for that date and ensure that the deliverer places it over the patio fence? Leaving it by the door exposes it to theft risks. My account number is [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello WP,
I want to thank you for the discounted offers in the Post, but with my limited budget of less than $[redacted] a month, even these reduced prices are not within my reach.
As a freelance journalist who has contributed to the Post over the years without a pension to rely on, I have a proposal that could benefit both me and increase the Post's readership.
I live close to Gallery Place, near Howard University, in a building with 42 apartments where nobody currently receives the Post. My idea is simple; if you provide me with 50 flyers showcasing your best subscription deals, I will distribute them to each apartment in my building. This would cost far less than mailing to each address individually. In exchange, I kindly request a one-year subscription.
If this idea interests you, please get in touch.
Thank you for your time.
Best regards,
Edward Roeder
P.S. If this method proves successful and the Post sees a significant circulation increase, perhaps a beer could be in order as a token of appreciation.

I was recently contacted to subscribe to the Sunday Washington Post for delivery and digital access for the rest of the week at an introductory rate for 26 weeks. Despite past delivery issues, I decided to give it another try. However, upon receiving my subscription, I noticed that the TV guide booklet was missing, which I later learned was available for an additional $0.50 charge. This misinformation about what is included in the subscription is disappointing and does not align with the integrity I associate with the Washington Post. I have paid the extra fee, but urge you to be transparent about what subscribers can expect to receive. As a publication known for fact-checking and uncovering truths, it is disheartening to feel misled by the subscription service.

I attempted to reset my online account password and encountered difficulties. When I click the link to have the reset information sent to my email, I am directed to the Post website. However, after I am asked to sign in again, the system rejects any new password I try, even the old one. It seems to create a frustrating loop with no resolution in sight. I am perplexed and unsure of how to regain access to my online Post account. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I have a digital subscription to WAPO which is paid through June [redacted]. Recently, I have stopped receiving email news updates from your service. I have contacted customer service regarding this matter, but the issue has not been resolved as promised. I kindly request that you either resume sending me news emails promptly or provide me with a refund for the remaining duration of my subscription. Thank you.

I have attempted to resolve this issue multiple times, and it seems like a simple fix, but the problem persists. Despite my payment through June or July [redacted], I am not receiving the digital news in my email from your service. Please reconnect me so that I can receive the digital news on my email as before. Can we address this promptly or provide a refund for the remaining months that I have already paid for?

I have been a loyal subscriber to the Post for over 65 years and paid a significant amount for my delivery service. However, the ink from the paper has caused damage to my furniture and belongings. Recently, I've noticed that the quality of the paper has declined, affecting the readability of the content, particularly the recipes which my husband enjoys. Despite placing classified ads at great expense, they did not yield any results, and contacting customer service has been challenging due to long wait times. Given our longstanding support and investment in the paper, I am disappointed with the current situation and would like to find a way to access the recipes without additional cost. The recent partnership with Starbucks, where I was asked to pay for a paper I had already paid for, has added to my frustration. I hope that these issues can be addressed for loyal subscribers like myself and my family, who have been dedicated readers for generations.

I was recently charged $10 for a service I never had a chance to use as my computer has been undergoing repairs for eight weeks. The replacement monitor frame is delayed in customs, and I can only go online occasionally at a public library due to a large volume of unread emails. Consequently, I haven't been able to access any content from the service provider. Since I am uncertain about when my computer will be returned, I would like to cancel my subscription and request a $10 refund. I appreciate the assistance and may consider using the service again in the future.

I am frustrated with the Washington Post delivery service. I pay $[redacted] every three months but often do not receive my paper. I never receive credits for the missing papers. Today, my paper was missing again while my neighbors got theirs. I can't reach my carrier, and calling the Post is unhelpful. I want them to ensure I get my paper, provide credits for missed deliveries, and prevent this issue from happening.

I have been a loyal subscriber of WP for a while now using my email, [redacted] Lately, I have encountered an issue where I cannot access the content properly. I recently noticed that my subscription rate was increased by $10 for the upcoming period without any prior notice about the rate hike. I spoke with a contractor from the Post who could only offer me a Sunday subscription option but had no details about the rate increase. It seems there is no direct phone number for the Washington DC office as I keep getting directed back to the same customer service line.

We are experiencing ongoing delivery problems with our newspaper arriving late on weekends. Specifically, today (Dec 25, [redacted]), we did not receive the Post but instead got the Baltimore Sun. After contacting customer service, they assured us a replacement would arrive within 90 minutes. However, it has now been three hours with no replacement. Is there a direct way to reach the distributor to address these delayed or missed deliveries promptly? For the price we pay for our weekend subscription, we anticipate the level of customer service WP is known for.

I believe that it would be beneficial for companies to offer some kind of incentive to loyal customers upon renewal. Recently, I noticed that my subscription was automatically renewed at $[redacted] without receiving any prior notification. I learned that I could have received six months free with my prime membership, or my family member could have signed up for a year for just $30 and included me as an additional courtesy member. Unfortunately, when I contacted customer service, there was no effort to provide me with any offers or incentives to retain my subscription, so I decided to cancel it.

I have exclusive and compelling information about Poland's historical anti-Semitic policies. Despite previous widespread coverage, the current situation has evolved.
Since [redacted], I have been fighting against Poland's refusal to compensate my family for property confiscated after the Holocaust. In [redacted], a New York court rejected Poland's extradition request due to a falsified criminal case. In [redacted], I initiated legal action against Poland in a Washington federal court. By [redacted], a French court dismissed Poland's extradition request as politically motivated. In October [redacted], the Washington court declined to hear our case due to the FSIA law. Recently, we have appealed this unjust decision.

I'm coming to D.C. from Portland, OR, and I need urgent help finding a place to celebrate my 95th birthday on Saturday, February 1st. I am looking for a nice dining room with a window table overlooking the river, waterfront, or city lights. I don't know the city well for dining and my family is visiting from abroad. I used to live in Bethesda but now reside in an assisted living facility. I have been searching for three days and still haven't found an option that works for our party of 8, as most places offer seafood which none of us eat. I've explored alternative cuisines like Thai, Mediterranean, Asian, and Indian but haven't found a table with the desired views. Do hotels offer such views? I'm exhausted from my search and would appreciate any help from your food editor/expert. Time is running out to make a reservation, and a diverse menu and ideal location are my priorities. You can reach me at [redacted] or via email. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

I am extremely disappointed by the Washington Post's choice to headline, "Trump Acquitted," especially as he proudly displayed it at the White House. I expected more from a publication like yours. Instead, consider a headline such as "Republican Controlled Senate Acquits President" or "Republican Senators Acquit Donald Without Witnesses or Documents." Would the President have proudly showcased that headline? It's frustrating to see this oversight from the Post. - M. at the Post

I have contacted your customer service four times now regarding two issues. Initially, I ordered a Sunday-only paper with a TV guide for my daughter, who has disabilities. Unfortunately, she did not receive the first Saturday edition, and the TV guide has still not been delivered as of this weekend, despite being assured it was added to the account. Additionally, I have raised concerns about receiving junk ads via email immediately after placing the order and have called thrice about this matter. My address is [redacted] Halpine Rd. #[redacted], Rockville, MD [redacted]. I was recently informed that the TV guide was never actually ordered. Please address this issue promptly.

I have been a loyal Washington Post subscriber for many years, dating back to the 90s. I am considering canceling my subscription unless they lower the cost, especially since The New York Times has already reduced my subscription price to less than half of what I pay for the Washington Post. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with their Customer Service as every time I call, the call gets disconnected right after the message, 'Your call is being transferred to the next available representative.' This is frustrating, especially when calling from outside the country.

I have been a loyal subscriber of your newspaper for many years and receive it on my computer. I am upset about receiving an impertinent notice today stating that private browsing is only permitted for subscribers. Despite being a subscriber for many years, I am now cancelling my subscription due to this notice. Please acknowledge this cancellation and refund the money I have already paid for this month. This incident is the final straw for me. I won't miss your paper as I also subscribe to the NYT and Guardian.
