I have been a long-time holder of a Walmart reward card that I recently had to cancel due to the unsatisfactory customer service I experienced when I called 1-[redacted]. I needed assistance with investigating two disputed charges on my credit card, which ends in [redacted]. Upon reviewing my Mastercard statements for November and December [redacted], I noted two charges of $[redacted].72 on November 29th and $[redacted].00 on December 13th. Through my own research, I uncovered that these charges were associated with a scam company called Envy-Us Face Cream and Eyeliner. Despite contacting Walmart's customer service, I was provided with phone numbers for the company in question. After reaching out to them, I realized they were not legitimate. I have attempted to resolve this issue by filling out dispute forms sent by a customer representative and mailing them to Walmart's head office, however, I am yet to receive any follow-up communication. On March 28th, I visited the Salmon Arm Walmart to return approximately 23 T-shirts I bought on March 11. These shirts were intended for guests at my motel to purchase with our logo printed on them for the summer season. They haven't been used by anyone other than myself and are in new condition. The t-shirt printing company mandates that I use shirts from them exclusively. Sadly, the staff member at the Walmart store was unhelpful and impolite, providing no viable solution. I was dismayed and frustrated by the refusal to accept the return and the unhelpful attitude. The total cost of the T-shirts amounts to $[redacted].82, and instead of assisting me, she suggested I donate them. It is imperative for me to return these shirts promptly as I require the refund to buy shirts from the designated printing company.

I placed an order online and received a confirmation for order # [redacted][redacted]. I also got a tracking number, 1ZX439W[redacted]03, and the payment was deducted from my credit card. Although I ordered through Walmart Canada, the tracking information shows it's processed in the USA but not yet shipped since April 1st. Surprisingly, the charge disappeared from my credit card statement, but the funds are still held. I tried contacting customer service for an hour, but the call got disconnected. When I emailed, it mentioned no response would be provided. I request to cancel the order and need confirmation of the cancellation. Also, I want the held funds to be released. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this experience and will avoid shopping from your online store in the future.

Order #[redacted][redacted] for 5 wire shelves was placed on March 31 and charged $76.81 on April 2. I received an email in mid-April about pick up but wanted to change the shipment to my home due to physical reasons. I've sent multiple emails and spent over 60 hours trying to reach your call center with no success. Even waiting for more than 3 hours and no response on April 28. No email replies received from Walmart. I would like an update on item #[redacted][redacted] and hope for a response despite the challenges reaching out.

I'm interested in purchasing a case of 12 Cal Lib coffee substitute, preferably dark roast but regular is also fine. The website lists them at $5.97 per jar. Unfortunately, the Williams Lake, BC Walmart at [redacted] Prosperity Way doesn't stock Cal Lib. Could a British Columbia store ship a case for me to collect with free shipping? I want to share an issue that others may have encountered as well. I bought a set of bed sheets for my double bed, opting for Queen size. However, when I tried to put on the fitted sheet, it was too small for the bed. Despite the store's no refund policy, I wasn't returning the sheets due to a change of heart but because they were defective. It would have been helpful if the store had checked for such issues and removed the faulty products from sale. When returning defective items, customers should have the option for a refund or exchange, in my opinion.

I made a purchase of hair products for $79.52 on April 22, [redacted], which was charged to my credit card on April 23, [redacted]. Despite not receiving an invoice or the products, I received emails from Walmart suggesting replacements for one of the items I ordered. I agreed to have two smaller bottles instead of one pink oil moisturizer and also purchased two containers of Profectiv Daily Leave-In Strengthener. Walmart asked for my full name and mailing address via email, which I declined to provide since I made a guest purchase without creating an account. The emails seemed to be from CJ Beauty supplying products through Walmart. I am seeking a refund from Walmart to my credit card as I am unable to trace the transaction without an invoice. I also mentioned not finding the transaction email in my junk mail.

I am disappointed by the quality of your "OUR FINEST STUFFED BEEF BURGERS CHEESE AND BACON." The burgers fell apart on the BBQ, leaving a messy residue and lumpy, worm-like masses in the tray. It was a terrible experience cleaning up and ruined my family's dinner event. Selling this product as consumable is unacceptable. I plan to share photos and details of this incident to warn others. My husband and I, both senior citizens, have been shopping at the Walmart Superstore on Ira Needles Blvd. in Kitchener for a short while and have been impressed with the quality and prices, especially in the produce section. Being retired Maine Coon Cat breeders, we have several hungry retirees to feed and always look for the best deals, particularly on cat food. Yesterday, we planned to purchase Fancy Feast canned cat food at a lower price at this Walmart than elsewhere. We loaded 12 cases of Fancy Feast priced at $0.70 per can into our cart, along with other personal items.
As we were deciding whether to use self-checkout or go to a cashier, an employee approached us. She rudely informed us in a loud voice that we could only buy 36 individual cans and scolded us for not understanding pandemic rationing. Feeling embarrassed and insulted, we left the store without buying anything. We managed to find the same cat food at another store at the Walmart price. Despite the employee's behavior, we were able to complete our purchase, but after this experience, we are uncertain about returning to any Walmart location.

I am Ben S., a 68-year-old resident of Whitby, ON. Recently, I encountered an issue when trying to enter the Walmart at [redacted] Baldwin St. during the designated senior shopping hours of 7-8 AM. Despite being a senior and offering to show my driver's license as proof, the store clerk asked me to join the back of the line. After voicing my concern to the manager, I was told this morning that I am no longer permitted to enter the store, with the reason being that I raised my voice during the previous interaction. I would like to highlight that I did not use abusive language despite my frustration. The store policy clearly states that seniors can enter between 7-8 AM every day, which was not upheld in my case. I kindly request a resolution to this matter and ask for an email confirming my eligibility to enter the store during the designated hours. Thank you for addressing this situation.

Hello, I would like to address two issues that I have experienced. Up to now, I have not received any communication in regards to my concerns. The promotional code "LCMZ6YUGFS" that was meant to apply a $15 discount to my order totaling $99.80 at Walmart was not reflected in the final payment. Despite successfully adding the code to my account before the expiration date on July 7, [redacted], the discount was not applied.
Furthermore, my attempts to contact customer support via phone have been frustrating. The phone system is problematic, as it only works on one out of every four attempts. The call quality is poor and cuts out frequently, regardless of speaking in English or French. I hope this feedback helps in improving the customer support experience.

I placed two orders for the same product simultaneously from the same manufacturer, but unfortunately, both got lost in transit. I have been refunded for one order (order number: [redacted][redacted]), which has already been credited back to my MasterCard. However, I have not yet received a refund for the other order ([redacted][redacted]) with refund confirmation number [redacted]79.
Despite contacting online shopping customer service three times, I have not received a satisfactory explanation for why only one refund was processed. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke to earlier abruptly ended the call.
This level of service is disappointing and unexpected from a reputable retailer in North America. I would appreciate a prompt response to address this issue.

At the Edmonton Westmount store in Alberta, Canada, I had a concerning experience with store manager Palav. The floor markings were unclear, with some spots indicating 6 feet and others 18 feet from the till. A Walmart employee instructed me to move closer to the till, leading to a teller loudly yelling at me to step back, causing a disruption. When I addressed this with an assistant manager, they tried to excuse the behavior by stating the employee was new, despite being there for 8-10 months. This response was unsatisfactory, especially considering my age of 74. The lack of accountability from supervisors and assistant managers is concerning, and the level of service at Walmart should be improved to avoid such incidents.

I am experiencing issues with contacting Walmart customer service regarding a complaint I have as a Canadian resident. Initially, the provided number was for orders only. After being directed to multiple phone numbers, I ended up with a non-toll-free number with a lengthy wait time. This situation is frustrating as I should not have had to make these calls in the first place. It is disheartening to feel neglected, especially given that a seniors' building is being constructed near Walmart. Despite speaking with Manager P., promised callbacks have not materialized. I recently purchased a Black and Decker 8-cup food processor from the Walmart at Copper Creek in Markham, Ontario on June 16, [redacted]. When I opened the package on June 20, I realized the cup was missing. Upon returning to Walmart, I encountered difficulties as I couldn't find my receipt and the finance personnel were unavailable to track it. Despite the troubles, after multiple visits, I was eventually helped by Karen, the finance person, who found my receipt and resolved the issue.
However, I was upset by the disrespectful and condescending behavior displayed by the manager on duty on June 24, [redacted]. The manager's dismissive attitude and lack of understanding made the exchange process more challenging than it needed to be. I believe that customers should be treated with respect and care in all situations. I hope that the management at Copper Creek Walmart will take my feedback seriously and ensure better customer service in the future.

I have been attempting to address an issue I've had since March [redacted] without success. On March 16, [redacted], I bought Great Value Chips - Stack Attack from Walmart in Hillsborough, Texas, USA. The lower half of the containers had damaged chips unlike the intact ones in the upper half. Each container cost 99 cents in the USA. Even though it's not a significant amount, the problem remains. After discussing it with USA Walmart, they agreed to refund me but couldn't as I had returned to Canada. They advised me to reach out to Walmart Canada. After trying a few numbers, I managed to get through, only to be told I should return to the Texas store where I made the purchase. I reside on Manitoulin Island, Ontario, Canada.
