Walgreens Customer Service Issues

I had a frustrating experience with the Walgreens phone system. It was difficult to reach the pharmacy and I couldn't get the information I needed. After being transferred due to my local pharmacy's retirement, I encountered language barriers with a pharmacist I couldn't understand. I believe it's important to have employees who speak English clearly. This experience has made me decide not to use Walgreens in the future. Hopefully, they can improve their phone system and ensure effective communication with customers in the future.
